Epic Of Caterpillar

Chapter 2905 - 2906: Kireina Dismantles The Entire Labyrinth Of Madness

-----

As the Darkness swallowed everything, Kireina plunged into an eternal abyssal vortex. The realms that had been absorbed shattered into fragments and were devoured by the Labyrinth of Madness.

Everyone around her was being pulled into the same swirling chaos, the vortex striving to consume all life and matter.

Izanami, the Death Goddess, had become the unwilling catalyst for the Demon King of Terra to emerge through his parallel self in this world: Ame-no-Mikaboshi.

Upon entering this reality, he had likely raged against his fate, trapped within Yomi, unable to enact his plans.

Yet through this relentless chain of events, coincidence after coincidence stacking into catastrophe, Kireina realized someone, or something, had manipulated destiny itself.

The world had likely sealed the Demon King within this god to keep him imprisoned and powerless against the living.

But that containment had shattered in the worst possible way. Using Takai Shinji, a deranged Oni obsessed with ending humanity, as a vessel to summon Izanami, the entire sequence had been triggered.

Now even Amaterasu and Tsukuyomiʼs Heavenly Domains were being torn apart and consumed by the vortex, plunging everything into deeper chaos and despair.

For a fleeting moment, Kireina felt herself being dragged farther and farther from everyone she loved.

Her eyes blazed with crimson light.

”Not anymore.”

She had sworn upon her soul and her heart that she would never again allow Them to tear her beloved ones away from her.

Not anymore.

Never!

And now, Kireina possessed the power to fight back.

”Cosmic Star Constellation Art – Heavenly Domain Expansion!”

Her eyes shone like twin crimson stars as her Inner Heavenly Domain erupted outward, absorbing everything around her.

Acting as an invisible, protective barrier, she forcibly drew together everyone the Demon King had tried to separate!

”...?!”

His presence, watching coldly as everyone fell, recoiled in shock at what Kireina was doing.

He reacted instantly. Dark forces surged from every direction, striking at her aura with ferocious intent.

However.

”Youʼve made a terrible mistake.”

With a thunderous roar, Kireinaʼs body transformed into an absolute titan—nearly as vast as the vortex itself, using her sheer size to block the entire maelstrom!

RUMBLE!

”W-Wha...?!?”

The Demon King, who had only just pulled the humans he intended to use as vessels for his twisted game, stared in stunned disbelief as Kireina refused to follow his script.

Then it happened.

”Blossoming Defiance – Myriad Forms and Connections.”

Kireina connected to countless hearts and souls.

Her Blossoming Heart transformed into an endless sword capable of severing anything.

”Weapon Form – Infinite Heavens Sword!”

The world around her compressed infinitely through her blade as it rose against the heavens and dimensional forces.

Defying every law of physics, Kireinaʼs Heart Essence manifested in its largest, most radiant form.

Her Cultivation Formulas glowed as radiant runes across the swordʼs surface.

At that moment, the Demon King understood.

He fucked up.

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

Countless slashing attacks erupted simultaneously from every direction.

The entire vortex trembled violently as the Demon Kingʼs crimson eyes widened in horror.

”S-STOP!!!”

He screamed in disbelief and terror. Thousands of massive abyssal chaos claws erupted from every angle.

Powerful eyes unleashed cursed cosmic beams aimed at destroying her soul.

Devouring jaws materialized, attempting to consume her attacks.

His onslaught, combined with chaos stars and even compressed fragments of Heavenly Domains, bombarded Kireina with endless explosions.

And yet.

”A-Ah!”

The Demon King gasped in utter disbelief as Kireina emerged from the dust clouds completely unscathed.

He realized she had enveloped herself in countless slashing attacks, each composed of her elemental energies compressed to their smallest, most lethal form.

A literal dome of eternally active slashes surrounded her.

And when she swung her sword, those slashes transformed into petals.

”Heaven and Earth Defying Soul Heart Style.”

”First Form.”

”Crimson Eclipse Bloom – Countless Forms Echo!”

