Ning An's Wild Wish System

Ning An, following behind her, glanced at her speechlessly: ”We’re all adults here; they even came out of the joint. They’re probably more familiar with the extent of torment one can handle compared to you.”

”True.” Zhao Yamei gradually regained her composure, realizing that made sense.

Soon, the two of them arrived downstairs, and after Zhao Yamei gave Ning An a brief pep talk, they went upstairs together.

Throughout the way, many people in the community were secretly observing Zhao Yamei and Ning An.

It wasn’t for anything else, but rather because that lunatic neighbor was simply too outrageous, having once plastered portraits of Zhao Yamei around the community.

He even brashly claimed that if anyone dared to upset him again, he’d make sure their life would be miserable.

Very smoothly, the two of them reached the floor where Zhao Yamei lived.

”Uh...what’s that smell?”

As soon as Ning An got off the elevator, he was hit by a nauseating stench.

The smell was a complex mix of body odor, foot odor, dust, and various other indistinguishable scents mingling together.

Even if you covered your nose and mouth, it was no use; the stench was overwhelming.

Braving through the stench, Ning An followed Zhao Yamei, charging in together.

But as soon as they stepped inside, they heard a knock on the door, accompanied by a sleazy laugh.

Through the peephole, they saw a skinny man, only wearing a large pair of shorts, with disheveled hair covering his body. He laughed in a perverted manner while covering his privates with his hands.

”Little sister, why didn’t you tell your neighbor when you came home? As they say, distant relatives aren’t as helpful as close neighbors, especially since we live right across each other.”

”Come out, let your big brother get to know you well. It’ll be easier for us to take care of each other in the future, don’t you think?”

Even Ning An, who was just an onlooker, couldn’t help but frown, let alone Zhao Yamei.

The viewers in the livestream were even more infuriated, wishing they could punch him to death on the spot.

”I’ll take care of your mom! Disgusting neighbor, and the police can’t do anything about him!”

”If he had a respectable job and a decent character, he wouldn’t need the police’s intervention; his moral code would restrain him. But looking at it now, he’s just a rogue and scoundrel. What can we do about him?”

”Disgusting! When his mother gave birth to him, why didn’t she just stomp him to death!”

”It would’ve been better if his mom was some mental girl and just smothered him in the toilet, it would’ve been one less menace in the world!”

”...”

A muscular man with tattooed arms grabbed a kitchen knife from the kitchen, ready to rush out, but was intercepted by the sleazy old man.

”I’m seventy-five; if I go down, I’ll take him with me. Let me handle this first.”

He hadn’t taken more than two steps when Gloomy Younger Brother blocked him.

”I have a severe mental illness; I can kill him without going to jail.”

Ning An perked up at this, focusing the camera on the optimal point.

Outside the door, the sleazy man thought Zhao Yamei was cowering inside like before, and his grin turned even more sinister.

He immediately stretched and pulled down his shorts, turning with a lustful gaze towards the shoe rack at the door, eyeing a pair of little white shoes, with his little toothpick beginning to grow.

But before it could fully expand, Gloomy Younger Brother opened the door and grabbed it directly.

He even gave it a couple of shakes for good measure.

”Hello, I think what you said is very reasonable. Distant relatives aren’t as helpful as close neighbors. We can get to know each other better.”

The sleazy man was stunned; his little toothpick hadn’t even gotten bigger before it shriveled back faster than it grew, and he quickly pulled it back up.

Pulled up his shorts, his face incredulous, he stumbled backward, trying to run back home: ”Oh shit! Where did this psycho come from, damn it!”

Gloomy Younger Brother calmly wiped his hand with a tissue, then looked up seriously: ”I find your behavior very uncivilized. In our place, you’d get your rear end opened up for this.”

The sleazy man’s scalp tingled, and a chill swept across his rear: ”Open your mom’s rear end! It was you who got opened, you opened up!”

Gloomy Younger Brother remained polite: ”Let me warn you, insulting someone without involving their parents is a basic courtesy.”

