Honkai: Reborn as the Corrosion Herrscher, Living as a Fake Elysia

Theresa pulled Elysia away from Senba Academy, watching the large fire from a distance.

“Elysia, what did you just use?” Theresa frowned as she looked at the big fire; she couldn’t understand how Elysia had only fired two arrows, yet they produced completely different effects.

“I just used some of the power that Miss Fox left for me, and also, Theresa, this cross behind you is not simple at all ♬ ~” Saying that, Elysia reached out her hand towards Yuda’s Chains behind Theresa.

“Of course, this is my exclusive weapon!

Besides me, no one else can use it!” Hearing Elysia mention her weapon, Theresa’s attention was diverted elsewhere.

Elysia placed her hand on Yuda’s Chains and stroked it, “It really is an excellent weapon…” But as Elysia was about to remove her hand, a chain suddenly emerged from where Elysia was touching Yuda’s Chains, firmly binding Elysia’s hand to Yuda’s Chains.

“Theresa!

Is your weapon broken?!

Why did it tie me up?!” Elysia said to Theresa with some anxiety.

“How is that possible?

Yuda’s Chains can’t be broken!

It’s…” Before she could finish speaking, Theresa saw the hand tied by Yuda’s Chains, and more and more chains extended from inside Yuda’s Chains to entangle Elysia.

“Yuda’s Chains!

What’s wrong with you?

Don’t scare me!

Quickly release Miss Elysia!” Theresa, startled, quickly patted the outer casing of Yuda’s Chains.

“Theresa, what exactly is wrong with Yuda’s Chains?

Quickly make it release me.” Elysia was now completely locked up by Yuda’s Chains, firmly fixed to its outer casing.

“I don’t know either.

Yuda’s Chains isn’t listening to me right now.

Miss Elysia, do you have something on you that attracts Yuda’s Chains?” Theresa laid Yuda’s Chains flat on the ground; Elysia was now lying on Yuda’s Chains.

“How would I know what I have on me QAQ” Elysia was almost in tears.

She didn’t know what material Yuda’s Chains were made of; no matter how much Elysia struggled, it was useless.

In fact, because of her struggles, Yuda’s Chains became even tighter.

“Yuda’s Chains, be good, quickly release Miss Elysia!” Theresa pulled hard on the chains wrapped around Elysia, trying to pull Yuda’s Chains away.

“What exactly is going on~” Miss Elysia’s lament.

Theresa was still trying to persuade Yuda’s Chains, attempting to make it give up binding people.

“Wuwuwu, Yuda’s Chains, quickly let me go.

I shouldn’t have been so curious as to touch you.

Quickly let me go.” After Elysia finished speaking, Yuda’s Chains really loosened its chains.

Feeling the sense of restraint lessen, “Eh?

It really let go?” Upon hearing this, Yuda’s Chains tightened Elysia again.

“Wait, wait, wait, I was wrong, I was wrong, Yuda’s Chains, quickly let me go!” This time, Elysia didn’t say anything more.

After Yuda’s Chains completely loosened, Elysia immediately stood up and moved away from Yuda’s Chains, then looked at it warily.

“Theresa, is your Yuda’s Chains broken?” As soon as she finished speaking, chains extended from inside Yuda’s Chains again.

“Wait!

You’re not broken!

You’re not broken!” Theresa looked at the scene, then at Yuda’s Chains, and then at Elysia.

“Elysia, Yuda’s Chains seems to really like you.” “It likes me?” Elysia quickly shook her head.

When tied up by Yuda’s Chains, she couldn’t exert any strength at all and couldn’t break free.

Who would like a weapon that binds people like that?!

“But Yuda’s Chains told me it really likes you.

This is the first time I’ve seen Yuda’s Chains interact with someone like this.” Theresa took a deep look at Elysia.

Elysia had many fascinating secrets about her, and Theresa felt no sense of strangeness towards her, whether it was that mysterious weapon or the arrow Elysia shot at the end.

Theresa secretly decided in her heart that no matter what, she must bring Elysia back to Saint Freya.

Sensing what Theresa was thinking, Yuda’s Chains also extended a chain, making a nodding motion.

Don’t ask how Elysia could tell; Theresa was standing next to Yuda’s Chains, arms crossed, looking at Elysia and nodding, while Yuda’s Chains extended a chain next to her and was also nodding.

