You call this a projection?

Just as Emiya Shirou was agonizing over how to explain to Miyu Edelfelt that she didn’t actually need to do so much housework at her age—or rather, that the life she experienced in her original world was, in fact, not normal—it seemed as though the words spoken by Shirou and the others had tripped some kind of switch.

Saber, who had been fast asleep, suddenly sat bolt upright from her bedding as if waking from a deathbed dream and asked, ”Breakfast? Where is breakfast!?”

As she turned her head continuously to survey her surroundings, she kept sniffing the air, trying to detect exactly where the scent of food was coming from. Even if Shirou and the others hadn’t heard Saber’s stomach growling, they could feel that Saber, who listed [Hunger is the Great Enemy] as her life creed, was already prepared to battle this great enemy for three hundred rounds.

”Onii-chan, you should just let me help,” Miyu Edelfelt said, looking at Emiya Shirou. ”With Saber-onee-sama’s appetite, if we relied on you alone, Brother, it would take a very long time.”

Clearly, there was a reason why Emiya Shirou hadn’t corrected this habit of Miyu’s even now. This wasn’t because he had started living a degenerate life of exploiting child labor like the Emiya Shirou in Miyu’s original world. Rather, it was due to Saber’s massive appetite and the influence of the Holy Grail War, as well as Miyu’s arrival from another world.

The Emiya household, which originally only had him living there—with Fujimura Taiga occasionally dropping by to freeload and Matou Sakura coming over to help—had welcomed many new guests. If Shirou were to handle it all by himself, he simply couldn’t keep up.

Clatter.

Speak of the devil and the devil shall appear!

As their bedroom door was violently pulled open by someone, a certain ”Red Devil” was already standing at the entrance, looking at him with a subtle expression.

She specifically lingered her gaze on a certain part of his body and said, ”Sigh~~ Shirou, although I know that a high school student of your age must have his mind filled with all sorts of strange thoughts...

Not to mention the opportunity to live with so many beautiful girls like us; it’s not that I don’t understand why you would have these special thoughts, Shirou.

But a Servant is a Servant; they cannot be treated as a normal human being. Of course, unless you have some special fetish, Shirou.

However, when you do these kinds of things, could you please pay attention to whether there are other people present? Or perhaps, you wouldn’t be planning to do something like this in front of Miyu, would you!?”

The Red Devil, Tohsaka Rin, looked at him with an expression of feigned surprise, covering her mouth with her hand as she said, ”That’s a crime, you know!”

That’s right—Tohsaka Rin had also moved into the Emiya household.

It wasn’t just Tohsaka Rin; after Miyu Edelfelt had disrupted the Holy Grail War, Matou Sakura and Bazett had also moved into the Emiya house one after another. If the Emiya house hadn’t been large enough, Emiya Shirou might not have been able to host so many people.

However, this gave rise to another problem.

In the original story, Saber could be persuaded to sleep separately to protect him, but this time, she was firm in her resolve and insisted that she could not be separated from him under any circumstances.

This wasn’t because the Emiya house lacked rooms, but because Emiya Shirou had shared the spoilers he gained from his past-life memories by claiming he had awakened [Future Vision]. He had also explained that Miyu Edelfelt was also a ”Holy Grail,” but a used one; it was only after the ”Shirou” of another world wished for her to come to a world where she could live happily that she was swapped with the Great Grail of their world.

The reason that other world held a Holy Grail War was that, due to Pandora in the Age of Gods not opening the [Pandora’s Box] as recorded in ”Greek Mythology,” the [Pandora’s Box] had evolved over thousands of years and formed a world comparable to Earth inside itself, constantly eroding the world Miyu lived in.

Therefore, in order to save their own world, even though Miyu had successfully traveled to their world, the people of that other world would inevitably find a way to follow her across dimensions to capture her, sacrificing Miyu (the Holy Grail) to attempt to save their world once more.

To prevent Miyu from being captured by people from that other world when they weren’t looking, and because he viewed Miyu as his younger sister—who still looked like a young child—Emiya Shirou, who didn’t have much resistance to this, naturally took on the duty of protecting her. He even shared a room with her.

And that was where the problem lay.

Since Shirou had said that the Ainsworths wouldn’t give up on Miyu and were very likely to launch a surprise attack, how could Saber, as Shirou’s Servant, possibly feel at ease leaving him alone? Not to mention that Saber was still concerned about the Great Grail that had been swapped into Miyu’s world.

Consequently, no matter what Shirou said this time, Saber was dead set on sleeping with him to protect him.

For others, this might be considered a blessing, but for Emiya Shirou, it was nothing but a misfortune~~!

Adding to that, since the end of the Holy Grail War, Rin Tohsaka’s gaze toward him had been strange. Seeing him surrounded by girls on both sides, she constantly looked at him with disdain... Shirou felt that finding Gilgamesh’s Class Card—just like in the original ”Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya”—and using the cutting power of the world-cleaving Noble Phantasm [Enuma Elish] to break the barrier between the two worlds again at the Great Grail’s original location in the Mount Enzou Great Hollow, was a matter of extreme urgency!

He had to send Miyu back to her world to solve the problems caused by [Pandora’s Box]!

However, this sense of urgency forced upon him by Tohsaka Rin and the others did not stop Emiya Shirou from immediately covering Miyu’s ears with both hands after hearing Rin’s words. ”I’m telling you, Tohsaka, what on earth are you talking about?”

”There is a child here! Are you trying to teach Miyu some strange knowledge!?”

”Ara ara, did I just say anything strange?” Tohsaka Rin looked at him with a strange expression and laughed. ”Or is it that you, Shirou, associated something after hearing what I said?”

”This is...”

Unable to answer, Emiya Shirou was once again manipulated by Tohsaka Rin.
