My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 74: Chapter 74: Preparing to Build the Third Starship

The T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship began its first operation.

Inside the interstellar industrial ship were comprehensive industrial construction facilities, capable of producing everything from starships, mechas, stellar fighters, and stellar drones down to the combat suits and laser rifles worn by interstellar warriors.

However, there were certain limitations due to factors such as the construction target’s level and the ship’s own production capacity.

It could carry out engineering construction within the ship.

If hovering in space, it could even extend its work platform outside the ship hull, allowing for the construction of larger starships, such as carrier starships of the same class.

The T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship operated in a semi-intelligent mode, equipped with a certain number of engineering robots of various models. By inputting the mission code and corresponding technical standards, the ship’s system could assign tasks to these engineering robots.

However, personnel supervision was still required, as 20% of the procedures involved manual operation of mechanical arms and other industrial equipment for construction. Additionally, engineering robots needed personnel to oversee their work and inspect the quality of completion.

A single T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship required a crew of two hundred people to operate, far more than combat-type starships of the same class.

At this moment, Zhao Chen led two hundred half-beast female starship crew members with a foundation in industrial technology, initiating various operational tasks.

”You, this team, operate the maintenance robots to repair the Zero Blizzard.

You, over here, organize the production of stellar drones for the T2 Queen Bee-class Heavy Carrier Starship inside the T2 Hammer.” With his innate talent as a top-tier engineer, Zhao Chen swiftly and efficiently directed everyone to complete their assigned tasks.

After assigning the tasks, Zhao Chen arrived at the bridge of the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship and began inputting a starship blueprint technology.

The T2 Black Rhinoceros-class interstellar heavy assault frigate!

That’s right.

The third starship Zhao Chen planned to build next was the T2 Black Rhinoceros-class interstellar heavy assault frigate.

Although Zhao Chen also possessed the technical blueprint for the T2 Bronze Eden-class Starship, completing that starship within a month was uncertain, and its construction cost amounted to a staggering 3 million Star Coins.

To meet the quarterly mission, it had to be postponed for now.

After inputting the blueprint technology information into the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship, the industrial ship’s system encrypted it. In the future, even the captain of this starship would be unable to access the complete technical blueprint without Zhao Chen’s special authorization.

When assigning construction tasks, the industrial ship’s system would fragment the entire technical blueprint and distribute it to the crew below. It would also encrypt a small portion of the core technology, requiring Zhao Chen’s personal oversight.

If the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship faced any threat, the system would self-destruct all encrypted information.

”Phew... done.” Zhao Chen finished inputting the final technical blueprint and closed the operation interface.

He leaned back comfortably in the captain’s chair, glancing around the bridge of the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship. The layout, in a dark iron hue, was not particularly ornate but rather simple and clear, exuding a steel industrial style.

Here, one could pull up images from various locations of the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship, allowing them to check the status and progress of each work unit.

”Finally, I don’t have to work myself to the bone building starships by hand like before.” Zhao Chen recalled the history of constructing the Zero Blizzard and the T2 Queen Bee-class Heavy Carrier Starship, tears of emotion welling up in his eyes.

After handling the matters at hand, Zhao Chen actually received notifications of two fund transfers and a message that the raw materials had been delivered outside the workshop.

It had only been half a day, and everything was already settled. That efficiency was quite impressive.

The two fund transfers had already deducted the payment for the raw materials Zhao Chen had ordered, with the remainder deposited into his personal Imperial Bank Account.

There was still 1.2 million Star Coins left.

Once the T2 Black Rhinoceros-class interstellar heavy assault frigate was completed, he could figure out a way to build that T2 Bronze Eden-class Starship, achieving complete Food Self-sufficiency for the fleet and even expanding his Commercial Territory into Grain Trade.

Zhao Chen called Secretary Officer Lilith and walked toward the large door of the Starship Workshop, opening it.

Because the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship was located at the very back, out of sight from the doorway.

Zhao Chen didn’t bother hiding anything. He directly instructed the workers delivering the raw materials outside to stack the material Cargo Containers one by one along one side inside the door.

”Sir, these are the raw materials from your order. Please check if there’s anything else you need?” The female supervisor, whom Zhao Chen had only seen before in Video Communication, now stood before him.

She wore a professional smile, dressed in a form-fitting office skirt uniform, with one button on her blouse deliberately left undone.

However, Zhao Chen didn’t pay attention to any of this. Right now, he was more focused on the raw materials for building the starship as he looked at the Cargo Containers of materials.

It was as if he could already see the completed T2 Black Rhinoceros-class interstellar heavy assault frigates!

The female supervisor felt somewhat awkward. She considered herself quite attractive and had even thought about finding an opportunity to invite this important figure out later.

At that moment, she noticed Lilith standing beside Zhao Chen, dressed in a white women’s military-style uniform. Her eyes instantly lit up, dazzled!

So beautiful!

There was a natural charm between her brows, giving off an impulse to both protect and tease her.

The female supervisor mocked herself inwardly. With such a stunning beauty by his side, how could a mere Starport Customer Service representative like her catch his eye?

”Lilith, you handle the handover with this lady,” Zhao Chen assigned the task to Lilith.

After all, Lilith was now the Secretary Officer. She would be responsible for such matters frequently in the future.

Although Lilith already possessed a lot of theoretical knowledge, true growth came from practical experience.

From fleet combat to Fleet Internal Affairs and Fleet Logistics, and so on.

Lilith stepped forward and proactively began discussions with the female supervisor.

Zhao Chen, meanwhile, was completely absorbed in looking at the raw materials inside those Cargo Containers, a faint smile on his face as he lost himself in thought.

In the adjacent starship berth

”Old Chen, why the long face?” A somewhat slovenly man walked out of the starship berth with a middle-aged man.

The one called Old Chen was the Fleet Commander of an Interstellar Transport Ship Fleet, having just Returned to Base for rest after completing a mission.

”You have no idea, this time I ran into a total idiot who actually threatened me with ship cannons? And he really dared to fire! The shell missed my bridge by just this much!” Old Chen complained.

”Damn, someone actually had the guts to do that? Daring to threaten my Brother Chen!

Tell me who did it. As long as they’re in the Arctic Fox System, my brothers from the Black Fox Society will find a way to deal with them!” the man boasted.

Old Chen shook his head. ”How would I know? I only heard it was someone called the Black Dragon Fleet.

There wasn’t even a video communication—I only saw their starship.”

As the two walked and chatted, they passed by the entrance of a starship workshop. Seeing a large number of cargo containers, Old Chen, being in the interstellar transport business, instinctively glanced over.

That glance was a shock. Through the massive workshop door, he spotted the very starship he loathed with every fiber of his being, docked in the starship berth!

Although the starship now looked somewhat battered, with a dent in its bow, he would recognize that damned ship even if it were reduced to ashes.

In an instant, rage boiled over.

Old Chen’s face darkened, and he strode directly toward that starship workshop.