Kireina roared. Her sword descended as her very existence fragmented into countless petals, each a shard of her soul, each a defiant stand against her enemies.

This was the same technique she had used against Susanoo and later the Overseers, now amplified hundreds of thousands of times by her recent cultivation breakthrough.

She had weaponized the very curse her sisters had inflicted, the Black Star of Misfortune, transmuting it into her radiant Star of Defiance through the Crimson Moon Eclipse within her Heart Domain and the Star of Misfortune itself.

Thus, Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul, and Heart synchronized perfectly.

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

”A-Aaaahhh! S-Stop! STOP!!!”

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

”They didnʼt tell me you were this strong! What is this?! WHAT IS THIS?!”

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

”I THOUGHT...! YOU WERE A FRAUD...! NNGAAAAAAHHHHH!!!”

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

The Demon King could no longer withstand his enormous form. He writhed in agony as Kireina systematically destroyed every part of him, each small clone he had created using fragments of realms, domains, and cosmic chaos divinity from his new incarnation as Ame-no-Mikaboshi.

Kireinaʼs eyes scanned the chaos as she moved swiftly across the sea of darkness.

”Found you.”

And she found him.

To sustain this tremendous Labyrinth of Madness Formation, Ame-no-Mikaboshi had used Yomi itself as the central pillar.

His true body had never left Yomi; he remained deep within the netherworld.

But could Kireina reach him?

Was it too far?

Not at all.

Her Infinite Heavens Sword merged with her body, transforming her into an Eclipsing Sword.

And as a sword, she executed the Immortal Sword Traveling Technique.

In a mere split second...

SLASH!

She tore through space itself and arrived in the depths of Yomi.

A landscape of towering mountains, rivers of nether, and millions of ghosts and yokai stretched before her.

At the center stood Ame-no-Mikaboshi, seated within a colossal black pagoda forged from black bones and surrounded by trillions of Undead and Demonic creatures.

”K-KIREINA! HOW DID YOU...?!?”

He was panicking!

He felt utterly unprepared for this.

Kireina had grown far too quickly, something none of her enemies had anticipated.

They hadnʼt even known she had recently slaughtered Overseers capable of casually destroying Universes.

”Hello.”

Kireina greeted the army of trillions of Yokai, Ghosts, Skeletons, Zombies, Jiangshi, and Demons that filled the depths of Yomi.

”Izanami! Return! Protect me!”

Ame-no-Mikaboshi screamed in desperation. Izanami manifested—a towering titan of darkness, beautiful yet constantly withering.

The trillions of monsters began merging with her, empowering her further.

”WRAAAAHHHH!”

She roared with monstrous fury.

Her roar summoned quadrillions of ghostly creatures that surged toward Kireina.

But Kireina never lost sight of her true target.

Her eyes blazed with red and golden light.

She prepared herself as the ghosts rushed forward.

She knew she would take damage—but it didnʼt matter...

Or so she thought.

It did matter.

To them.

”Damn chaos spawn! Why did you bring us here?!”

Amaterasuʼs voice rang out from her side. Kireinaʼs eyes widened in surprise.

The titaness raged, smashing Izanamiʼs head downward with her fists before summoning a gigantic mirror and unleashing a colossal beam against the ghostly horde.

”Amaterasu!”

”Go and slay that bastard! Hurry!”

”Thank you!”

But the help did not end there. Because everyone had been protected within her Heavenly Domain Barrier, when she teleported, she had brought them with her.

Well, almost everyone. She regretted that a few were missing, not because she couldnʼt retrieve them, but because they had chosen to leap away and act on their own.

Among them was Frank, who had run off the moment he heard a familiar voice calling for help.

Kireina left that to him. She knew he was strong.

Right now she had to focus on the enemy before her.

And Amaterasu was not the only one who had come to her aid.

”More of you?!”

Ame-no-Mikaboshi lost his composure completely. He raised his hands as dozens of massive nether pillars erupted, summoning trillions more monsters in an endless tide.

”Donʼt underestimate me, gods of Takamagahara! I am Ame-no-Mikaboshi! The God even your Father, Izanagi, feared!”
