After the explosive damage, thereʼs a 50% chance to leave the foe with an {Astral Spirit Flame Corrosion} that will drain their internal energies and decrease their Stats the more they burn, up to 30% of their stats can be reduced, the flames disappear within 30 seconds, but can continue burning the more explosions accumulate, dealing damage every second based on 1% of the explosion damage, which can be stacked up to 10%.

-----

This was the power of {Astral Spirit Flame Corrosion}. Small flames burned and corroded him, weakening him over a long period of time…

It was just good enough for me as well.

As I looked down on him, I felt the impulse to kill him.

Perhaps if I do it now, when heʼs vulnerable, I could help Frank never relive such terrible trauma ever again.

”Y-You…!” he regained his consciousness. ”Youʼre…! The young lady?! What sort of power…! Cough…! I even went berserk and… youʼre stronger?!”

”Still doubting me, worm?” I asked angrily, kicking his face away.

CLAAASH!

”Gaaagggh…?!”

He vomited blood, feeling even more weakened, his humanoid form was only halfway made, the other half of his face looking like his true appearance.

”I told you that Mount Takao is MINE,” I said, grabbing him by the neck and lifting him up. ”Youʼll back down from ever daring to get in my way, right? Now that I have defeated… I hope we can get to that arrangement. I am, after all, my fatherʼs daughter.”

”Attagirl!” My father said proudly, clapping. ”Thatʼs her! Thatʼs my daughter by the way! Sheʼs so cool! Sniff!” He was crying and clapping while cleaning his tears and snout with a handkerchief that Ismena gave to him.

”H-Hah… I did… underestimate you… young lady…” Wasp muttered, smiling lightly at me. ”I… concede…”

I dropped him on the floor, he was half dead, I looked back at him. I did nothing but hate this psychopath, but I had to admit that he fought amazingly well, he really did push me back a lot.

Not to the point that Noah did, who forced me to die and revive several times with my special Psyche… but he was certainly formidable enough to damage me and make me bleed and feel a lot of pain.

I want to do nothing but kill him but… I have to admit I might respect his strength, if anything else.

I looked at the Doctor Frankensteinʼs body on the floor, he seemed to have regained his composure and had mostly healed.

He was something strange, not entirely undead, not entirely alive, with gadgets, steel, metal, and magical engines inside his body.

After the creation of his first monster, Doctor Frankenstein used his own body as an experimentation subject, slowly, over the years, turning himself into the abomination he was.

Iʼm sure he didnʼt go all out, nor showed me what he could truly do either… but he was still defeated and humiliated.

”So?” I asked.

”Heh…” he smiled at me with eyes filled with admiration. ”Young lady Kireina, your strength is genuine… I apologize for having melted your face; I will create a new face biological mask for you. And of course, I concede.”

”Biological face mask?” I wondered.

Oh right, maybe in this world Iʼm like my father and my own being is just really pure chaos, huh?

Not that I need it either way, Iʼm still me.

FLUOSH!

”No need, unlike father, I donʼt require magic or items for this, my mother was a human after all,” I walked away, my face fully regenerating.

And lastly, I looked at Medea, who was on the floor, looking saddened while caressing the wound in her face.

”Medea.” This copy comes from content on M|V|L0EMPYR.

”Y-Young Lady… I apologize for my previous actions, I have gone through a lot myself, through my life… I simply didnʼt want you to grow up yet, perhaps thatʼs why… I oppose you. To me, you were still the little girl I saw grown up since you were a baby. Because of your motherʼs absence, I helped your father raise you with all the love I could have given to my real child, if I could have ever had any…”

She was an Ancient Witch from Greece, betrayed by a Hero and tortured through a series of terrible tragedies, she developed her powers further as she fell into depravity and the dark side of this world, forging her strength as a Witch through her entire life, ever since she was born, and toyed by the gods, Medea had a very tragic life. I might have gone overboard with that slap.

”Itʼs fine, sorry about hitting you,” I sighed, hugging her and healing her. ”Do you feel better, auntie?”

”K-Kireina…” she looked at me with eyes filled with emotions, almost shedding another tear. ”Youʼre so kind… thatʼs… not good you know? You cannot be kind!”

”I think I can, dad doesnʼt mind if Iʼm kind with our people, right?” I asked.

”Of course not, a true leader must show both kindness and ruthlessness in equal measures,” father said. ”Well done, Kireina! Youʼve truly shown us that youʼre worthy of taking care of Mount Takao and even of future missions, perhaps.”

”Thank you father,” I said with a kind smile. ”This battle was… well, it was quite fun, dare I say. Though I do feel like they didnʼt really go all-out even after everything, so donʼt treat them too badly for their lose, I believe they were holding back because of my position.”

”Y-Young lady…” Wasp muttered, realizing I was helping them not have their whole image destroyed, so father wouldnʼt lose his respect towards them.

”You donʼt really need to speak on our behalf, we were indeed lacking in-” Frankenstein was about to speak, but I sighed, interrupting his words.

”Anyway! Thatʼs it for today, right? So letʼs not fight anymore and get along, you three. Youʼre very important members of our organization, and it would be foolish of me to ever fight you again. I want to get along, not to become enemies.” I said, helping Wasp and the Doc to get up from the floor, while Medea was fully healed by now.

”Hmm,” Wasp sighed, closing his eyes, he was clearly not the type to talk about things like these. ”Iʼm grateful for your mercy, young lady.”

”Me too,” the Doc said.
