My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 326: Chapter 326: The Resilient Flame Dragon

T3 Phoenix-class Heavy Carrier Starship · Bridge

Zhao Chen looked at the two video windows before him, one showing Charlotte and the other Chu Xuan.

Both were busy making preparations.

”Red Eyes, based on the combat plan Charlotte has laid out, what do you think our chances of success are?” Zhao Chen asked the woman beside him.

Ever since learning of Charlotte’s combat plan, Red Eyes had been running simulations in her mind.

”If this plan were executed by an ordinary interstellar fleet, relying on just four hundred starships to cut through tens of millions of Zerg and eliminate the enemy flagship... it would be full of holes, a fool’s dream, with almost no chance of success.

This plan demands extremely high performance from the starships, seamless coordination within the fleet, and exceptional combat discipline!

But this time, the ones executing this plan are the Fierce Dragon Fleet and the Chu Family Fleet!

Moreover, Lady Charlotte has made detailed arrangements for several critical points in the plan and prepared multiple combat contingencies.”

Red Eyes’ crimson eyes gleamed with a hint of madness. ”This insane plan... for us, it has a one hundred percent chance of success!”

Sitting in the captain’s chair, Zhao Chen allowed a faint smile to touch his lips as he stared at the T4 Zerg Nest Mothership.

He looked like a hunter eyeing his prey.

”Then let the show begin.”

The moment the Fierce Dragon Fleet and the Chu Family’s Third Fleet were ready, a comprehensive combat formation took shape, centered around carrier starships and interstellar battleships.

The T3 Phoenix-class Heavy Carrier Starship was positioned at the center, surrounded by five T2 Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Missile Ships.

Following them were five T3 Phantom Sting-class Light Interstellar Stealth Bombers, along with the T3 Andromeda-class Interstellar Medical Ship and the T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ship.

These starships formed the core region of the formation.

Outside the core region, three T4 Boreas-class Heavy Interstellar Battleships were positioned at three points in the direction of the attack, forming a triangular formation to maximize their offensive efficiency.

Beyond them were the various formation modules composed of the remaining starships from the Fierce Dragon Fleet and the Chu Family’s Third Fleet.

A total of four hundred starships actively surged out from the fourth defense line.

”Attack!” Chu Xuan gave the order.

One hundred and fifty T3 Night Watcher-class Interstellar Heavy Frigates were positioned on the outer edges of the fleet formation, protecting the entire fleet’s advance.

Behind them, fifty T3 Knight-class Medium Interstellar Destroyers continuously provided firepower, eliminating any approaching Zerg Swarm one by one.

Under the assault of such a high-quality interstellar fleet, despite their numerical advantage, the Zerg’s offensive was instantly torn open, creating a breach.

Zhao Chen and Chu Xuan’s ”joint fleet” began advancing toward their target.

”The Zerg Fleet is vast in numbers, but their individual combat capability is actually quite weak.

So, in the short term, the concentrated offensive of our fleet is something these Zerg Swarms simply cannot stop.

However, if the offensive drags on for too long, we’ll fall into the trap of Swarm Tactics.

Time is crucial!” Deputy Captain Red Eyes explained beside Commander Zhao Chen.

Zhao Chen nodded.

Time!

This was also a core requirement of the tactics Charlotte had devised.

From the start of the attack to the elimination of the combat objective.

It’s best to complete it within fifteen minutes, and no more than twenty minutes at most.

Then spend ten minutes withdrawing to the fourth defense line.

In other words, the entire combat plan should not exceed half an hour in total combat duration.

Otherwise, whether it’s the Fierce Dragon Fleet or the Chu Family’s Third Fleet, they will all be overwhelmed and exhausted by the terrifying Swarm Tactics of the Zerg Swarm!

”And there’s one more point to the entire plan: the route we take for our attack, which is also the route we’ll use to withdraw.

We must ensure it remains under our control at all times. This is our retreat path, our lifeline!” As Red Eyes said this,

a few starships ’fell behind’ along the flanks of the attack route.

They were small fleets composed of T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyers, T3 Dagger-class medium interstellar cruisers, and T3 Night Watcher-class interstellar heavy frigates.

Every time the joint fleet advanced a certain distance, a few of these small fleets would ’fall behind.’

They would form combat formations at their positions and engage the surrounding Zerg Swarm to ensure the passage torn open by the joint fleet remained clear.

And would not be retaken by the Zerg Swarm!

”This is risky. Once this retreat path is cut off,

it will be extremely difficult for our fleet to withdraw.” As Red Eyes spoke these words, he felt his blood boiling.

This was such a crazy battle.

Compared to a battle like this, his previous experiences as an interstellar mercenary were like child’s play!

This was the true interstellar battlefield!

”If it were only those T3 Knight-class Medium Interstellar Destroyers, T3 Night Watcher-class Interstellar Heavy Frigates, and T3 Dagger-class Medium Interstellar Cruisers,

I really wouldn’t dare guarantee this part of the plan would go smoothly.

But with the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer here, I can confidently entrust my back to it!” Zhao Chen said.

The T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer wasn’t the strongest T3 interstellar destroyer in Zhao Chen’s System Store.

But within the Stellar Glory Empire, and even across the Galactic Alliance, its Combat Capability was among the top tier.

At this very moment, intense combat had erupted at those defensive positions being held.

The T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer was also demonstrating its combat power before Zhao Chen, its true ’master’!

The weapon system equipped on the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer consisted of two 1000mm caliber quadruple-mounted medium rail energy main cannons, eight medium electronic rapid-fire secondary cannons, thirty-two medium pulse laser secondary guns, and ninety-six medium close-in defense guns.

If one studied the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer carefully, they would notice a characteristic of its weapon system.

Its weapon system’s firepower wasn’t exceptionally strong.

However!

It exclusively employed energy-based weapons. From the main cannons to both types of secondary cannons, they were all energy weapons!

What did this signify?

It didn’t require various types of physical missiles, only the corresponding energy reserves. Energy was converted by converters into energy systems with different requirements, then transmitted to various attack weapon modules for charging and firing.

And the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer had one particular feature: the capacity of its energy system reserves!

It is ten times that of an ordinary T3 interstellar destroyer, and twice as much as the Stellar Glory Empire’s T3 Dragon Crocodile-class Medium Interstellar Battleship!

Such a massive energy system means the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer is an extremely ”enduring” starship!

You could say it isn’t fierce!

But absolutely no one would dare question its sustained combat output on the battlefield!

During its time at the Empire’s border, the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer often found itself still on the front lines after a battle had ended, while other starships around it had been rotated out several times.

The T3 Flame Dragon was still holding the line!

This led many crew members of the T3 Flame Dragon-class medium interstellar destroyer to ”complain” privately that this ship caused their workload to skyrocket, forcing them into mandatory overtime!
