Mei smiled helplessly as she watched Sister Elysia flop onto the bed right after making it.

“Alright, Sister Elysia, it’s time to get up.

I’ve been with you all afternoon, and now it’s your turn to help me make dinner.” “Okay~” Sister Elysia rolled over, then stood up.

The two went to the kitchen together to start cooking.

Sister Elysia was just helping out; Mei was the one truly doing the cooking.

As more and more dishes were made, “Mei, are you sure this isn’t too much?” “It’s fine, Sister Elysia.

After all, starting today, you’re officially living here.

Let’s make a lot tonight as a celebration.” “But, won’t this really be wasteful?” Sister Elysia still wanted to stop her.

“No, it won’t.

Don’t forget Kiana’s appetite.

No matter how much we make, most of it will still end up in her stomach,” Mei said with a smile.

Thinking about Kiana’s appetite this morning, Sister Elysia nodded, “It seems there’s really no need to worry.

But Kiana eats so much, is she really okay?” At this, Mei thought seriously about whether Kiana’s appetite had been growing recently.

It seemed she needed to set some limits.

Binge eating was, after all, not good for her body.

“Indeed, eating too much isn’t good for her body.

It looks like it’s time to control it,” Mei nodded, starting to calculate in her mind how to control Kiana’s diet.

“Well, it’s up to your discretion, Mei.

After all, you’re probably the one who cares about Kiana the most around here ♬~” Sister Elysia said, reaching out to poke Mei’s waist.

“Ah!” Startled by Sister Elysia’s sudden poke, Mei quickly steadied her hands.

Just barely, just barely she almost put in too much seasoning.

“Sister Elysia!

No messing around while I’m cooking!” Mei turned her head and stared intently at Sister Elysia, to prevent her from making any more moves.

“Alright, alright, I won’t mess around anymore.” Sister Elysia quickly waved her hands to show that she absolutely would not cause trouble again.

Seeing that Sister Elysia was indeed diligently cutting vegetables, Mei switched stoves, took out another pot, and started on the next dish.

The previous dish just needed to simmer a bit longer to reduce the sauce.

Soon, Sister Elysia, who had finished cutting all the necessary vegetables, stood beside Mei, watching her stir-fry.

“Mei has such great cooking skills.

Whoever manages to win her over in the future will definitely be very lucky ♬~” Seeing that Mei wasn’t too busy, Sister Elysia gently hugged her from behind.

“Sister Elysia, I don’t think I’m suitable to talk about such things right now,” Mei said after a moment of surprise.

“Why not?

Are you not confident, Mei?

You’re so gentle ~ virtuous ~ and so beautiful.

If I were a boy, I would already be smitten with you, Mei ♬~” Sister Elysia said, standing on her tiptoes and resting her chin on Mei’s shoulder.

(Why?

Why is Sister Elysia so much shorter than Mei!) “Sister Elysia, please stop teasing me.” Mei turned off the gas stove.

The dishes were almost all done.

Kiana and the others should be back soon.

“Mei, were you just thinking about someone else?

I’m right here beside you.

If you act like that, I’ll get jealous ♬~” Hearing Sister Elysia’s words, Mei sighed, then removed Sister Elysia’s hands, turned around, and placed her hands on Sister Elysia’s shoulders.

“Mei…

Mei, why are you looking at me like that?” Sister Elysia averted her gaze, not daring to look Mei directly in the eye.

“Sister Elysia, if I were a boy, I might have already fallen in love with you.” “Eh eh eh??” Sister Elysia instantly panicked upon hearing this, and quickly pulled away from Mei’s hands.

“Mei, let’s quickly put all the dishes on the table.

Kiana and the others will be back soon.” After saying that, Sister Elysia quickly carried the finished dishes out of the kitchen.

She felt that Mei right now…

was super, super, super dangerous!

Watching Sister Elysia run off like that, Mei also breathed a sigh of relief.

After all, Sister Elysia’s words just now were very alluring.

So Sister Elysia is truly an irresponsible person, just flirting and then leaving it at that.

And she’s so skilled, there must have been many people who have been flirted with by Sister Elysia like this.

She scooped out all the dishes that hadn’t been served yet and placed them on the cutting board, then prepared a few cold dishes.

While Mei was still wondering where Sister Elysia had gone, she turned her head and saw Sister Elysia cautiously peeking around the kitchen doorway.

“Alright, Sister Elysia, stop playing around.

Come here and carry the rest of the dishes over.” Mei picked up the rice cooker and walked past Sister Elysia.

Seeing that Mei had no other movements, Sister Elysia breathed a sigh of relief, then also carried the dishes to the dining table.

Mei took out her phone and checked the time.

It was just right.

Kiana and the others should be home soon.

Looking at the phone in Mei’s hand, Sister Elysia remembered what she had forgotten to buy today!

“Um, Mei,” Sister Elysia said cautiously.

“Hm?

Is something wrong, Sister Elysia?” “It’s just…

where do they sell phones?

I forgot to buy one today.” “You didn’t bring a phone, Sister Elysia?” Mei thought about it, and it seemed so.

She hadn’t seen Sister Elysia take out her phone all day, and had assumed she’d forgotten it.

“No, I didn’t bring one when I came out,” Sister Elysia said, although she never had a phone to begin with, it didn’t prevent her from not bringing one when she came out of Nagazora City.

“I see.

But you don’t need to buy a phone, Sister Elysia.

When you start classes, they’ll issue you a special communicator.” “Oh (⊙o⊙)?

They give out phones for school here?” Sister Elysia’s curiosity was piqued.

“After all, Valkyries are trained here, and they are all combat personnel.

Sometimes, tasks need to be assigned based on individual positioning, so everyone will have their own communicator,” Mei explained.

“Anything else?

Anything else?

If I go to school here, are there any other special things?” Sister Elysia wanted to know more about the academy.

“As for other things, there doesn’t seem to be anything particularly special.

After all, this is just an academy.

Although it’s a very special academy, it teaches everything a normal academy would.” “I see.

I thought there would be something more special here, since it’s an academy specifically for training Valkyries.” “It’s just that your expectations are too high, Sister Elysia.

This is just an academy.” Mei directly shattered Sister Elysia’s fantasy.

It was better not to let Sister Elysia have such high expectations, otherwise, when the fantasy shattered later, it would be very painful.

Just as Sister Elysia was about to continue asking, the sound of a door opening came from the entrance.
