Epic Of Caterpillar

Chapter 2938 - 2939: Together, Forever

-----

”YOU INSECTS! WORMS…!”

The Eclipsing woman roared, unleashing a devastating shockwave of Chaos of Life that began to unravel the very existence of the fighters—only for two more to slam her downward into the fractured spacetime.

Chaos, fused with every ally he had reunited with—his wife, his son, and all the rest—stood in his strongest Vampire Dragon form. His relic-like claws tore into her body as he clashed against her thousand hands, swords, and spears with unrelenting fury, even as fresh wounds covered him.

Ervas and Veronica formed the sturdiest shield, absorbing the worst of the damage so Chaos would not fall. Veronicaʼs armor ranked among the densest substances in existence, successfully blocking direct strikes from the combined forms of Happiness and Sadness.

In that moment, a wolf howled from below. Wagyu lunged upward, his three jaws ripping through her entire form and leaving blazing holes across her body.

Kireina and Rimuru surged forward next, each gripping a radiant sword that embodied their hearts. They moved like streaks of blue and red light.

”Letʼs go, Rimuru!”

”Yes, my beloved!”

They clasped hands; their swords flashed in unison as they slashed the monstrous fusion again and again.

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

”GAAAHHHHH! Y-YOUUUUU! YOU DEFECT! YOU DAMN… HEART DEMON!!!”

Happiness and Sadness screamed in unison. Their bodies cracked and shattered, warping into an even larger abomination that began devouring nearby realities and dimensions to heal and grow.

Giant swords and spears manifested across entire realities, consuming the surrounding Existence Expanse.

Frank darted through the onslaught, gathering his strength and summoning seven colossal spears infused with the power of Archangels across Kireinaʼs Reality.

”Seven Archangels Divine Celestial Spears!”

The enormous spears impaled the monstrous sister seven times, halting her expansion for precious seconds.

Noah conjured more of Azathothʼs eyes, but it proved insufficient. He shifted to massive tentacles instead.

”Supreme Authority of Destruction – Azathothʼs Tentacles of Abyssal Restraint.”

Huge black tentacles erupted, wrapping around the aberrant fusion, piercing soul and flesh alike and inflicting deep, searing damage.

”GYAAAAAHHHH!”

The fragments shrieked in torment yet fought back fiercely. Massive swords and spears of Chaos Life materialized, destroying Azathothʼs tentacles and shattering Frankʼs spears before lashing out and smashing both warriors into the reality glass below, nearly obliterating their vessels.

”D-Damn it!”

”Ugh, sheʼs too strong!”

Frank and Noah groaned, vomiting cosmic blood as the tentacles drew nearer. But Ervas-Veronica surged forward once more, expanding to its greatest size and enveloping the giant in living armor and white void flames, locking it in place.

Chaos roared and charged. One hundred dragon heads gathered energy and unleashed one hundred beams capable of annihilating entire Dimensional Clusters, burning and melting the monstrous fusionʼs body.

”NNGAAAHHHH!”

She wailed as she began shattering Veronica-Ervasʼ armor and regenerating from Chaosʼs assault—only for a three-headed wolf to charge in with Kireina and Rimuru riding his back.

”Theyʼre keeping her busy—we have to pierce her combined heart!” Kireina shouted.

Rimuru and Wagyu nodded. Their Heart Essence poured forth, merging with Kireina as she leaped higher from Wagyuʼs back and descended with devastating force.

Rimuru and Wagyu became Kireinaʼs aura itself. The One manifested what remained of his power, further enveloping her.

From within her Inner Reality, hundreds of voices echoed. Particles fused into her sword and body as Kireina drew on the strength everyone offered her.

Every person she fought to protect had joined her side, becoming one with her and forging a new existence.

Kireina clenched her teeth. She felt Rimuru embracing her from behind and Wagyu standing steadfast beside her, their Heart Essence flooding her with power.

Two billion years of knowledge and training became hers.

And Kireina…

Swung her sword one final time.

”Infinite Blooming Hearts Sword – Pillar of Eternal Defiance!”

She fused all six of her previous forms into the seventh and ultimate one, unifying every Heart Essence into her blade.

SLAAAAAAAASH!

”A-Ah… Aah…”

Happiness and Sadness were torn apart.

Yet they did not revert to their original selves—their fusion was severed.

So too were their hearts, souls, and existences.

The Scripture of the Heavenly Law they embodied began to burn.

”AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!”

In agony and despair, they watched in horror as their existence faded and merged with Kireina.

Slowly, inevitably, they completed her.

FLAAASH!

As Happiness and Sadness perished and became one with her, Kireina was reborn.

As the Great Being she once had been.

The White Light above and the Endless Cosmos below witnessed her entire existence rewritten—restored as the Empyrean Throne that had fragmented herself eons ago.

