My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 103: Chapter 103 How Could a T2 Starship Have a Star Shield?

”You brat, these are all T2 starships here. Where would a star shield come from?” Smoking Uncle shot him a glare.

Where would a T2 starship get a star shield? Star shields are standard technology for T3 starships.

The adjutant urgently said, ”It really is a star shield! That T2 carrier starship really has a star shield! Boss, look for yourself! I’m really not lying to you.”

”I think you’re about to die and hallucinating. If a T2 starship had a star shield, I’d eat the starship... eat... eat...”

Smoking Uncle impatiently looked at the screen, but his expression froze at that moment.

Five seconds...

Ten seconds...

The adjutant looked at his boss, who seemed to have been paused, and shouted, ”Boss... boss... boss?”

Smoking Uncle stared fixedly at the screen, at the semi-transparent energy shield blocking one side of the T2 carrier starship.

That was unmistakably the star shield possessed by T3 starships!

”It really is a damn star shield!” Smoking Uncle rubbed his eyes, still unwilling to believe what he was seeing.

But the screen wouldn’t lie, and that star shield was performing its function.

The firepower output from the Mechanical Race’s starships fell like raindrops onto the star shield, all blocked by it, creating ripples across the shield’s surface.

”Is that a T3 carrier starship?” Smoking Uncle frowned. But even the smallest T3 light carrier starship has a volume of over a kilometer. How could a T3 carrier starship be less than five hundred meters?

Yet that star shield couldn’t be explained otherwise.

Smoking Uncle kept scratching his head. This really was a strange noble young master.

That interstellar frigate was strange enough, recklessly ramming into ships without its own hull suffering any damage.

Now this carrier starship was even more incredible, directly deploying T2 star shield technology!

”Damn it, if I can’t figure it out, I won’t think about it.” Smoking Uncle muttered irritably, but a smile soon appeared on his face. ”Looks like that noble kid’s tactics might actually succeed!”

”But boss... our situation... doesn’t look too good.” The adjutant looked at the battle situation on the starship radar, his expression troubled.

Smoking Uncle frowned. ”What? Can’t my starships even hold out for half an hour?”

Although the Mechanical Race’s starships were of high quality, as long as they maintained formation and accepted minor casualties, holding out for half an hour shouldn’t be a problem.

”It’s that Mechanical Race fleet previously handled by that woman’s fleet. They’ve almost wiped out the remnants of the fleet that bitch abandoned. Once those starships are all destroyed...”

”That Mechanical Race fleet will definitely threaten us!”

Facing one Mechanical Race fleet is tough enough. If we have to face another simultaneously...” The adjutant trailed off.

Smoking Uncle wore a thoughtful expression. This was indeed a difficult problem.

”Regardless, we’ll take it one step at a time.”

”If we run away like that woman, we won’t survive in the Stellar Glory Empire.”

”Deserting during an Imperial military mission... the price is being hunted by the entire Galactic Alliance!” Smoking Uncle grew irritated just mentioning that bitch.

Based on the noble brat’s fleet strength, combined with that woman’s fleet, as long as they coordinated their operations.

There was a definite possibility of victory.

That damn bitch actually ran away without even assessing the situation.

Stupid!

”Huh? There’s a T2 starship appearing in that combat direction!” The adjutant suddenly pointed at a moving light spot on the starship radar.

Smoking Uncle looked closely and said in surprise, ”It’s that student girl’s starship... These young people... you really can’t judge by appearances.”

Shen Bing’s T2 Hyena-class medium interstellar destroyer stood alone like a lone wolf, positioned between the interstellar transport ship fleet and the group of Mechanical Race starships that had just wiped out the remnants of the leather-clad woman’s fleet.

The remnants of the leather-clad woman’s fleet, having failed to make effective combat preparations from the start of the battle, were thrown into complete chaos by the Mechanical Race starship attack, like headless flies.

Six starships were completely annihilated, becoming starship wreckage drifting in space.

As for the ten Mechanical Race interstellar destroyers, aside from some damage to their hulls, not a single one was destroyed.

After eliminating their immediate prey, the ten Mechanical Race interstellar destroyers locked their targets onto the T2 Griffin-class heavy stellar destroyer blocking their path.

”Captain... they... they’re... coming over!” Liu Lili reported nervously.

Shen Bing took a deep breath, her gaze fixed on the ten Mechanical Race starships on the screen. ”For the greater good, we must do everything we are supposed to do.

All hands, prepare for battle!”

”Understood!” The crew members on the starship were nervous inside, but they steeled themselves to prepare for the fight.

Most of the crew Shen Bing recruited were actually ordinary people with some basic starship piloting skills, who might have previously operated T1-level civilian starships.

They only chose to join Shen Bing’s starship after she offered favorable conditions.

There were also civilian students from the North Star Starship Military Academy like Liu Lili.

”Maintain high-speed maneuvering status! Prepare main and secondary cannons!” Shen Bing issued the combat order.

She began commanding her T2 Hyena-class medium interstellar destroyer to join the battle.

Shen Bing didn’t recklessly charge her starship into the fray.

One against ten, she didn’t have that kind of ability.

Her goal was to buy as much time as possible, so she kept her starship at a relatively safe distance, able to deliver a certain amount of harassing firepower to the enemy ships and attract the enemy fleet’s attention.

It was like dancing on a tightrope.

The slightest misstep could lead to a fall into the abyss.

At first, Shen Bing’s T2 Hyena could barely hold its ground, but soon the ten Mechanical Race interstellar destroyers gradually formed a crescent-shaped encirclement.

Simultaneously, attacks from main and secondary cannons gradually began to land on the T2 Hyena’s hull.

’Report, our port-side hull armor has been hit by artillery fire. Hull armor strength remaining at 90%.’

”Report, our forward hull armor is under attack. Hull armor strength remaining at 85%.”

”Report...”

All the soldiers on the bridge could now feel the starship shaking violently, and they could hear sounds from the hull that resembled ’agonized groans.’

Suddenly, an even louder sound erupted, causing the entire bridge to shake violently several times. Some crew members lost their balance, tumbling to the floor and feeling dazed.

”Report! Our port-side hull armor has been struck by the enemy ship’s main cannon. Localized armor is severely damaged. Crew in adjacent cabins have begun evacuating, and the cabins are being sealed!”

Shen Bing’s expression was grave, beads of sweat forming on her forehead.

At this moment, her T2 Hyena-class Medium Interstellar Destroyer had already suffered nearly 50% overall damage to its hull armor strength.

Moreover, the enemy ship was getting closer and closer to her starship, meaning the subsequent attacks would be even more ferocious.

The destruction of her starship was only a matter of time.

Could it be... she was really going to die here?

For the first time, Shen Bing felt a deep sense of helplessness. That strong-willed version of herself actually longed to confide her troubles in someone, to have someone protect her.

She couldn’t help but recall the starship duel incident at the North Star Starship Military Academy, when Zhao Wan’er faced a student from the Tianyao Noble Starship Military Academy.

Zhao Wan’er had an older brother who stood up for her and resolved the matter.

How she wished she could have such a brother, a safe harbor like that.

”Report! Detected that the main cannons of three enemy starships have locked onto our vessel. Unable to evade enemy fire!” Liu Lili exclaimed, staring at the flashing red operational interface.

Shen Bing closed her eyes in despair.

I’m sorry, Grandma.

Little Bingbing might have to break her promise this time.