Elysia just had a feeling they were thinking something bad.

“Oh, by the way, Elysia, are you sure you’re okay?

That enemy just now used poison, and there were even toxins in the air.

You were so close just now.” Theresa, suddenly remembering something, looked at Elysia worriedly.

“I think I’m fine.” Saying that, Elysia even stretched out her hands and looked at them.

She didn’t know what she was considered now.

Logically speaking, she should belong to the Honkai faction, as the Herrscher of Corruption, but she didn’t have the proper Herrscher Core.

A Herrscher who should only exist as an electronic virus now had her own body and stood on the side of humanity.

Should it be said that the Herrschers of this era all had a double-crossing heart?

“But it’s still better to get it checked.

I’ll contact the Academy now and have them send someone to pick us up.” Saying that, Theresa took out her communicator and began contacting the Academy, asking them to send personnel as soon as possible to pick her and Elysia up.

Elysia looked at Theresa holding the communicator, then turned her gaze to Yuda’s Chains.

She always felt that Yuda’s Chains seemed to recognize her, or rather, recognized her current form.

Thinking of this, Elysia looked at her hand again.

Perhaps, possibly, Yuda’s Chains really mistook her for someone else.

Soon, Theresa, with Yuda’s Chains on her back, walked over to Elysia.

Elysia quickly moved a step to the side.

“Don’t worry, Elysia, Yuda’s Chains won’t bind you again.” “Really?” Elysia looked at Yuda’s Chains warily.

“Really, I’ve already told it, it won’t bind you again.” “Are you sure it will listen to what you say?” “It definitely will listen, maybe… probably will listen.” Thinking about how she couldn’t pull Yuda’s Chains away just now, Theresa also became a bit unsure.

Yuda’s Chains had always been very obedient.

Listening to Theresa’s answer, Elysia rolled her eyes, then looked towards Senba Academy.

The fire at Senba Academy burned fiercer and fiercer; it looked like it wouldn’t be extinguished anytime soon.

“Are you thinking about that girl just now?” Theresa stood next to Elysia and also looked towards Senba Academy.

“Yes.” “That girl can’t be saved anymore, she’s already…” Theresa didn’t know how to explain it.

After all, from the outside, that girl indeed didn’t seem to have any problems, and she had even talked to that girl last night.

It was because of that conversation that she thought that girl was like the third herrscher, someone who could be communicated with, and then she fell into her trap and got poisoned.

If it weren’t for Elysia and the Miss Pink Fox Elysia mentioned, she might have already died.

But the existence of Miss Pink Fox, Theresa was now uncertain about it.

Could Miss Pink Fox possibly be Elysia?

Thinking, Theresa turned her head to look at Elysia.

If Elysia’s hair was dyed pink, she would look like the blurry shadow Theresa saw at that time.

Could it be that she had hallucinations back then because of the poison?

Listening to Theresa not explaining further, Elysia turned her head in confusion to look at Theresa, seeing her distracted while looking at herself, not knowing what she was thinking.

Elysia then waved her hand in front of Theresa’s eyes.

“What are you thinking about while looking at the beautiful Miss Elysia?

If you say it, Miss Elysia will forgive you ♬ ~” “Nothing, let’s go back first.

We’ll wait for the Academy’s people to pick us up there.” Theresa shook her head, not saying what she was thinking.

After all, in her opinion, Elysia might be the one who saved her.

“Mm-hmm~ Alright, generous Miss Elysia forgives you ♬ ~” Saying that, Elysia stroked Theresa’s head again.

“But, Miss Elysia has other things to do now.” “Do you have anything else to do?” Theresa asked in confusion.

What else could Elysia have to do?

Wasn’t she here to deal with this enemy?

“Miss Elysia definitely came out for something, but it needs to wait until this big fire is extinguished before it can proceed.” Elysia explained briefly.

She was still very curious about the thing inside Senba Academy that attracted her.

“After the fire is extinguished?

You want to enter Senba Academy?” “Yes, there are some things inside that make me curious.” Elysia walked to a nearby roadside barrier, then sat on it, watching the fire at Senba Academy.

“Then I’ll wait here with you for a while.” After saying that, Theresa directly plunged Yuda’s Chains into the ground, then sat on Yuda’s Chains.

The two of them quietly watched the fire like that.