”Itʼs done…” Frank sighed in profound relief.

”She did it… Hah…” Noah smiled. ”Finally…”

”Ugh… well done, sister…” Chaos muttered.

”I almost died…” Veronica cried. ”Itʼs finally over?”

”Yes… I think so,” Ervas murmured.

Kireina stood in silence. Rimuru and Wagyu emerged, gazing upon the form Kireina had worn eons ago as the Eternal Mother of Flowers.

Fair white skin, a dress woven from countless colorful flowers spanning universes, long hair of red, purple, black, and blonde, three horns of rainbow crystal entwined with vines, plants, and blossoms.

Gentle rainbow eyes gleaming with radiant light.

And finally, a pair of breathtaking rainbow-colored butterfly wings composed of countless universes.

She looked nothing like the Kireina they knew… yet they knew it was her.

”Kireina?” Rimuru asked softly.

”Master?” Wagyu wondered.

”…”

She approached them. Each step birthed a new multiverse, blossoming beautifully in the shape of endless flowers.

With a gentle wave of her arms, all the destruction healed instantly.

When she reached them—towering over them three times their size—she looked down with an expressionless face.

Then she smiled warmly.

”Yes, itʼs me.”

FLASH!

Her appearance shifted. Her hair settled into dark purple and red, her horns turned black, her butterfly wings deepened to cosmic purple, blue, and fiery red, and her dress became thorny vines adorned with red, black, and purple roses.

”Kireina-sama!!!”

Rimuru and Wagyu cried joyfully and leaped toward her. Kireina caught them in a tight embrace, overflowing with pure happiness.

Frank, Noah, Chaos, Ervas, and Veronica approached slowly, realizing they now stood within a vast cosmic forest.

”So itʼs done!” Frank exclaimed. ”I-Itʼs really done… Wow, I donʼt even know what comes next.”

”We trained for so long…” Noah sighed. ”We didnʼt lose our minds only because your Pillar of Celestial Enlightenment absorbed all the madness and kept us sane through that endless ordeal.”

”It was brutal, but we were never truly alone,” Chaos nodded.

”What now?” Veronica asked. ”I mean, congratulations and all, but… what are we supposed to do? Just chill?”

”Arenʼt there more Empyrean Thrones here? Where are they?” Ervas wondered.

”Theyʼve been watching the entire time,” Kireina said, clapping her hands. ”Everyone, you can come out now.”

Dozens of figures emerged from the surrounding cosmos—each one majestic, intimidating, and glorious without exception.

Every being was a Great Being of unfathomable power.

Among them stood the three strongest of the Four Seats.

The Ancient Beast King.

The Emperor of Spacetime.

The Mother of All Spirits.

”Eternal Mother of Flowers,” the Ancient Beast King spoke. A tall, muscular man clad in the pelt of cosmic beasts, dark brown skin, long fiery red hair, and gleaming golden eyes. ”Now that you are whole once more, you may rejoin us among the Great Four Seats of the Empyrean Throne.”

”I hope there will be no further disruptions,” the Emperor of Spacetime sighed—an elderly Chinese-looking grandfather in gray and white robes, long white beard, crowned with an eclipsing moon.

”We will not question what you have become or who stands at your side,” the Mother of All Spirits said. ”As long as you vow never to cause such chaos again.”

To Kireina and her companions, the ordeal had been an epic spanning billions of years.

To these beings, it had been a minor inconvenience they had simply observed from afar.

”Kireina, are you really going to join them?” Rimuru asked. ”W-What if they just keep bringing suffering to everyone below?”

”I will,” Kireina answered. ”From now on, fellow Seats, you may call me the Empress of the Eclipsing Garden, Kireina. I will take my seat—but on one condition.”

”...?” The Emperor of Spacetime stroked his beard and sighed, shaking his head. ”What is it now?”

”I will create new Heavenly Dimensional Domains containing only non-intelligent, non-sentient life for you to consume. The rest will be allowed to live their natural lives until they die of old age,” Kireina declared.

”...?”

”!!!”

”...?!”

Every Empyrean Throne—Seats and others alike—recoiled at her audacious words.

Yet Kireina remained calm and composed, smiling gently.

”You donʼt believe me?” she asked, channeling Heart Essence and manifesting an entire Heavenly Dimensional Domain in seconds.

It held countless universes, thousands of dimensions, and hundreds of multidimensional clusters—all teeming with non-sentient life for their consumption.

They required living essence, so this was the closest balance she could achieve—plant-like and fungi-like forms without souls.

”Hah… U-Unbelievable… Not even we can create on such a scale. How did you…?!” the Emperor of Spacetime muttered. ”Gah?! T-The Mark of the Root?!”

”The Root?!” the Ancient Beast King exclaimed. ”Impossible…! T-Thatʼs…!”

