Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

Chapter 1184: Chapter 1184: Isn’t it surprising?

With their status, how could they possibly be a meeting secretary?

There was a sudden noise as Tian Peng stood up, “Miss Su, you can kill me, but you can’t insult me! I refuse to participate in this board meeting!”

“Please, feel free.” Su Ziyan made a welcoming gesture.

“Hmph!” Tian Peng and his two colleagues swept out of the room, but as they reached the door, Yang Qian finally realized something. Why was it only the three of them leaving?

Yang Qian quickly held onto the two men and looked back at Qin Yu, who was sitting at the end of the conference table as if nothing was happening.

“President Su, the three of us aren’t shareholders, we don’t have the right to attend the board meeting. Qin Yu doesn’t seem to have the right either, does he? Please have President Su remove Qin Yu!”

Su Ziyan’s face broke into a brilliant smile; “President Yang, who told you Qin Yu isn’t a shareholder of Su Group?

Not only is Qin Yu a shareholder of Su Group, but he is also the third-largest shareholder!”

Qin Yu got up, smiling, and walked leisurely forward. He sat down next to Su Ziyan and looked mockingly across at Su Xinglei.

“Vice President Su, did you think you had the situation well in hand? I’m sorry to say, but I own five percent of Su Group’s shares. I am now the third-largest shareholder!”

Whoa! Qin Yu’s statement caused a huge wave of gasps! Everyone looked at Qin Yu with disbelief.

What? What did this Mr. Qin say? He owns five percent of the shares?

Some shareholders with a head for numbers began to mutter to themselves, calculating the shares of Su Ziyan and Su Xinglei. Quickly, their faces revealed a shocked expression!

Dear God! Miss Su’s shareholding surpassed Vice President Su’s!

At once, the way everyone looked at Su Ziyan changed!

Tian Peng and the others were dumbfounded, simply unable to believe Qin Yu’s words.

Yang Qian’s voice rose an octave, “Mr. Qin, please stop joking, okay? You own five percent of Su Group’s shares? That’s absolutely impossible!”

“Why is it impossible?” Qin Yu asked, his face full of mockery as he looked at Yang Qian.

“Aside from Xiong Zhan’s share transfer, no one here has transferred their shares. Where did your shares come from? Did you conjure them up?”

“Of course not. I bought the scattered shares.” Qin Yu was very candid.

Su Xinglei burst into derisory laughter, “Scattered shares? Hahaha, Mr. Qin, why don’t you claim you can fly? You suddenly bought up five percent of scattered shares, so why hasn’t the stock price of Su Group gone up?

Do you think we’re all fools?”

“Whether you’re fools or not, I don’t know, but what I do know is, I didn’t buy the five percent of scattered shares all at once. It took me over a month, collecting them little by little.

It’s normal that there were no fluctuations in the stock market.” Qin Yu grinned, showing a mouthful of pearly whites.

As he spoke, Qin Yu took out his phone, opened his Shanghai stock market account’s backend on it, and placed the phone on the table, sliding it towards Su Xinglei.

Su Xinglei picked up the phone and his face turned deathly pale.

My God! Everything Mr. Qin said was true. He really started buying Su Group’s shares a month ago, which is why he could acquire five percent without anyone noticing!

Even Su Ziyan only found out about this yesterday!

Su Ziyan’s eyes shone brilliantly. Her man was simply miraculous, always planning ahead!

“How about that, Vice President Su? Are you surprised? Spending so much time planning, only to end up with nothing must feel terrible, right?” Qin Yu took back his phone and slipped it into his pocket.
