Chapter 136: Chapter 136: The First Star Battle of the T3 Blizzard

T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser · Bridge

Zhao Chen walked onto the bridge, where Secretary Officer Lilith and Charlotte were waiting for him.

”So, three T3 Hive Motherships have appeared, right?” Zhao Chen had already gotten a general idea of the current situation on his way here.

He knew that three T3 Hive Motherships were attacking.

Zhao Chen sat in the captain’s chair, and Secretary Officer Lilith beside him raised her hand, summoning a holographic interstellar battlefield image.

This holographic interstellar battlefield image could zoom in on any area, be viewed from any angle, and even enlarge the enemy’s models.

Of course, there was one prerequisite: the enemy’s energy signals had to be ”individual samples” already existing in the database, or visual data had to have been collected on them.

In the holographic interstellar battlefield image, the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser was positioned outside a planet, while not far away was a fleet of Hive Motherships.

A dark, dense mass gave a sense of an impending storm.

Secretary Officer Lilith raised both hands, making a gesture to enlarge the image of the Hive Mothership group. Soon, the Hive Motherships were brought closer, appearing as if they were right before Zhao Chen’s eyes.

Several differently colored frames also appeared.

Blue frames represented T1 Hive Motherships, green frames represented T2 Hive Motherships, and red frames represented T3 Hive Motherships.

Detailed data was displayed alongside them.

T3 Hive Motherships: three.

T2 Hive Motherships: fifteen.

T1 Hive Motherships: three hundred and ten.

”This number is already equivalent to one of our standardized corps-level starfleets,” Zhao Chen muttered.

According to the Galactic Alliance’s standardized fleet sizes:

Thirty starships could form an interstellar small fleet.

Three hundred starships could form a corps-level starfleet.

Three thousand starships could form a legion-level starfleet.

However, size did not necessarily equate to combat capability.

If you had a fleet composed entirely of T1 and T2 starships, even if it were a legion-level starfleet, a mere interstellar small fleet made up entirely of T3 interstellar warships could annihilate you completely!

Both quantity and quality were indispensable in interstellar warfare!

”The T1 and T2 Hive Motherships are nothing to fear. The real threat lies with those three T3 Hive Motherships.” Zhao Chen looked at the holographic interstellar battlefield image, pondered for a moment, and asked, ”Can we avoid the battle?”

The current mission was still evacuation.

Even if he destroyed all these Hive Motherships here, he wouldn’t have the time or opportunity to collect the spoils.

”According to our system simulations, the T2 and T1 Hive Motherships are manageable.

But with those three T3 Hive Motherships present, and with them blocking our optimal evacuation route while forming a crescent-shaped encirclement formation...

Our T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser has an acceleration phase when entering ’Blizzard Extreme Cruise Mode.’ They are highly likely to take advantage of this moment to launch an attack on us.

If we are even slightly careless and the ship hull modules are damaged, it could affect our subsequent evacuation.” Secretary Officer Lilith answered based on the data analyzed by the starship system.

Zhao Chen looked at Charlotte. ”So, we only have one choice, right?”

Charlotte raised her hand, calling up the starship data of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser.

Star shield energy remaining at 92%, 43 Blizzard Stellar Drones remaining, 45 Blizzard Light Stellar Missiles remaining, ammunition resources at 93%.

”Given the current situation, we are not afraid of a fight.

As long as we eliminate those three T3 Hive Motherships, we can leave much more safely,” Deputy Captain Charlotte said with a determined gaze.

Zhao Chen’s lips curled into a smile as he looked at the three T3 Hive Motherships on the screen, sitting in the captain’s chair with his legs crossed and one hand propping up his chin. ”Then let’s fight a battle before we leave. I leave it to you, Deputy Captain Charlotte.”

Deputy Captain Charlotte straightened her posture, adopting a battle-ready stance. ”Understood, Commander.”

Immediately after, Deputy Captain Charlotte began issuing a series of combat orders on the bridge: ”Increase speed to 150 knot stellar speed, heading toward the Hive Motherships.

Begin charging the Blizzard-class Heavy Cluster Laser Bow Cannon!

Deploy Stellar Drones to accompany the ship.

All remaining combat modules, stand by for orders!”

”Speed 150 knot stellar speed, heading /, over,” the navigation crew member called out.

”Deploying 43 Blizzard Stellar Drones... Deployment complete!” reported the crew member in charge of the Stellar Drone module.

”Four units of Interstellar Missile Launch Silos ready! Over!” The crew member responsible for the Interstellar Missile Launch Silos pressed several buttons.

On the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser, the hatches of the four Interstellar Missile Launch Silos opened once again, with four Blizzard Light Stellar Missiles ready to launch!

”Blizzard-class Heavy Cluster Laser Bow Cannon charging, required time 30 seconds! ...30, 29, 28...” Under the operation of the crew member in charge of the bow cannon.

The bow cannon of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser began to glow with a blue light, countless blue particles converging at the muzzle, growing increasingly radiant!

”Starship Main Cannon Combat Module! Ready!”

”Starship Secondary Cannon Combat Module! Ready!”

”Starship Close-in Defense Cannon Combat Module! Ready!”

Crew members in charge of the other starship weapon modules shouted one after another.

On the hull surface of the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser, the main cannons, secondary cannons, and close defense cannons all aimed their muzzles in one direction, poised for action!

”In thirty seconds, our ship will enter the attack range of the enemy Hive Motherships!” Secretary Officer Lilith reported from the side.

In the holographic interstellar battlefield image before Zhao Chen, the projection representing the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser was steadily approaching the cluster of projections representing the Hive Mothership fleet.

Zhao Chen watched all this from a god’s-eye view, as if watching a sci-fi blockbuster.

At this moment, Zhao Chen couldn’t help but marvel at the T3 quasi-military starship; its various performance metrics were truly on a completely different level from T2-class starships.

Just then, Zhao Chen saw dense swarms of Zerg pouring out from those Hive Motherships, swarming like a ’locust plague.’

Simultaneously, on one side of the data panel, the numbers representing Zerg units began to rise continuously.

The number of T1 Flying Insects exploded from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in the blink of an eye, and within seconds, it surged to several million, with the count still rising rapidly.

The quantity of T2 Spiked Serpents also continued to climb, escalating from one thousand to three thousand, then five thousand, and ultimately reaching a staggering ten thousand!

Beyond these two, this time, two additional categories appeared.

T3 Self-detonating Beetles!

T3 Corrupted Wyverns!
