Epic Of Caterpillar

Chapter 2937 - 2938: We Are Here For You

-----

”Aaaaagh!”

Sadness screamed in agony, crashing into a nearby floating fragment of reality. The impact shattered it, killing billions of inhabitants she swiftly absorbed in a desperate attempt to heal.

Anger struck instantly, severing Kireinaʼs left arm in a single burning slash, then devoured the severed limb in a flash of flame.

Kireina could no longer regrow that arm naturally, but it no longer mattered. She manifested a replacement forged from her Reality Domain and swung two Pillars of Celestial Enlightenment. After a brief pause, she nodded to herself and expanded the technique—hundreds of arms sprouted, each gripping a Pillar of Celestial Enlightenment.

Here, in this boundless expanse, her power faced no limits. There was no reason to hold back, especially with rich Reality Essence saturating everything she could absorb to sustain herself.

Thus…

”Heaven And Earth Defying Soul Heart Style.”

”First Form – Crimson Eclipse Bloom + Second Form – Defiance of the Nine Heavens!”

Kireina fused her first and second forms, recreating and vastly expanding the eclipsing garden of petals—now interwoven with nine thousand heavens rising in unison.

The white sky fractured, unleashing thousands of petals. Each one carried nine thousand heavenly tribulations within. Anger gasped as the onslaught engulfed her instantly.

Her dress tore apart, her weapons shattered. She suffered the worst of it: Kireina pierced her heart, ripped it open, and drove a kick into her face, slamming her down.

Happiness laughed brightly and struck Kireina from behind, stabbing through her lungs and tearing them free. She then seized Kireinaʼs spine, attempting to wrench it out and end her.

”Aaaaaggghh!”

Kireina screamed. She had repelled Sadness and Anger, but Happiness had landed a devastating blow. Cosmic blood poured from her mouth in endless streams as her hands reached for Happiness. The fragment only laughed harder, manifesting thousands of radiant hands and swords of life to mirror the technique.

”Kireina!”

The One compressed his entire legacy into a vast, glowing white sword of heavenly light. It pierced Happinessʼs chest and hurled her backward with him.

BOOOMMM!!!

Happiness and The One smashed into a cluster of tree-shaped dimensions, obliterating them and leaving a wake of dying universes and ruin.

”Haaa… Haaa… Haaa…”

Kireina gasped, desperately drawing in Reality Essence to cling to life. Her spine slowly realigned, flowers and thorny vines blooming to patch the grievous wound.

”Ugh…”

But she had reached her limit. She collapsed, clenching her teeth as Sadness and Anger advanced slowly, weapons raised. Happiness shattered The One into fragments and flew toward her, the wound in her head sealed with crystalline glass, her smile unchanging.

”Well, it looks like this is the end of the road, my dear,” Happiness said pleasantly.

”You are tough, I have to admit,” Anger nodded.

”But you cannot stand against all three of us. Itʼs impossible… So give up already, will you?” Sadness sighed.

”Never!”

Kireina roared furiously, gripping her Pillars of Celestial Enlightenment like swords and glaring at the trio while clutching her heart with desperate strength.

With every ounce of will she possessed, she charged.

The three laughed, blurring across space and time to overwhelm her. Thousands of black spears impaled her body, blazing axes cleaved her limbs, and Happiness drove her sword toward her throat.

”Nnnggh…! Itʼs not over…! I can still…!”

Kireina struggled, but the cumulative damage had been steadily absorbed by them. She felt herself growing weaker.

”Ahhhh~ How cute,” Happiness chuckled. Her sword began to slowly slice through Kireinaʼs throat, drawing groans of pure agony.

”Gaaaggh…! Nngh…!”

”Fufu, fuahahahaha!” Happiness laughed, drinking the flowing blood. ”Drink, sisters! Sheʼs finally ours! We finally return to our true form!”

As her ”sisters” consumed her essence, Kireina felt her consciousness fading.

