My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 315: Chapter 315: Nanny-type Starships - Delivered

”What about the impeachment of the Lord of Fierce Dragon by those people... how should we handle it?” the Adjutant inquired.

If it were just one or two, it would be manageable, but the number was truly overwhelming... there were even those with the title of Count, and several from the Imperial Army with the rank of One-Star Brigadier General had also filed impeachments.

The Adjutant had only managed to report it today because he could no longer suppress the matter.

The Governor of the North Wind asked nonchalantly, ”The interstellar transport ships that the Fierce Dragon Fleet seized... no, borrowed... I noticed they were all privately owned, right?

It seems none of them were primarily responsible for evacuating and transporting civilians.

Even when transporting evacuees, they charged exorbitant fares of hundreds or thousands of Star Coins, only available to wealthy merchants and affluent gentry.”

”That’s correct,” the Adjutant replied.

The Governor of the North Wind snorted coldly. He had little regard for these people, but even as the Governor, he couldn’t afford to openly confront or take action against them.

Seeing Zhao Chen’s actions, he couldn’t help but applaud inwardly.

”If it’s borrowing, then there’s no issue.

They can just return them later,” the Governor of the North Wind said dismissively, waving his hand.

”But... what if those lords and officials continue to press the matter...” the Adjutant worried.

The Governor of the North Wind’s eyes sharpened. ”If they insist on pursuing this, then inform them that this old man also wants to investigate certain individuals for dereliction of duty, desertion in the face of the enemy, and abandoning those in need.”

The Adjutant’s eyes lit up. The Governor of the North Wind was clearly determined to protect the Lord of Fierce Dragon.

Which of those wealthy merchants and affluent gentry could claim their hands were clean?

The Governor’s warning was clear: let this matter rest.

But if anyone dared to pursue it further, he would investigate them first!

They should weigh their options carefully.

With this, it was unlikely many would dare to truly hold the Lord of Fierce Dragon accountable.

”Right now, the most important task is to handle the aftermath of this Zerg disaster as quickly as possible.

We must eliminate all Zerg in the shortest possible time!” the Governor of the North Wind said sternly.

”Based on discussions, we plan to clear all Hive Motherships in the star systems within a month. As for the ground-based interstellar Zerg on the planets, it will take about six months to fully eradicate them!” the Adjutant provided a timeline.

Compared to the Hive Motherships navigating in space, clearing the ground-based interstellar Zerg on the planets was far more troublesome and time-consuming.

”Proceed as planned,” the Governor of the North Wind agreed with the timeline.

After more than a week of intense fighting and evacuation efforts, all civilians on the Sapphire Third Planet had been safely evacuated!

Except for a small number of people who insisted on staying on the planet and refused to leave, the entire planet was practically emptied.

The once bustling streets and cities now lay eerily silent.

”Report, the final batch of the Interstellar Transport Ship Fleet, escorted by five T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruisers, has begun its withdrawal,” Secretary Officer Lilith reported.

”Excellent, our work here is finally done,” Zhao Chen let out a long sigh of relief.

[Side Mission Three: Rescue Campaign on the Third Planet of the Sapphire Star System

Mission Completion: 97%

Mission can be concluded. Claim task reward?]

Zhao Chen glanced at the options for this side mission. It was essentially completed.

He then checked the data for the other three missions.

[Mission One: Annihilate thirty T3 Hive Motherships (28/30)

Mission Two: Eliminate Zerg units reaching one billion (200 million/1 billion)

Mission Three: Rescue civilians whose lives are threatened by the Zerg Plague. Reach certain thresholds to receive corresponding rewards (5 million, 10 million, 15 million, 20 million, 25 million, 30 million people...)

Current number of people rescued: 1.8 billion. Can obtain 180,000 System Points]

Mission One was just one step away from completion. Hearing there were still some T3 Hive Motherships in other star systems, he just needed to hurry over and eliminate two more.

Mission Three had no upper limit; the more people rescued, the greater the reward. With ample time, Zhao Chen could keep grinding this mission, and how much he could get would depend on the actual situation.

