Honkai: Reborn as the Corrosion Herrscher, Living as a Fake Elysia

After the communication was cut off, the three walked deeper into the cave.

Just as Elysia said, it wasn’t long before Theresa could no longer be contacted on the communication channel.

Inside the communication channel, only Elysia and the other two remained.

“This place is truly unique,” Elysia said as she walked.

“Yes, is this what it’s like inside a Honkai Beast?” Himeko also spoke.

Even Fu Hua was somewhat curious at this moment.

After all, this was their first time entering the body of a Honkai Beast; they had never imagined such an experience before.

Soon, they saw light coming from the cave entrance.

However, this light appeared very dangerous; it was a pale purple glow.

After walking out.

The three looked in astonishment at the gigantic space.

Within this space, broken rocks floated everywhere.

And in some places, there were clear signs of artificial construction.

At the center of the space, there was also a building that looked like a castle.

“I didn’t expect that what was written in the History books, about Jiuyou being swallowed whole by Qi You, was factual,” Himeko said with a wry smile.

Elysia was also very surprised at this moment, because the scene here was simply indescribable.

There was no light source, yet everything here emitted a dangerous glow, pale purple, pale pink light.

“Yes, I didn’t expect the inside of Qi You to be like this,” Elysia looked towards the castle in the distance.

“So, how do we find the Stigmata left by Jiulin?” Elysia looked around, searching for another path.

“Jiulin is in the position of Qi You’s heart,” Fu Hua said at this moment.

She was equally shocked by the scene here.

But the appearance of the distant building seemed familiar to her, as if she had seen it before.

“Then Hua, do you know where Qi You’s heart is?” Elysia looked at Fu Hua curiously.

“I don’t know,” Fu Hua shook her head.

Elysia and Himeko were not very surprised by Fu Hua’s answer; after all, it was their first time here, and no one knew where Qi You’s heart was located.

“For now, let’s head to that most prominent place first,” Himeko pointed to the castle in the center of this space.

“Elysia, I’ll first test with my weapon whether these stone platforms outside are stable. If they’re not, use Judah to pull my weapon back later.”

As soon as she finished speaking, Himeko took the chainsaw sword fixed on her back into her hand, then jogged forward two steps, making sure not to hurt Elysia and Fu Hua.

She swung the greatsword in a full circle, and after confirming the direction, she directly let go.

The greatsword directly smashed towards a stone platform.

Ultimately, the greatsword plunged straight into the stone platform.

This platform did not move or get damaged significantly due to Himeko’s powerful strike.

After confirming the stability of the platform, Himeko breathed a sigh of relief.

“Elysia,” Himeko looked at Elysia.

“Mm, I understand,” Elysia extended her hand and silently called out Judah in her heart.

A chain extended from Elysia’s arm.

It then wrapped around Himeko’s greatsword, pulling it back.

Himeko first inspected the greatsword, and after confirming that the chainsaw sword was fine, she put it back on her back.

“It seems these stone platforms can be stood on and used as landing points,” Himeko said, looking at the platform she had just struck.

“Then how do we get across? We don’t have ropes, we can’t just jump, can we?” Elysia looked at the distance, then at the area below the platform they were on.

Those purple lights prevented them from seeing if there was ground below the platform.

“Of course we jump,” Himeko said, then retreated a few steps.

Then, with a short run-up, she directly jumped from the edge of the platform.

Finally, she landed steadily on the stone platform where Himeko had tested the platform’s stability.

Then Himeko’s voice sounded in the communication channel, “Alright, it’s safe here, you can jump over.”

“Okay, Teacher Himeko,” Fu Hua directly jumped towards the platform where Himeko was.

Finally, only Elysia was left here.

“Elysia, what’s wrong?” Himeko asked somewhat puzzled, because Elysia was still standing still.

“Sister Himeko, I think I can’t jump over QAQ,” Elysia’s trembling voice sounded.

“The armor on you is enough for you to jump over, don’t worry,” Himeko said, somewhat confused.

Elysia listened to Himeko’s words, but after walking to the edge of the platform and looking down again, Elysia decisively chose to follow her heart.

“Judah! Please!” Elysia directly spoke to Judah wrapped around her wrist.

Then a chain directly wrapped around Elysia’s arm, and the other end of the chain wrapped around a boulder on the platform where Himeko and the others were.

After Elysia pulled twice and confirmed there was no problem, the length of the chain immediately began to shorten.

Elysia was directly pulled to where Himeko and the others were.

Only after her feet touched the ground did Elysia breathe a sigh of relief.

Looking at Elysia’s way of coming over, Himeko walked beside Elysia somewhat puzzled, “What’s wrong? You could have just jumped over, why did you use Judah?”

“Um, Sister Himeko, I… I’m a little afraid of heights…” Elysia lowered her head and quietly stated the reason.

“Afraid of heights? I’ve never seen you like this before. On the airship and the battleship, I never saw you scared,” Himeko looked Elysia up and down, teasing her.

She didn’t expect that Elysia, who was always called the perfect older sister by others in her class, would have a fear of heights.

“Um, it’s different, because… because I know the airship won’t fall,” Elysia retorted.

“Alright, you’ll get used to it later. Besides, with the protection of the armor, as long as you land on both feet, there won’t be too much of a problem,” Himeko patted Elysia’s shoulder to show understanding.

After all, jumping by oneself truly felt different.

After letting Elysia recover for a while, “How about it? Shall we continue? You can just keep using Judah.”

“Mm, I’m fine now,” Elysia patted her face.

“Then let’s continue. Next, we’ll have to jump continuously. I’ll scout ahead. If any platform is unstable, I’ll rely on you,” Himeko patted Elysia’s shoulder.

Then she continued to move towards the platforms deeper inside.

Elysia kept watching Himeko’s figure from behind, ensuring that Himeko wouldn’t fall due to an unstable landing platform.

After reaching a platform with clear architectural traces.

The three decided to rest for a while.

After all, the space here was indeed terrifyingly large.

Even with their movement, they were still a long way from the platform with the castle.