She cradled her inner reality tenderly, shielding everyone within from these horrors.

Slowly, she began pushing that precious world out of her cosmic body—toward the cracked glass floor beneath her.

”Iʼm sorry… everyone…”

Kireina closed her eyes as countless lives flashed through her mind.

Many had been short and unremarkable.

A few stood out as memorable.

But her most vivid was the last one.

She wasnʼt happy dying this way, yet at least she had fought back. She had refused to hide any longer.

”Is this really how you will give up, Master?”

”Youʼre not someone who gives up so easily after all!”

”…!”

Kireina heard voices rising from the very Reality she was trying to discard.

Before she could fully expel it beyond the glass, a hand of azure galaxies, universes, and dimensions grasped hers and gently pushed back.

But that Reality rejoined her once more.

”…What?”

Kireina opened her eyes—and they widened in shock.

Someone stood before her, shielding her!

No—not one, but two?

Her sisters groaned, vomiting cosmic blood as rainbow-colored swords pierced their bodies and claw-like slashes tore bleeding gashes across their forms.

”Why?”

They had appeared out of nowhere.

”Why?!”

A black-and-red three-headed wolf and a radiant blue maiden.

”Why are you here?!”

Kireina screamed and wept as she saw her most precious friends and beloved family standing resolute in front of her.

”Because we would never leave you alone at a time like this, Master!” Wagyu roared.

”I love you more than anything! I would never leave your side, Kireina!” Rimuru cried, tears streaming down her face.

”A-Ah…! No…! Run away! Run away! Theyʼre going to kill you!!!” Kireina reached for them desperately, trying to send them back. ”I would rather die in agony, torn to shreds and eaten alive, than watch any of you die!!!”

Wagyu and Rimuru smiled. Their auras surged, enveloping her.

Kireinaʼs wounds healed rapidly, now sealed with rainbow crystals and blazing red-and-black flames.

”H-Huh? Wait—how are you so strong?” she gasped.

”Astraea did something,” Rimuru said with a gentle smile. ”Weʼve been training for exactly two billion years.”

”Every day was harder than the last, but we made it,” Wagyu added confidently. ”All for you, Master!”

”Wha… Astraea?!” Kireina struggled to process it until more voices resonated within her.

Countless voices, echoing from every corner of her being.

”Itʼs done, Kireina-sama!” Astraea called. ”Everyone is here to help you!”

”Two billion years of training—letʼs see where it leads us!” Andromeda declared.

”Kireina, think of us—of all of us!” Zehe urged.

”And our powers will come to you!” Brontes roared.

”We cannot manifest like Rimuru, Wagyu, or the others, but… even as mere particles, we can help you!” Lilith said.

”Please, Kireina-sama!” Kekensha howled. ”Trust in our power!”

”We love you!” Charlotte cried. ”Please… please let us help you!”

”Kireinaaaaaaaa!!!”

Every voice rang out in perfect unison within Kireinaʼs Reality, their souls synchronized flawlessly with her Heart Essence.

Her aura exploded outward. Countless particles of every color manifested around her, empowering her far beyond her previous limits.

Each particle was someone she loved—one of her wives, her children, her grandchildren, her friends, allies, rivals, subordinates, parents…

She could hear them all. She was no longer alone.

”E-Everyone…!” Kireina broke down, tears streaming as the overwhelming love crashed over her.

Happiness, Anger, and Sadness slowly healed, staring in disbelief at what was unfolding.

It made no sense!

Kireina could stand here because she had reached that level.

But a Reality Monarch and a mere Multidimensional Paragon—how were they present?!

How had their bodies not been crushed by the sheer weight of existence?

”This makes no sense,” Happiness muttered, shaking her head. ”She had allies comparable in power?!”

”No—these are lowly worms who cannot even approach our strength… and yet…!” Anger growled.

”T-They hurt us?” Sadness whispered, eyes widening.

They glared at the azure maiden and the three-headed wolf, overwhelmed by disbelief—and burning hatred.

