My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 138: Chapter 138: Just the Spit of Two Bugs

In the hangar, everyone suddenly felt a wave of dizziness in their heads, as if they heard some kind of mournful wail!

”This is the brainwave resonance phenomenon of a high-level Hive Mothership... that T3 Nest Mothership... is wailing in pain!” A professor who had studied Hive Motherships covered his head and exclaimed in shock.

Then, an unbelievable scene unfolded.

The previously stalemated blue beam actually pierced through the biological heavy armor of the T3 Nest Mothership. Immediately after, the massive T3 Nest Mothership was shot through from head to tail by the blue beam.

Flashes of blue light could be seen flickering continuously within its body.

Subsequently, various explosions erupted inside its body, and green fluid sprayed everywhere like a volcanic eruption.

Finally, a few seconds after the blue beam dissipated.

The T3 Nest Mothership exploded, the massive blast even affecting surrounding Zerg units like T1 Flying Insects and T2 Spiked Serpents.

”It hit the organ that stores biological energy inside the Hive Mothership!”

”This... this single shot actually killed a T3 Nest Mothership. How is this possible!”

”Incredible! Absolutely incredible!”

The professors marveled at the scene.

Meanwhile, more teachers and students cheered excitedly, because this meant the starship they were on had hope of escaping from this Zerg Swarm!

”Wan’er... since when did your brother have such a powerful starship?” Senior Su Lan, seeing this scene, looked utterly astonished and couldn’t help but ask Zhao Wan’er beside her.

Zhao Wan’er didn’t know how to answer either. She had known her brother possessed remarkable starship research and manufacturing skills, but she had never heard that her older brother could produce such a powerful T3 interstellar warship.

Moreover, from the time she parted with her brother Zhao Chen at the Arctic Fox Starport until now, it had been less than five months.

And he had already built a T3 interstellar warship?

She felt that her brother was becoming more and more unfathomable.

Chu Xuan was also present at the moment. She stared at the exploding T3 Nest Mothership, remaining silent for a long time.

Previously, she had only experienced the astonishing speed of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser.

But now, this so-called light interstellar battlecruiser had demonstrated combat capability not inferior to that of an interstellar battleship!

What could be more shocking than this?

Astonishing speed, formidable firepower.

How on earth did Zhao Chen acquire such a powerful T3 interstellar warship!

T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser · Bridge

Seeing the first T3 Nest Mothership being destroyed, Zhao Chen felt slightly surprised.

Although he had seen the data for the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser’s bow cannon, which was incredibly impressive!

Even comparable to the configuration of a T3 Heavy Star Battleship.

But to destroy a T3 Nest Mothership with a single shot was truly unexpected.

It seemed there might have been an element of luck involved.

At the same time, the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser’s attack did not cease.

Four 2500mm caliber medium electromagnetic cannon main guns fired. The 2500mm caliber solid projectiles, accelerated by electromagnetic technology, shot out of the barrels at an extremely high speed.

They struck the four T2 Hive Motherships ahead, which then exploded, creating a rather spectacular sight in the starry expanse.

”Bow Cannon weapon module attack complete. Reset and recharge required: 300 seconds.”

”Main Cannon weapon module attack complete. Reset and reload required: 120 seconds.”

Both weapon systems of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser had lengthy reset and recharge times. Fortunately, the reset time for the sixteen medium pulse laser secondary guns was less than a mere ten seconds.

Compared to the first two, this ’rate of fire’ was already remarkably fast.

”Increase speed to 200 knots stellar speed!” Deputy Captain Charlotte ordered at this moment. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ

The speed of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser began to increase because the beam laser fired from the Bow Cannon earlier had ignited a path through the Swarm.

In effect, it had cleared a route for the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser.

Despite this, the remaining Swarm continued to surge recklessly toward Zhao Chen’s T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser. The distance had closed so much that it was already affecting the ship.

A few isolated T1 Flying Insects and T2 Spiked Serpents had reached the exterior of the Starship Armor and were launching attacks against it.

Since the star shield could only defend in one direction, these small creatures had to be dealt with by the Close Defense Cannons and Stellar Drones.

Fortunately, their numbers were not large, posing no immediate effective threat to the T3 Blizzard.

Zhao Chen looked at Charlotte, whose expression was now steady. Her tail hung motionless behind her, a clear indicator of her current emotional state.

”Report! Detected two high-intensity energy attacks locked onto our ship!” a Starship Crew member urgently reported.

Charlotte immediately raised her hand, swiftly calculating the enemy’s Attack Trajectory. She directly ordered the crew member in charge of the star shield: ”Adjust star shield position to frontal / sector!”

”Acknowledged! Star shield position adjusted to / sector!” The crew member operated quickly.

Within moments after the star shield moved, Zhao Chen and the others saw two green beams tear through the Swarm before them and strike the star shield of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser!

In the Hangar

”That’s the Biological Plasma Cannon of a T3 Nest Mothership! It’s the T3 Nest Mothership’s most powerful attack method, with firepower several times that of an Interstellar Battleship’s Main Cannon!

An ordinary interstellar warship of the same class simply cannot withstand a shot like that!” a Zerg-side professor instructor shouted, looking at the green beam.

They could only stare blankly as the star shield located at the Bow remained standing firm. The green Biological Plasma Cannon strikes hit it, sending out countless ripple patterns across its surface.

”I wonder if this starship’s star shield can block those two shots!” a student muttered, trembling with fear.

The other students were all silently praying for this unknown interstellar warship in their hearts.

It was their only hope of getting home right now!

On the bridge

Zhao Chen watched the data panel representing the star shield.

The numbers, which had been dropping very slowly during the previous combat, were now falling rapidly, decreasing by one percentage point every second.

Zhao Chen could see the star shield being attacked in a more direct and vivid manner, a spectacle that was quite dazzling, yet beneath that brilliance lay the deadliest of dangers.

But compared to the teachers and students in the hangar, Zhao Chen remained far calmer, or perhaps... more confident.

Because this was Zhao Chen’s starship—how could the mere spit of two Zerg possibly breach it?

What a joke!
