Chapter 670: Chapter 670 Heir of the Group_1

Pu Minsung was slightly taken aback and glanced at Ye Jingyi before nodding lightly, ”I understand, Mr. Jiang, thank you for your explanation. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Pu Minsung, one of the heirs of the Sanxin Group, and I am the second in my family.”

While speaking, Pu Minsung reached out his hand towards Jiang Chen.

”Hello, my name is Jiang Chen, only son, and the boss of Yichen Group!” Jiang Chen shook hands with Pu Minsung.

”What? You’re the boss of Yichen? When did you become the boss of Yichen? Did you usurp Gong Lin’s assets?” Wang Yujiao looked at Jiang Chen with disbelief.

Ye Jingyi spoke softly, ”The boss of Yichen has always been Jiang Chen. Lin Lin and I were just helping him manage it!”

”This...” Wang Yujiao’s face underwent a drastic change, as she sized up Jiang Chen with an extremely skeptical look in her eyes.

Pu Minsung, however, did not look down on Jiang Chen because of his attire, and after giving him a deep look, said earnestly, ”I was originally planning to talk with Miss Ye and Miss Gong, but since I’ve met Mr. Jiang, I would like to discuss with you instead!”

”Hmm? What do you want to discuss with me?” Jiang Chen looked at Pu Minsung with surprise.

”I think...” Pu Minsung began softly.

Woo woo... Squeak!

A sharp braking noise interrupted Pu Minsung’s words, as a Rolls-Royce Phantom stopped at the company’s entrance, and Zhang Long got out.

”Miss Ye, from the Kingdom of Flame Dragon... Mr. Jiang? You’re back?” Seeing Jiang Chen, Zhang Long’s eyes revealed a delighted expression.

Jiang Chen nodded lightly, asking puzzledly, ”Zhang Long, what’s the rush? Did something happen?”

”You, you dare to call Dragon Lord by his name? Are you really that mysterious boss of Yichen Group?” An exclamation rose, and Wang Yujiao still couldn’t believe that the man she had once looked down upon, the son-in-law who came knocking at the door, could actually be a business magnate in both Dingjing and Jinhai cities!

Jiang Chen glanced at Wang Yujiao without paying her any attention and turned his head to look at Zhang Long with an inquiring gaze.

”Mr. Jiang, the eldest son of Sanxin Group from the Kingdom of Flame Dragon contacted me, saying he wanted to cooperate with us to develop the electronics market in Dingjing and Jinhai!” Zhang Long spoke urgently, ”Pu Juncheng has been arranged by me to stay at Yichen Hotel, now, do you think... we should go meet him?”

”I should meet him? Why is it not him coming to meet me?” Jiang Chen spoke indifferently.

Zhang Long was slightly stunned and asked with surprise, ”Mr. Jiang, that’s the Sanxin Group from the Kingdom of Flame Dragon, you know?”

”So what? It’s they who want to enter our market, not us begging them to supply us. Is he still acting like a big shot waiting in the hotel for me to go see him?” Jiang Chen curled his lips and turned to look at Pu Minsung, ”Are you pursuing Jing Yi over this matter too?”

”No, no, no! My pursuit of Miss Ye is purely personal admiration for Miss Ye and has nothing to do with the cooperation. Since Miss Ye already has you, Mr. Jiang, I too will relinquish this fond hope. However, discussing cooperation is indeed the purpose of my visit, but it has nothing to do with pursuing Miss Ye. Pu Minsung is not that despicable!” Pu Minsung hurriedly clarified.

The words Jiang Chen just spoke made Pu Minsung realize that Jiang Chen was a strong-willed person. To have a smooth cooperation, it was absolutely necessary not to act like an heir of Sanxin Group, or else it would surely displease him.

At this time, it was just when the 4G network had just begun to spread. Sanxin Electronics already had a market in the Flame Dragon Kingdom, but it was not large. Now, they had identified the major trend of the advent of the 4G era and wanted to further expand their market!

The reason why Sanxin Group chose to cooperate with Yichen was not only because of Yichen’s astonishing investment insight but also because Yichen was the only company in the Flame Dragon Kingdom that had complete control over the business sectors of the two cities.

”Is that Pu Juncheng your elder brother?” Jiang Chen nodded and asked.

Pu Minsung had mentioned during his self-introduction that he was the second in his family, and since Zhang Long said that the eldest son of the Three Stars Group had contacted him, the relationship between Pu Juncheng and Pu Minsung became quite clear!

”Yes, he’s my elder brother. We are in a competitive relationship, and this cooperation could very well influence the selection of the heir to our family!” Pu Minsung spoke candidly.

”I see,” Jiang Chen pondered to himself.

In the memories of his dreams, Three Stars Electronics indeed dominated the mobile phone market in the Flame Dragon Kingdom over the following years and Three Stars mobile phones became the world’s second in sales.

Therefore, he should agree to this cooperation.

But how to agree, and in what form to agree, he still needed to think it over carefully.

”I’ve just come back from abroad, and I’m not very familiar with the current market demands. I will look into it tonight, and Mr. Pu, you should prepare as well. Let’s meet at our company tomorrow. I hope to see Mr. Pu’s letter of intent regarding the cooperation,” Jiang Chen said quietly.

”All right!” Pu Minsung was delighted and quickly nodded in agreement.

Although Three Stars is a giant in the electronics industry, it doesn’t yet have a significant market in the Flame Dragon Kingdom. After all, the Flame Dragon Kingdom is the most populous country in the world, and this huge cake is something everyone wants a piece of. The sooner the cooperation is settled, the sooner one can gain the upper hand in the future market competition.

Pu Minsung understood this point well, so he made his stance very clear.

”Then good, let’s leave first,” Jiang Chen said and took Ye Jingyi’s hand to walk toward the open-air parking lot where her Maserati President was parked.

”Mr. Jiang, about Mr. Pu Juncheng...” Zhang Long realized that Pu Minsung too was here to discuss cooperation, which left him somewhat unsure of what to do.

”Didn’t he want me to meet him at the hotel? Just let him wait,” Jiang Chen replied indifferently, pulling Ye Jingyi with him as he left.

Zhang Long was startled for a moment and then shook his head to himself.

Pu Juncheng was really unlucky. If it had not been Jiang Chen but Ye Miss who was informed, perhaps Ye Miss would have gone to meet him.

But who is Jiang Chen? He’s someone who had just established a company in Dingjing and dared to confront the once titans of Dingjing, the Four Great Aristocratic Families, without even stabilizing his foothold yet. Would such a person lower himself to meet someone on their summons?

Impossible!

Shaking his head, Zhang Long turned to get into his own car and drove toward his home. He wouldn’t go to inform Pu Juncheng. Jiang Chen’s message was clear. Just leave him hanging, without bothering about him!

”Mr. Pu,” seeing Jiang Chen and the others leaving, Pu Minsung also started to leave, when Wang Yujiao called out softly, with a hopeful expression, ”You promised me, about letting our Wang Family be the agent...”

”An agent? Miss Wang, what I had agreed to was if you facilitated my cooperation with Yichen, I would make your family one of our agents. Yet, you dared to insult my collaborator this time. Do you think I would still give you the agency rights?”

Pu Minsung sneered, flicked his sleeves, and turned to walk toward his car.

As he walked, he muttered to himself:

What a brainless woman! She had such a good connection, the best friend of Mr. Jiang’s wife - a readymade relationship. Yet, she couldn’t grasp it and even thought about taking advantage of me. What was she thinking?
