God-Level Special Forces Soldier

Chapter 219: Chapter 217: Foreigners

Xiao Tian took a quick look at the three people.

Among the three were two men, brawny and muscular, clearly with a background in special forces. The foreign woman beside them had blonde hair, and even in her police uniform, her curvaceous figure was unmistakable. Her high nose bridge and skin as pale as snow, with light blue eyes exuding a captivating laziness, seemed completely indifferent to everything around her.

Just as Xiao Tian was wondering if he had come at the wrong time, a familiar voice suddenly came to him, ”Xiao Tian?”

Xiao Tian turned his head to find that it was Yu Ningxue calling him! Today, Yu Ningxue was not in her police uniform but wore a short-sleeved top and skirt, looking exceptionally youthful and beautiful.

He didn’t expect to see Yu Ningxue here,

Yu Ningxue walked over with a puzzled look and asked, ”Did Director Bai invite you over?”

Xiao Tian shook his head and replied, ”No, I have something to discuss with Director Bai.”

Seeing Xiao Tian arrive, Bai Tao smiled and gestured to a nearby sofa, ”You’re just in time; I was planning to send Ningxue to call you.”

From the way things looked, it seemed there was another mission. However, since Xiao Tian had already promised Lin Bingxuan to accompany her to Japan, he must take this leave no matter what.

”Actually, Director Bai, I was...”

Before Xiao Tian could finish, Director Bai interrupted, ”This matter is very important. You represent the entire face of the Huaxia police!”

Xiao Tian felt a wave of despair, thinking that Director Bai’s words were more and more exaggerative, giving him no chance to argue.

With no other option, Xiao Tian had to listen to Bai Tao finish talking before finding a chance to request leave.

After Xiao Tian sat down, Bai Tao began introducing the three foreigners in the room to Xiao Tian.

”This is Mo Fei, from the American War Tiger Special Forces, now an International Criminal Police,” Bai Tao introduced, gesturing towards the most physically daunting of the three, Mo Fei.

However, Mo Fei merely nodded slightly, saying nothing, his eyes revealing unmistakable arrogance.

For this, Bai Tao could only sigh helplessly. In recent years, Huaxia police’s performance in joint capture operations has been poor, often lagging behind. More exaggeratedly, during the last joint action, some incompetent Huaxia police officers couldn’t endure the hardship and secretly returned home, which greatly damaged the international reputation of Huaxia police. There were even discriminatory terms like ”Huaxia Sheep” floating around.

So for this joint police conference, Bai Tao fought hard to secure a spot for this operation for their Shanghai City. With Xiao Tian taking the lead, Bai Tao was confident that Xiao Tian would fiercely slap the faces of these foreigners who looked down on Huaxia.

Bai Tao recollected his thoughts and continued the introduction,

”This is Lann, also from an American special forces background, and a member of the International Criminal Police.”

”Hello.” Compared to Mo Fei’s aloofness, Lann merely greeted simply, though his tone lacked any friendliness.

After introducing the three, Bai Tao’s gaze finally fell on the foreign beauty.

”As for Ms. Sofia, she’s no ordinary figure. She was once a special policewoman in America and is known among foreign dark organizations as the ’Black Rose’, both beautiful and deadly. In America, she’s the goddess of the police force,” Bai Tao introduced.

To this, Sofia also nodded and said softly, ”Thank you.”

Xiao Tian always enjoyed making friends with beauties, so he reached out and smiled, ”Hello, Sofia, I’m Xiao Tian!”

As Xiao Tian extended his hand, Lann and Mo Fei’s eyes instantly turned icy as they slowly fixed their gaze on him.

It was clear from their gaze; they strongly disapproved of Xiao Tian’s gesture. It was a look of absolute protection over something cherished, not allowing anyone to desecrate it.

Sofia, on the other hand, didn’t even glance at Xiao Tian, ignoring his extended hand completely. Yu Ningxue, standing by, glared at him, and Xiao Tian awkwardly withdrew his hand with a sheepish grin.

Seeing the awkward scene, Bai Tao quickly intervened, ”Alright, alright, introductions are over. Let’s talk about the mission now!”

At that moment, Mo Fei waved his hand rudely, interrupting Bai Tao’s speech.

He glanced at Xiao Tian with disrespect, a disdainful smile at the corner of his mouth, ”Mr. Bai, is this the top-notch policeman Xiao Tian you were just talking about?”

Bai Tao nodded, looking at Xiao Tian with admiration, ”Yes, this Xiao Tian has achieved numerous feats shortly after coming to our city!”

”Ha-ha. Mr. Bai, you seem overly optimistic!” Mo Fei laughed coldly, ”This kid’s small build clearly hasn’t gone through special training.”

Lann nodded beside him; he had been sizing up Xiao Tian since he entered. Xiao Tian lacked the physique, the aura, and seemed lazy, not at all fitting the image of a top policeman.

”It seems what you call top-notch is just mediocre.” Lann remarked flatly,

The two Americans spoke bluntly in front of Bai Tao without the slightest courtesy.

Hearing this, Bai Tao’s expression turned somber, and he said coldly, ”Xiao Tian is our top policeman in Shanghai, with no issues in his abilities. If you wish to change partners, you can apply to the higher-ups!”

Bai Tao had enough confidence in Xiao Tian’s capabilities!

Mo Fei smiled lightly, waving his hand nonchalantly, ”Forget it, it doesn’t matter who goes, Mr. Bai, let’s hear the plan.”

The implication was that they didn’t have any expectations from the Huaxia police.

After calming himself, Bai Tao began to slowly introduce the mission.

”The target of this mission is a multinational crime organization based in Japan. Its claws stretch across Huaxia, America, and Japan. This organization is highly secretive and has covert links with Japan’s local dark forces. Therefore, the three countries, Huaxia, America, and Japan, have jointly dispatched their elite personnel to form a temporary International Criminal Police team to capture this multinational crime organization!”

”Japan?” Xiao Tian was slightly surprised because Lin Bingxuan’s business trip happened to be in Japan.

Could it be such a coincidence?

Bai Tao nodded gravely, knowing the importance of this mission, which was why he brought in Xiao Tian.

Bai Tao patted Xiao Tian on the shoulder and whispered, ”Xiao Tian, this time, the reputation of all Huaxia’s criminal police rests on your shoulders! I believe you will make those foreigners eat their words!”

Upon hearing this, Xiao Tian’s face was filled with despair. He felt like crying,

He had originally planned to enjoy some leisure time abroad with Lin Bingxuan, but unexpectedly Bai Tao assigned him a mission impossible to refuse.

Seeing Xiao Tian hesitating, Bai Tao asked bewilderedly, ”Is there something you don’t understand?”

Ultimately, Xiao Tian could only compromise reluctantly. Given the mission’s location was Japan, he might as well protect Lin Bingxuan discreetly.