”To hell with your mom! You lunatic!”

The sleazy man was completely triggered, his mind in chaos, focusing only on getting inside to calm his rattled nerves.

Hearing this, Gloomy Younger Brother shook his head, then turned towards the living room, opened a suitcase, took out a pair of white gloves, and headed to the restroom to dismantle the drainage pipe.

Within moments, he had pried open the pipe, and using the gloves, scooped out a disgustingly sticky and blackish substance.

Then, he walked back out into the living room, headed for the door, cackling as he quickly approached the sleazy man who hadn’t yet gone inside.

Seeing the unspeakable substance on his hand, the sleazy man was both angry and terrified. He aimed a kick towards him: ”Screw you! You pervert, stay away from me, ugh...”

However, the kick missed, and his stance was unstable, causing him to fall forward.

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect; the sleazy man’s face landed directly on Gloomy Younger Brother’s hand.

He was devastated, heartbroken, retching, desperately trying to break free.

But Gloomy Younger Brother remained remarkably polite, thinking the man was savoring it too much, smearing it all over his face while firmly pressing down on his neck to restrict his movement.

”No problem at all, no worries, if it’s not enough, I’ll make you some more later.”

The sleazy man finally broke free, his face covered in dark, sticky filth, roaring furiously, but the moment he opened his mouth, the acrid stench assaulted his throat, making him vomit right away.

He hadn’t yet freed himself when his home’s door opened directly.

The sleazy man had a wife, but she was equally a female hooligan and troublemaker.

She was like a rat in the gutter, twisted inside, unable to stand seeing others doing well.

Ever since moving here, she had taken a direct dislike to Zhao Yamei right across from her.

The reason was simple: compared to this gutter rat, Zhao Yamei across the way looked like the moon in the sky, whether in looks, demeanor, or job.

She was jealous, envious, and bitter, wishing most of all to knock this moon down into the dust, satisfying the dark psychology of this rat.

While her husband was doing unspeakable things with Zhao Yamei’s shoes, frantically fantasizing about her photos, even making deepfake images and videos, she pretended not to know, if not even encouraging it.

What she wanted was simple: to make this woman just like her. No!

To be even more debased, to become a woman everyone uses and abuses!

Therefore, she had been merely observing her husband’s behavior just now without speaking up.

But seeing her husband being humiliated, she couldn’t hold back any longer.

”You lunatic! Get out of here right now, or I’m calling the police to arrest you!”

Gloomy Younger Brother heard this, turned his hand with the dirty gloves toward her, delighted: ”Do you also like the little dessert I made? Fantastic!”

He said, turning to the restroom again, thoroughly coating his gloves with the substance.

Afterward, he generously cupped the woman’s face in his hands, letting her experience the feeling of being wrapped in these delightful treats.

”Is it enough to eat? If it’s not enough, I’ll make you some more in a bit. Judging by your excitement, it seems you’ve never had anything good to eat following your husband. Truly pitiful.”

The woman struggled, but without enough strength, she failed to break free.

It was only when the sleazy man came to, did he pull her away out of the mess.

Both of them now had faces full of filth, furious but not daring to speak. They feared opening their mouths would mean a mouthful of gunk.

In a panic, they fled into their home, locked the door. The woman went madly into the restroom to wash, while the man, ignoring the nauseating stench, called the police.

The police came quickly, resolving the situation efficiently.

Gloomy Younger Brother hadn’t hurt anyone, damaged any property, or insulted anyone.

Most importantly, he had proof of severe mental illness!!!

The certificate even had an official seal from the Provincial Intermediate Court!!!

With these layers of protection, let alone the police, even the kings of heaven couldn’t intervene.

”Officers, is it...is it just going to end like this?”

Watching the police about to leave, the sleazy man couldn’t take it, collapsing mentally as he questioned.

The officer turned around, feigning confusion, and asked:

”How else can it end? He’s got more protection layers than you.”

Gloomy Younger Brother politely bowed to the police, then smiled at the sleazy man:

”If you’re weak, practice more.”