”Whatever tricks you pulled, it wonʼt be nearly enough!” Anger roared. She absorbed Reality Flames and quintillions of burning souls, her butterfly form twisting into a colossal, monstrous insectoid aberration—dozens of times larger, spanning trillions of light-years. ”WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU CAN DO AGAINST US, WORMS!”

She charged, leaving Happiness and Sadness behind to recover and gather power for their ultimate forms.

RUMBLE!

The realities below trembled and cracked as the titanic blazing demon closed in.

Rimuru and Wagyu smiled and surged forward.

”Wait!”

Kireina tried to stop them, but it was too late.

Rimuru and Wagyu clashed with Anger!

Kireina braced for the horror of seeing them torn apart.

But neither faltered.

Rimuru summoned a long rainbow sword from her radiant brilliance.

”Seven Celestial Rainbows Style – First Form: Nirvanaʼs Light!”

Wagyuʼs three sets of fangs blazed with red-and-black flames.

”Abyssal Purgatory Beast Art – First Form: Fangs of Vengeance!”

Both leaped.

Anger bellowed, her giant axe-like insect scythes descending to cleave them in two.

SLAAASH!

A radiant rainbow burst from Rimuruʼs blade, carving zigzag patterns through Angerʼs entire body.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

Simultaneously, Wagyuʼs fangs tore gaping holes across her existence, shattering her soul.

”Eh?”

Angerʼs eyes widened as her body was suddenly sliced and shredded.

”EEEEHHHH?!”

Before she could comprehend it, explosions erupted across her form.

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!

”W-WHATʼS HAPPENING?!”

She desperately tried to stitch herself together—only for more detonations to rip her apart.

Then Kireinaʼs eyes widened.

Four more presences emerged from her Reality.

One radiated immense darkness and malice, combining with another to ignite Angerʼs own blood.

”Y-You guys?!”

Noah and Chaos smiled back and nodded.

”Who else?” Noah asked.

”Letʼs finish her quickly!” Chaos urged. ”Frank, Veronica, Ervas!”

”Got it!”

”Yes!”

”Alright.”

Kireinaʼs eyes widened further as she saw Frank in an exalted angelic form—stronger than ever—and Veronica and Ervas in their fused state rushing toward Anger.

Rimuru and Wagyu kept tearing at her while Noah and Chaos made her cosmic blood detonate relentlessly.

The constant agony prevented her from regenerating faster than the damage accumulated.

Happiness and Sadness sensed disaster and rushed to intervene.

Frank, Veronica, and Ervas delivered the finishing blows to Anger.

Someone had to hold the others back so they could finally claim victory!

Kireina rose.

Her arms and legs regenerated—forged from dimensions ruled by her beloved family, friends, and allies.

She felt stronger than ever. Manifesting her Pillar of Celestial Enlightenment, she leaped forward.

”Where do you think youʼre going?!”

Her sword—once rapier-like—now glowed with majestic brilliance, stretching high enough to touch the White Nothingness.

And absorb a fragment of it.

FLUOSH!

Wreathed in White Nothingness, Kireina slashed Happiness and Sadness, hurling them back in explosions of white void.

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!

”Ahh?!”

Kireinaʼs mouth fell open as she stared at her sword and its devastating power.

Since when has it grown so immense?

”Is it… because everyone synchronized every dimension inside me?!”

Technically, she had gained no new power beyond what she already possessed.

This strength had always been within her—but she had never had time to understand or refine it.

She had rushed here because her sisters would have destroyed this Heavenly Dimensional Domain otherwise.

Now she understood: her family and friends had done this for her.

They trained two billion years, mastering every fragment of her power, then came to return it to her.

That was how they could manifest.

”I see now…”

Kireina smiled, closing her eyes for a moment.

They had all become her Heart Avatars—at the level of Empyrean Throne Realm.

Powers she had no time to train or awaken now blossomed from within.