Only Mission Two’s progress was relatively low.

This was mainly because, up to now, the Fierce Dragon Fleet had primarily been clearing Hive Motherships and flying Zerg units.

The most numerous were the ground-based Zerg units. Orbital Bombardment of planets already occupied by the Interstellar Zerg could complete this mission in large quantities, so the difficulty wasn’t high either.

”How have our combat losses been over these past ten days or so?” Zhao Chen inquired.

Secretary Officer Lilith reported some data: ”Combat supplies like Stellar Missiles, Stellar Combat Fighters, and Stellar Drones are basically exhausted.

Other starship energy supplies have been replenished several times.

After evacuating personnel, the Interstellar Transport Ships would return loaded with the energy blocks we needed to resupply our starships.

So energy-based weapons could be used continuously.

Overall calculations show that, to date, our total combat consumption has been nearly 10 million Star Coins, with nearly a hundred personnel injured but no fatalities.

Six T2 Black Rhino-class Interstellar Heavy Assault Frigates are severely damaged, two T2 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruisers have sustained some damage, and the damage to the other interstellar warships is not serious.”

Zhao Chen was very satisfied with these combat results.

”And how is that matter arranged?” Zhao Chen asked about something.

The matter Zhao Chen referred to was crucial to the ’second half military operations’ of his Fierce Dragon Fleet in this Zerg Disaster.

Secretary Officer Lilith replied: ”Half a day ago, we received the latest update. Everything is proceeding smoothly. We are expected to successfully ’receive the goods’ in at most three hours.”

Zhao Chen was quite pleased. He stretched and said, ”Then relay my orders. The fleet is to cruise at a steady speed towards the Stargate. All fleet crew members are to take turns resting.

Everyone has been quite tired these past few days.”

”Yes.”

Three hours later.

In the direction the Fierce Dragon Fleet was traveling, the silhouettes of ten starships appeared.

The appearance of these ten starships seemed to be anticipated by the Fierce Dragon Fleet, as they took no reactive measures.

As these ten starships drew closer, the various Captains began to admire this class of starship.

Its curves were elegant, but it lacked a combat aesthetic, instead giving the impression of a slender woman.

The ship hull was painted in an icy blue, resembling a slender maiden amidst ice and snow.

The entire hull was equipped with only some defensive weaponry, indicating its focus was on internal storage capacity.

Zhao Chen was also admiring the ten new Starships before him.

Just then, a video window popped up.

On the other side was a somewhat youthful and familiar figure.

”Reporting, Commander! Bessie has been ordered to lead ten T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ships to provide support. Awaiting your instructions!” Bessie the Succubus stood straight and reported.

That’s right.

These ten new faces were precisely ten T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ships.

Originally scheduled for completion and commissioning at the end of March, due to the sudden Zerg Disaster, Zhao Chen was currently in greater need of these auxiliary-type interstellar warships than combat-type ones.

Therefore, he temporarily adjusted the construction order and had Chief Engineer Annie work overtime to rush their production.

Finally, with the cooperation of the T3 Forge-class Heavy Star Industrial Ship and the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship, ten T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ships were delivered to Zhao Chen within ten days.

”Begin. Complete the fleet’s resupply as quickly as possible so we can proceed with the next combat mission,” Zhao Chen ordered.

”Yes!” Secretary Officer Bessie immediately began assigning tasks.

The ten T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ships dispersed, and some Fierce Dragon Starships began gathering around them.

Visible on the hulls of the T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ships, massive mechanical arms extended, or pipelines connected to the hulls of other Starships.

Various equipment, including unmanned robots, also began moving into action.

They started transporting supplies to those Starships.

They even deployed hundreds of repair-type unmanned robots to perform a certain degree of repair work on the damaged Starships.

This was also one of the capabilities of the T3 Virgo-class Heavy Interstellar Supply Ship: it could handle battlefield damage to Starships that wasn’t too severe.

The perfect Nanny-type Starship!