”So she has been chosen?” the Mother of All Spirits mused. ”How… amusing. Very well. I accept.”

”Yes, so do I,” the Emperor of Spacetime agreed.

”Mark of the Root?” Kireina asked. ”What does that mean?”

The Thrones exchanged glances before turning back to her.

”It is a rare mark bestowed upon a Chosen Empyrean Throne—one that has not appeared in eons,” the Emperor of Spacetime explained. ”The last bearer was Azathoth, who willingly fragmented himself and entered eternal slumber, deeming all existence meaningless.”

”It seems the mark has passed to you,” the Mother of All Spirits said with a warm smile. She appeared as a towering, voluptuous mother goddess, her long hair composed of trillions of glowing ethereal spirits of elemental energy, her eyes pure golden stars, her translucent skin revealing endless radiant colors within. She wore nothing, yet carried effortless dignity.

”And what does it mean?” Kireina pressed.

”It grants you access to The Root,” the Mother of All Spirits answered.

”And you alone now hold the power to reshape Existence,” the Emperor of Spacetime added. ”Perhaps one of your fragments was chosen long ago during their journey.”

”Ah!”

Kireina remembered—the time she died, reached The Root, spoke with a mysterious witch, and was revived and summoned by Elfina.

”Right… I see…” Kireina smiled and nodded. ”Does that make me your Ruler?”

”Yes,” the Emperor of Spacetime confirmed. ”We have waited eons for one to be chosen. Perhaps the secret was to fragment oneself and discover a new facet of existence—something none of us ever considered.”

”You, Kireina, have achieved it,” the Mother of All Spirits said warmly. ”I look forward to how Existence will grow from this moment.”

”…” Kireina stared at her hands in awe. ”I guess Iʼm the Ruler of… all Existence?”

With her Authority, she summoned everyone else here, elevating them to Empyrean Throne-level beings. They erupted into celebration.

”Congrats!”

”You did it, Kireina!”

”Woooohhh!”

”I canʼt believe this! Oh my god—are we really at the Summit of Existence?!”

”This is insane!”

Kireina heard the joyous voices of her beloved family and friends. With a snap of her fingers, Reality reshaped into her city and castle—now elevated here with all her citizens and people.

She celebrated alongside them.

The Empyrean Thrones joined in, curious about mortal pleasures. They drank, danced, laughed, and even tried telling jokes—learning to speak more like the ”lowly beings” they had once overlooked.

Kireina spent time with her family, basking in love and attention as she ate and drank to her heartʼs content.

She met her grandchildren, and Hydrosʼ family was introduced to the rest—sparking surprise, shock, and playful jealousy.

With her power, she revived those who had fallen, drawing their records from The Root. Tsukuyomi and Susanoo wept as they reunited with Amaterasu.

That night brought Kireinaʼs wildest experience yet. Intimacy between Empyrean Thrones was so intense that each moan birthed new multiverses.

With infinite power, time, and energy, she satisfied all her wives—and Mammon, who had slipped into the room and was now officially recognized as one of them.

The Mother of All Spirits, intrigued by mortal affairs, joined as well. Kireina simply went with the flow; the ancient Seat quickly discovered the pleasures of the flesh and fell deeply for her.

When the long night finally ended, Kireina stepped outside. Within her Reality, the sky mirrored the world below, reflecting the starry expanse they all cherished.

On the castle terrace, she stood with Rimuru, hands clasped. Kireina pulled her close in a loving embrace; Rimuru rested her head on her shoulder.

”I donʼt think I could have done this without you, Rimuru—without everyone,” Kireina said softly. ”Thank you. Really… thank you so much.”

”Kireina…” Rimuru murmured, smiling warmly before leaning in to kiss her tenderly. ”I worked hardest for this moment because I knew you would always sacrifice yourself to keep us safe. I did it because I love you—with all your flaws and everything else. I love you so much…”

”Aw…” Kireina smiled, kissing her lips again and again, then her cheeks. ”I love you too, more than anything… My cute, adorable Rimu…”

”Heheh…” Rimuru giggled as Kireina kissed her neck and shoulders. ”Um, but can I ask for something?”

”Yes?” Kireina asked.

”I want another baby! Ailine needs a little sister slime like her…!” Rimuru declared, brows furrowed in cute determination.

”E-Eh? Ah…!” Kireina blinked, already the mother of so many. But seeing Rimuruʼs hopeful face, she relented with a smile. ”Fine. Letʼs have another baby.”

”Guguuuuu!” Rimuruʼs slimy tentacles wrapped around Kireina, pulling her toward a private room. ”Then letʼs start right away~!”

”W-Wait! Rimuru, I just did it with like forty people—Aaahh~!” Kireina laughed helplessly as Rimuru—now a powerful Empyrean Throne—dragged her away with insatiable desire.
