Honkai: Reborn as the Corrosion Herrscher, Living as a Fake Elysia

At night, Elysia lay on the bed, feeling a bit conflicted.

Now, she felt that it might be a little too early to sleep.

Hua’s training for her had been suspended because Elysia had already learned, only lacking actual combat experience; training in dreams only allowed her spirit to keep up, but ultimately, real-world training was needed for her body to form memories.

It should have been a happy occasion, but Elysia couldn’t feel happy.

Because of the device for charging the puppets.

After discussing it in Paradise, the others decided that Elysia should attend classes in Paradise every night.

Yes… classes.

To teach Elysia directly how to make the device.

The device for charging the puppets wasn’t very complicated.

But that was for Mobius.

For Elysia, what Mobius taught was almost like an undecipherable script.

At first, Mobius even tried to teach Elysia the principles.

By now, she no longer hoped for so much; as long as Elysia could imitate and construct the device, it would be fine.

On Elysia’s bedside, there was already a device being assembled.

Lying on the bed, Elysia took a deep breath, then put her spirit into the necklace.

“Why are you so late today?” Elysia heard Mobius’s voice before she even reached the hall.

“Good evening, Dr. Mobius.” Elysia looked at Mobius and greeted her.

Seeing Elysia like this, Mobius was so exasperated she couldn’t speak.

“Come here, continue learning the next step of the production.” Mobius pointed to the bench beside her.

“Mobius, do I really have to make all the parts for this device myself?” Elysia asked, looking at the pile of parts in front of her.

“If you can find someone else to learn, it’s not impossible.” Mobius said crossly.

She had never seen anyone so stupid!

No, a Herrscher!

In Mobius’s opinion, Elysia was just lazy!

Where was this place? This was the Elysian Realm, and she was Erosion! Was it really that hard to directly see the data of this device?!

If she were Erosion, everyone in Paradise would have long become her clones!

Then, she looked at Elysia’s silly expression again.

The snake sighed helplessly in her heart; after all, this was just her.

“Really? Why didn’t you say so earlier!” Hearing Mobius’s words, Elysia immediately stood up.

“The Elysian Realm is not a place just anyone can enter.” Mobius glared at Elysia.

“Oh, Dr. Mobius, I definitely won’t bring bad people in, so don’t worry ♬ ~” With that, Elysia flashed away and left.

“You!” Mobius looked at the instantly empty chair, picked up a device part from beside her, and directly threw it to the ground.

After a while, Mobius sighed and picked up the part again.

“It seems our Purple Ai Li has made Mobius angry again ♪ ~” Pink Elysia hugged Mobius from behind.

“Elysia, if you have nothing to do, you can go run circles around the shrine nearby.” Mobius said crossly.

“Alright, Mobius, after all, she’s the successor we all acknowledge, isn’t she ♪ ~” Elysia put her arm around Mobius’s neck, leaning her whole body on her back, and whispered in Mobius’s ear.

“I think she just inherited your laziness!” Saying this, Mobius gritted her teeth, seemingly truly furious.

“And! Get off me! You’re heavy!” Mobius broke free from Elysia’s embrace.

Then she picked up the parts on the table and directly retreated into the shadows.

After returning to reality, Elysia breathed a sigh of relief.

Learning was truly too painful.

So, it was better to find someone else to learn.

As for the candidate, Elysia had already chosen her.

This kind of delicate work should be left to our next Herrscher of Reason.

After all, it wasn’t good for Bronya to be the only one watching them from behind.

Kiana and Mei were improving every day, but only Bronya’s potential for improvement was very limited now.

So, it would be good to send her to the Elysian Realm for further study.

Coincidentally, it could also solve the problem of the chip in Bronya’s body.

Thinking this, Elysia fell into a dream.

The next morning, after breakfast, Elysia pulled Bronya into her room.

“Elysia, is something wrong?” Bronya asked, a little confused.

“Mm-hmm, Elysia needs Bronya’s help with something ♬ ~” Elysia said, pointing to the device on the table that wasn’t even a semi-finished product.

“What is this?”

“Mm, we’ll talk about this device later ♬ ~” With that, Elysia directly hugged Bronya.

When her hand touched Bronya’s neck, the ownership of the chip on Bronya’s body had already changed.

“Mm-hmm, it’s fine now.” Elysia released Bronya with satisfaction.

Looking at Bronya, who tilted her head, Elysia explained.

“Elysia just blocked the backdoor program of the chip on your body ♬ ~”

“The chip…” Bronya touched her neck.

“That chip, did Mother really leave something else?” Bronya said with some loss.

“Does Bronya care a lot?” Elysia picked up Bronya and sat on the bed.

“Mother, she wasn’t like this before.” Bronya whispered.

Sometime, Bronya’s mother, Cocolia, began to madly pursue power and started those experiments.

“Is it very hard?” Elysia said softly.

“Mm, Elysia, I don’t know how to face Mother.” Bronya said, lowering her head, tears dripping onto Bronya’s hands.

“Elysia, the truth about the Third Honkai Eruption was done by Bronya’s mother.” When saying this, Bronya kept her head down.

Hearing Bronya’s words, Elysia just reached out and stroked Bronya’s head.

When she first touched her, Bronya’s body trembled slightly.

“Alright, didn’t that matter pass already? Elysia doesn’t mean to blame anyone else. If Bronya thinks your mother made a mistake, then when you meet her, just question her loudly, couldn’t you?”

“Bronya doesn’t know how to tell Sister Mei and Kiana the truth about this matter, and doesn’t know how to face them.”

Hearing this, Elysia sighed in her heart.

How did things turn out this way?

This was not what she had imagined.

Elysia hugged Bronya into her arms and gently patted Bronya’s back with her hand.

“Alright, alright, your mother’s business is her business. You just need to be yourself, don’t you? You have to believe Mei and Kiana, don’t you?”

Elysia gently comforted Bronya.

“And you still have things to do, don’t you?”

“Mm, Bronya still has to save Seele, Seele is still waiting for Bronya.” Bronya whispered.

Only her spirit had stabilized a lot.
