Ning An's Wild Wish System

Ning An, who followed behind her, glanced at her speechlessly: ”We’re all adults, and they’ve been in the slammer before. They’re definitely clearer about how to mess with people than you are.”

”That’s true.” Zhao Yamei slowly regained her composure, thinking about it and realizing that it’s indeed the case.

Soon, the two arrived downstairs, and Zhao Yamei gave Ning An a brief pep talk before heading up.

Along the way, quite a few people discreetly watched Zhao Yamei and Ning An from the neighborhood.

Not for anything else, but that crazy neighbor was just too outrageous, having once plastered posters of Zhao Yamei all over the neighborhood.

He even shamelessly declared that if anyone made him unhappy again, he would make sure those who irked him wouldn’t find peace.

Effortlessly, the two reached the floor Zhao Yamei lived on.

”Uh... What’s that smell?”

As soon as Ning An exited the elevator, she was hit by a stench that made her nauseous.

The odor was complex, a mixture of sweat, foot odor, dust, and many other unidentifiable smells.

Even covering her nose and mouth was futile; the stench was too potent.

Braving the foul atmosphere, Ning An followed Zhao Yamei forward,

But just as they got inside, they heard knocking accompanied by a creepy laugh.

Peering through the peephole, they saw a lanky man wearing only large shorts with messy hair, covering his lower parts with a glove, laughing perversely.

”Hey little sis, why don’t you say hi to your neighbors when you come home? As the saying goes, distant relatives aren’t as good as close neighbors, especially since we’re right next door.”

”Come out, so your big brother can get a good look at you, and we can take care of each other in the future.”

Not just Zhao Yamei, but even Ning An, as a bystander, couldn’t help but frown.

And the viewers in the live stream were even more enraged, wishing they could pummel him to death.

”Take care of your mother! Disgusting neighbor, the police actually can’t do anything about you!”

”If you had a legitimate profession and a respectable character, the moral line would restrain you without police intervention, but now it’s clear you’re just a scoundrel. What can be done about a shameless rogue?”

”So damn disgusting! When his mom was giving birth, why didn’t she stomp him to death?”

”How great it would be if his mom were as crazy and just suffocated him in the bathroom, that’d be removing a major scourge!”

”...”

A tattooed strongman grabbed a kitchen knife, ready to rush out, but was stopped by the creepy old man.

”I’m seventy-five, I could sue him to ruin, let me handle this first.”

He hadn’t taken more than two steps before being stopped by Gloomy Younger Brother.

”I’m severely mentally ill, I can kill him without going to jail.”

Ning An perked up at the sound, focusing the camera at the perfect angle.

Outside the door, the creepy man thought Zhao Yamei was hiding again like before, not daring to come out, and laughed even more lewdly.

He directly reached down and pulled his shorts, turning around sleazily, his eyes burning as they fixed on the shoe cabinet at the door, especially on a pair of Xiaobai shoes, his little toothpick gradually enlarging.

But before his little toothpick could fully grow, Gloomy Younger Brother opened the door and grabbed onto it.

He even jiggled it up and down a couple of times.

”Hello, I think you’re absolutely right, distant relatives aren’t as good as close neighbors, we should get to know each other better.”

The creepy man froze, his little toothpick hadn’t grown up yet when it shrank back rapidly, instantly retreating.

The creepy man pulled up his large shorts, incredulous and panic-stricken, stumbling home: ”Damn it! Where did this lunatic come from, damn!”

Gloomy Younger Brother carefully wiped his hand with a tissue, then looked up earnestly: ”I think your behavior is very uncivilized; back where I’m from, it would get punished severely.”

The creepy man’s scalp tingled, feeling a chill in his goosebumps: ”Punish your ass! You got punished, you’re the one who’s punished!”

Gloomy Younger Brother remained polite: ”I warn you, don’t involve parents when swearing, that’s the most basic decency.”

”Screw your mom! Crazy bastard!”

The creepy man finally broke down, losing his composure, just wanting to get back inside to calm his stimulated mood.

Gloomy Younger Brother shook his head at the words, then turned and headed to the living room, opening his suitcase, and taking out a pair of white gloves. Next, he went to the toilet and began dismantling the drainpipe.

In no time, he had pried open the pipe, using the gloves to fiddle around inside, his hands soon covered in sticky and blackened stuff.

Afterward, he walked out into the living room, headed outdoors, closing in on the creepy man, who hadn’t made it back inside yet, chuckling wickedly.

The sight of hands covered in indescribable waste made the creepy man angry and panicked, directly kicking out: ”Screw you! You weirdo, get away from me, ugh...”

But the kick missed, his body losing balance, and he fell forward.

As timing would have it, the creepy man’s face fell directly onto Gloomy Younger Brother’s hand.

He was shattered, heartbroken, retching desperately trying to escape the mess.

Gloomy Younger Brother remained exceedingly polite, believing the man was too enthralled, smearing one hand across his face while pressing hard against his neck to restrain his movements.

”No problem, no problem, if that’s not enough, I’ll make some more for you.”

The creepy man finally broke free, his face was covered in dark brown waste, he roared furiously, but just as he opened his mouth, a pungent odor shot down his throat, causing him to immediately start vomiting.

The creepy man hadn’t fully struggled free when the door to his place opened.

He had a wife, who was also a female rogue, female thug.

She was like a sewer rat, mentally twisted, unable to bear seeing others do well.

Ever since she moved here, she’s directly resented her neighbor Zhao Yamei.

The reason was simple, compared to her, the sewer rat, the neighbor Zhao Yamei seemed like the moon above, in terms of appearance, demeanor, and career.

She was jealous, envious, she begrudged, her greatest desire was to drag this moon into the dirt, to satiate her ratty, dark psychology.

Her husband went to take Zhao Yamei’s shoes for unspecified acts, furiously charged at her photos, even replaced her face in pictures and videos, she feigned ignorance, even abetting.

Her desires were simple, to drag this woman down to her level, no!

To make her even more degraded, becoming a practiced woman anyone could ride, everybody’s plaything!

So, when the creepy man humiliated himself, she finally couldn’t hold back.

”You lunatic! Get out of here, or I’ll call the police!”

Gloomy Younger Brother heard this, politely turning the hand smearing waste towards her, elated: ”Do you like my little dessert too? Cool!”

Saying so, he turned back into the bathroom, once more soaking his gloves with waste.

Finished, he generously cradled the woman’s face in his hands, letting her experience the sensation of being wrapped in blissful treats.

”Is it enough? If not I’ll make some more for you, watching your excited expression, seems like with your husband you haven’t eaten well, truly pitiful.”

The woman struggled, but didn’t have the strength, couldn’t break free.

Until the creepy man realized it, then pulled her out.

The two were left with faces stained with waste, furious yet voiceless, fearing that opening their mouths would let them swallow waste.

They scrambled into their home, locking the door, the woman hysterically rushed into the bathroom, the man endured the stench as he called the police.

The police soon arrived, they came quickly and resolved the matter swiftly.

Gloomy Younger Brother didn’t beat anyone, didn’t damage property, didn’t curse.

Most importantly, he possessed proof of severe mental illness!!!

The proof was stamped by the intermediate court!!!

With this layered protection, not even the police, not even celestial authorities could do anything.

”Officer, is this... is this it?”

Watching the police about to leave, the creepy man couldn’t take it anymore, mentally collapsing to ask.

The officer turned around in false puzzlement:

”If not finished, what would be done? They’re covered by two more layers of protection than you.”

Gloomy Younger Brother politely bowed to the officer, then turned to the creepy man with a smile:

”Practice more if you’re lacking.”