She dropped her shocked expression and let the sadness fade.

Warmth filled her smile as she advanced.

Anger writhed in torment, screaming as flames erupted everywhere.

With her gleaming sword now embodying even the White Nonexistence, Kireina charged.

She opened the path to defeat one of her sisters.

”Goodbye, Anger.”

”S-Stop…! STOOOOOP!!!”

Angerʼs form twisted into an abomination resembling an Outer God—countless arms, legs, heads, eyes, tentacles, and flames spreading in every direction.

”Heaven And Earth Defying Soul Heart Style.”

”Sixth Form!”

”Blooming Heart – Radiant Defiance!”

Kireinaʼs heart bloomed. Radiance surged from the depths of her being.

She was not alone in defying Fate and Destiny.

She was one among many—and their vessel.

SLAAASH!

A crimson slash tore through Anger, followed by radiant white light that divided her body into trillions of fragments.

Each piece transformed into small universes and galaxies, flying toward Kireina and merging into her Reality.

”GUUUAAAGGGHHH!”

As Anger perished and was absorbed, the emotion of Anger flooded through Kireina. Part of her hair turned red; flames wreathed her body.

”I see… so thatʼs how it is.”

Kireina understood: she was reclaiming what had always been hers—an integral aspect of her existence.

Even as a ”Heart Demon,” Anger would be absorbed, allowing Kireina to become her true, complete self.

”How could you kill Anger…! You monsters…!”

”We will kill you no matter what!”

In desperation, Sadness and Happiness merged before Kireina and her allies.

No longer separate, they became a single giantess fairy—two sides fused: one of darkness and Sadness, the other of radiant light and Happiness.

An Eclipsing Crown hovered above them; their wings blended abyssal shadow and blinding sunlight.

Boundless Lifeʼs Radiance and endless Lifeʼs Curses compressed together, forming Lifeʼs Chaos that began to distort the Summit of Existence and crack countless realities.

RUMBLE!

The ground trembled violently as the glass-like floor shattered. Universes and dimensions started collapsing.

”We have to end this quickly!” Kireina shouted. ”Rimuru, Wagyu—to my left and right! Frank, Noah, Chaos, Ervas, Veronica—assist from every other side!”

”OOOHH!”

They roared in unison and charged the Eclipsing Monstrosity.

The being screamed and laughed simultaneously. Millions of hands erupted from her form, blocking their advance.

Noah channeled his fatherʼs power. Azathoth—unlike the vanquished The One—had divided himself long ago after deeming life meaningless and falling into endless slumber.

But through his avatar Nyarlathotep, he had tasted fatherhood. Now he manifested fully, lending Noah the strength to fight—not just for Kireina, but for the entire reality where he and his loved ones existed.

”Supreme Authority of Destruction – Azathothʼs Eyes of Absolute Demise.”

Two colossal eyes opened behind Noah, sending paralyzing dread through the fused beingʼs body.

”Itʼs my turn!”

Frank surged forward, fused with his holy spear and the archangels. He had ascended to unprecedented heights—and he was now whole.

In those two billion years, he had reunited with his other half—the Supreme of Time, the ancient skeletal god.

”Are you ready?”

”Yes!”

After falling into the Timeline River and arriving in the past, Frank had battled invaders one by one until he became the Supreme of Time of Genesis. His body had aged into a skeleton to survive the eons, sustained by the power of the River of Time.

Now reunited, the two halves combined temporarily for this battle—then would part again.

The Supreme of Time had reclaimed his family and youth; the younger Frank had his parallel Earth, friends, and changed fates thanks to Kireina.

They could not merge permanently without unbalancing both lives—so they chose this fleeting union.

The System within Kireinaʼs Cosmic Realm rejoined them, fusing into Frankʼs Heart Manifestation. He adapted it into his Divine Armory, summoning trillions of Multidimensional Paragon-rank relics that bombarded Happiness-Sadness with explosive strikes.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

”GUAAAAGGHH…!”
