Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

No matter how one looked at it, this was a suspicious hatch that led right into the ground.

Anyone with a sane mind wouldn’t have thought about going down into this hatch since it was clearly leading to a dangerous place.

Only I didn’t hesitate swimming down.

Following the staff that led me down here, it didn’t take us long to arrive at our destination.

Even before arriving, I could already hear the sounds that were coming from in front of me. These were sounds that already made it very obvious what was waiting for me, even though I had already guessed from how things had been going.

”Ah, don’t come this way!”

”Get lost, this is mine!”

”I’ll kill you if you come any closer!”

Other than these cries, there was also the sound of things clashing with each other. These were metallic sounds that rang out when things clashed together like this.

But the most prominent thing about this place was the stench of blood.

There was this constant stench of blood that permeated this place...

This was still a place to gamble, but it was a place where one gambled not with money. This was a place where one gambled with their very lives.

However, it wasn’t as if every person in this place was here to risk their lives. There were those that were here to risk the lives of others.

From where I was floating, I could hear the sounds that were coming from above.

”What do you think will be his chances of survival?”

”I don’t care if he survives, all I care about is if there will be blood shed today.”

”Right, it’s always so boring without blood being shed.”

The tone of these people showed just how little they cared about the lives of the ones undertaking the gamble. It was as if they could watch them all die without even blinking a single eye.

But from the people that were sitting up there, I could sense a few strong auras.

Not only that, it wasn’t hard to hear the sound of the money that they carried.

These were people that were either powerful or had wealth, they were people that were supposed to be models for others. It was just that their corruption got the best of them and they acted this way.

”It seems like I really do have to discuss this with them in the future.” I made a mental note of this to myself for the future.

I had no idea what the situation of the Merman Kingdom was, so it wasn’t as if it was my position to judge them.

After letting me look around, the ones that led me here said, ”If you want to win big, it’s best if you participate in the games yourself. After all, there’s nothing more thrilling and rewarding than participating in these kinds of games.”

Of course, it wasn’t as if they were giving me a kind hearted reminder of this.

What they wanted was to see me die in these games so that they could take back all the money that I had won. After all, a dead man had no use for money and there was no one to stop them from taking it.

Watching the games in front of me, I couldn’t help thinking that they were very familiar.

After all, I had read about games like this in my past life.

It really wasn’t hard to imagine what the God of Creation had been thinking when creating this world...

Though thinking about it, it was hard to tell what order the worlds came in...

After all, how could this world be based on a game from the other world if this world came first?

If the other world existed before this world did, then why did she send me to that other world...

Before I could spiral too far down this hole, I stopped myself and focused on the games once more.

As I watched them, the only thing that I could feel was boredom.

It wasn’t as if any of these games actually posed any threats to me. In fact, it would be easy for me to win any of the games that they were putting on.

”Since they’re this willing to give me money...”

Though I knew that it wouldn’t be easy to keep this money after I had won it. There was no doubt that they would play their tricks to make sure that I didn’t take any of the money that I won with me.

It was for this reason that there were all of those guards that were posted all around us.

Even so, this was something that I wanted to experience once.

”Alright, I’ll play that one.”

When they saw what I was pointing at, they couldn’t help being caught off guard.

After all, this certainly wasn’t the choice that they thought that I would make.

Just from the appearance of this game, it was already clear that it was dangerous.

Those that knew anything about gambling could also tell that this game was rigged against them completely.

There was almost no way of winning if they were to play this game, which was why it had the lowest number of players. It was only because of the large payout of this game that there was even anyone playing it.

It was the equivalent of a heaven in this place that resembled hell.

But the main reason for this was because it was exciting.

After taking a moment to come back to their senses, they just started leading me over to the game. After all, it wasn’t as if they had anything to lose from this if I were to choose this game myself.

Though in reality, there was no risk to me at all.

I had long figured out the trick to this game and it would be easy for me to win.

But how could I just win that easily?

Where was the fun in that?
