Reborn As Noble

Chapter 1166: Gloria’s Graceful Formality ( 1166 )

Meanwhile.

Javier’s private room.

Felicia sat across from Gloria on the couch, reading a book, while Delya lay on the long couch with her usual dreamy smile, hugging a huge jar of chocolate.

Gloria, on the other side of the couch, put down her book and glanced at her mana watch.

Ara~ It’s been more than an hour already.

Young Master and Liana should be done by now.

I guess I’ll go check on them~

No way I’m going to let Liana have her way again~

I wonder after he claims Mimi, will we be able to have our sweet moments together without needing to sleep separately?

”Felicia~ Delya?” Gloria mused softly, a playful smile on her lips.

”Yes, Gloria?” they both said in unison, looking up at her.

”I believe Liana and Young Master should be done by now. How about we all go together to Young Master’s personal workshop?” Gloria tilted her head and smiled, adjusting her glasses.

Felicia glanced at Gloria before fidgeting slightly. ”Umm... are you sure... we should... what if they’re still... doing it...?”

Gloria just chuckled softly. ”Well... I know our husband is good, but I don’t think they’re still going at it, unless Young Master is using something to boost his stamina, which I doubt he would.”

She smiled and nudged her glasses, noticing Delya and Felicia still hesitating. ”Well... I guess I’ll just have to go alone~” Gloria said while slowly standing up.

”We... we’ll join you!” Felicia rushed to her feet.

Delya slowly sat up, placed the chocolate jar aside, stood, adjusted her skirt, and picked up the jar again. ”Since I’m bored and I also want to see Danna-sama, I’ll join you, Gloria.”

”Very well.” Gloria clasped her hands gracefully in front of her and walked toward the door, a hidden smirk playing on her lips.

There’s no way I’m going to let Liana have too much fun for herself~

Once they headed out of Javier’s room, they walked slowly down the hallway.

Gloria noticed Marcellus and Cedric walking ahead, accompanied by a group of personal maids behind them.

She paused, clasped her hands gracefully in front of her and bowed respectfully. ”Good morning, Prince Marcellus, Prince Cedric.”

Marcellus and Cedric paused mid-stride, exchanging a brief glance before shaking their heads in unison.

”Gloria... you’re going to become our sister-in-law. We don’t think there’s a need for such formalities.”

Cedric nodded in agreement. ”We’re practically family now. You can relax around us.”

Gloria straightened, a small smile playing at her lips as she adjusted her glasses. ”I appreciate that, Prince Marcellus, Prince Cedric. Truly.”

She tilted her head slightly, her expression sincere. ”With respect, Your Highnesses, formalities exist for a reason. Until the wedding ceremony is complete, I believe it’s only proper to maintain the formalities. Consider it my respect for your positions, and for the family I hope to officially join.”

Marcellus and Cedric exhaled before smiling warmly toward her, Felicia, and Delya. The personal maids behind them placed their palms over their left chests and bowed slightly in acknowledgment.

Gloria inclined her head in return before speaking again. ”If I may ask, Your Highnesses... where are you both headed this morning?”

Marcellus let out another soft exhale, the faintest hint of weariness in his expression. Cedric merely smiled beside him.

”The usual, Gloria,” Marcellus replied. ”Father summoned us.”

Cedric’s smile remained, easy and unbothered. ”Probably another mission. They haven’t briefed us yet.”

”Ah.” Gloria gave a small nod, nudging her glasses up. ”I see.”

Marcellus glanced past her, then around the corridor. ”Speaking of which... where’s Javier? Surprised he’s not with you.”

Cedric looked around as well, a knowing smirk tugging at his lips. ”Yes, that’s unusual. He usually drags his entire harem everywhere he goes.” He chuckled, glancing at Gloria with playful amusement. ”Showing off his girls to anyone who crosses his path.”

Marcellus grinned. ”Just like Father. He wants the world to know he’s got five beautiful women by his side.”

Gloria smiled, clasping both hands in front of her maid dress. ”He has something to do, and Liana is... assisting him. He’s at his personal workshop now.”

Marcellus wiggled his eyebrows while Cedric let out a soft laugh. ”Something to do, huh? Heh~”

Gloria bowed slightly with a knowing smile. ”Yes, Your Highness.”

”Well...” Marcellus glanced at Cedric before turning his gaze back to Gloria and the others. ”We’d best be on our way now. Can’t keep Father waiting.”

Cedric nodded, smiling. ”Yeah, best not to make Father wait. We’ll be going, Gloria.”

Gloria bowed once more, the motion fluid and elegant. ”Of course, Your Highnesses. I wish you a pleasant meeting with His Majesty.”

She remained in her bow until Marcellus and Cedric had walked past and leave the area before continuing down the hallway, Felicia and Delya following quietly behind her.

Felicia smiled softly. ”Gloria?”

”Hmm? Yes?” Gloria continued walking slowly down the hallway, her steps light and graceful.

Felicia’s voice was gentle with admiration. ”You’re still able to use such a polite tone, even though they told you not to.”

Gloria adjusted her glasses, a thoughtful expression on her face.

”Even if the Armand family isn’t like other noble families or the Human Kingdom’s royalty, proper respect is a must for a respectable household like theirs. Among all human nobles and royals, Armand is the only one that truly values honor, loyalty, and genuine care for its people. That’s worth respecting, no matter how close we become.”

Delya smiled dreamily. ”I agree. It makes me happy to know Danna-sama is part of such a family... and that I’m now one of his women.”

Gloria smiled and reached up, gathering her hair and tying it into a high, elegant ponytail. ”Well, I suppose we’d better head to the personal workshop and be with our husband again.”

”Mm... okay,” Felicia said with a soft smile, following closely behind Gloria.

”Yes~ I can’t wait to be together with Danna-sama again~” Delya said, hugging her chocolate jar with her usual dreamy smile.

Just as they were about to reach the main door, Gloria paused, placed her palm over her left chest, and bowed gracefully.

”Sir Alf.”

Felicia and Delya stood behind Gloria, keeping their heads slightly lowered. Despite being princesses from other nations, they still felt a hint of unease around Alf’s stern presence.

”Good morning, Princess Felicia, Princess Delya.” Alf said before standing with both hands clasped behind his back, his gaze shifting to Gloria.

”Gloria?”

”Yes, Sir Alf?” Gloria adjusted her posture, standing gracefully.

”Where is Prince Javier?” Alf kept his usual stern expression.
