The Versatile Master Artist

Misha leaned close to Gu Weijing.

The girl whispered seductively in his ear, ”I’m not as cold as that Mona. I’m having a little party at my house tonight, I have a big bathtub in my bedroom, and my parents aren’t home.”

There are some boys in the world who like to brag to their friends about the girls they’ve conquered.

Likewise, there are some girls who love to use their irresistible charm to conquer all the handsome guys and celebrities around them.

Especially in places where gender roles are more open.

In European industrial-era society, there was a large group of beautiful girls willing to maintain ”intimate relationships” in bed with aristocratic young men and heirs of industrialists, teaching them how to become real men.

They were the sexual awakeners for many rich young men like Baudelaire or Manet.

In tradition, some families’ elders would specifically find such clean and pretty women to be close maids for their young men during adolescence.

Most of these girls were not even so-called ”professional socialites.”

They didn’t seek any material returns, only relished the feeling of associating with famous people. In German, there’s even a special term ”süße Mädchen” to describe this social phenomenon.

Misha was that type of ”süße Mädchen.”

Not promiscuous.

She just had the personality of a ”celebrity lover,” collecting all the campus celebrities like stamps on her long list of exes, sleeping with every handsome guy.

Somewhat like a female version of Jerry.

Naturally, Misha and Jerry had gotten together very early on.

In that short romance lasting a few weeks, it’s hard to say who benefited more from whom, to be honest.

With the flair of an experienced driver making this fully tempting remark, Misha glanced like a proud little swan towards the corner of the stage.

Mona Sandunu was standing with her hands on her hips, directing her staff to set up the stage, busily checking the evening social’s program schedule, as efficient and calm as ever.

On the surface.

The rumors and gossip among the campus girls didn’t seem to affect this little queen’s daily school life at all.

However.

Gu Weijing, like boys his age, might not understand, with the sharp instincts of a cheerleader girl.

Misha still sensed that Mona’s mood was not as composed as it seemed.

This girl had a bit of a facade of being tough and cool, pretending to be calm.

Take today for example—Misha had caught Mona secretly glancing over here several times.

”There’s a story here.”

Misha didn’t care about all the trivialities.

Whether it was stealing someone from under Miss Sande Nu’s nose or changing tastes from a sports jock to a refined boy.

She found it quite interesting.

”Sorry, maybe you can find another dance partner, but not me.”

For a rookie, you’d be lying if you said your heart didn’t race after hearing such words, but Gu Weijing could differentiate between lust and love,

This time, he was quite firm in his refusal.

”It would be nice if Koizumi Katsuko could just sit beside me,” Gu Weijing couldn’t help but think.

He actually didn’t really want to join the evening party rehearsal.

Koizumi Katsuko didn’t participate in these kinds of activities.

Ever since she found her groove in painting, Miss Shengzi entered a workaholic mode.

The girl hardly ever came to Fitz School.

She spent her days in the small studio of the orphanage, painting and searching for a theme for her piece to present at the Singapore Art Biennale.

Moreover, Mrs. Sakai wasn’t too keen on her daughter publicly showcasing her dancing with boys.

Shengzi also had a contract with the Tokyo Gallery.

And for Gu Weijing, after he drew that remarkable pen sketch and the Yangon Calligraphy and Painting Association’s recognition notice was sent to the principal’s office.

Professor Watter talked to him privately.

Anyway, Gu Weijing had no pressure regarding further studies, so it was up to him whether he wanted to attend classes or not.

It was best if he didn’t come.

Seeing a genius with a skill level far higher than their own sitting in class, teachers felt pressured when teaching.

Gu Weijing now had a lot of freedom in school.

Theoretically, no one would care if he chose not to come to school.

However, his grandfather, Gu Tongxiang, specially insisted that Gu Weijing should maintain sufficient social interaction on campus, participating in group activities.

He could paint for a lifetime afterward.

High school days were only a couple of months long, and not experiencing them fully would be a regret when looking back as an adult.

”Looks like the little vixen Misha failed too. She confidently claimed it was in the bag as soon as she got started.”

”Not even taking a free offering, is he still a boy, or is he gay? Could it be that Miss Sande Nu treats others as boyfriends while they treat her as a sister and couldn’t accept it, so she kicked him away in a fit of anger.”

”Doesn’t seem like it. My cousin is gay, trust me, this guy is just a bit skinny. He doesn’t have that kind of seductive aura.”

”It’s just that Misha’s charm isn’t enough. Some men purely look at faces, and Misha’s shirt fits tighter than Mona’s by half a size, but her face is still weaker by more than a whole level compared to the student council president. Once someone has tasted high-quality bran, they don’t want to go back to eating chaff.”

”...”

Seeing the sexy and hot Misha not succeeding at all and hitting a wall.
