Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

Chapter 1174: Chapter 1174: Get Familiar

After receiving the stock transfer agreement from Xiong Zhan, Qin Yu let out a sigh of relief. Before leaving, he had finally cleared the path for his wife.

As long as Su Ziyan became the major shareholder, the internal opposition within Su Group would definitely diminish. If Su Ziyan could achieve even a bit more, she would secure her position as the chairman!

Of course, securing the chairman position was just the first step. Next, Qin Yu planned to help Su Ziyan turn the Su Group into the number one group in Luo City, and eventually the whole country.

But these were future concerns.

Qin Yu and Holly Rosie finished washing their hands and changed clothes.

”Rosie, it’s getting late, I have to go home. I’ll see you another day.”

”Qin, do you dislike me that much? You don’t want to spend even a minute with me?”

”No! Of course not, you’re so charming, no man would dislike you. But it really is late, you must be tired, right?”

”Qin, I need to check on you one more time!” Holly Rosie said, looking at Qin Yu with expectant eyes.

”Hmm, a check-up might be good. I feel like my health has improved a lot since returning to the country. I suffered no fainting spells even after going Berserk twice in a row. Can you check if I’m slowly getting better at controlling this energy?” Qin Yu nodded.

Holly Rosie’s pupils contracted slightly, ”What? You went Berserk again after returning to the country?”

”Yes.”

”Qin! How should I talk to you? You’re joking with your own health! Do you know how damaging Berserk is to your body? How can you just do it recklessly?”

”I know, but some situations are uncontrollable. If I hadn’t gone Berserk, I might not be standing in front of you right now.”

Without further reproach, Holly Rosie led Qin Yu toward the laboratory in the hospital.

When the two entered the laboratory, the staff there immediately recognized Qin Yu and bowed hastily, ”Director Qin, what brings you here?”

”I need to use a lab, any objections?”

”Of course not, there are five available labs right now. Which one would you like, Director Qin?”

”Any.”

”Alright, Director Qin, this way please.”

Following the staff member, Qin Yu and Holly Rosie arrived at a lab. Holly Rosie scanned the room with dissatisfaction, ”Why is it so rudimentary? Why are all these blood-testing machines outdated?”

Outdated machines? The staff member rolled their eyes internally, but with Qin Yu present, they didn’t dare voice their opinion.

”Rosie, just make do with these. Did you think this was the GlaxoSmithKline Research Institute? These machines are actually the latest models in Luo City,” Qin Yu said with a wry smile.

The latest models?

Holly Rosie paused, obviously not quite satisfied, but she could only shrug helplessly, ”Alright then. It has been five or six years since I last used such antiquated equipment. Let me get familiar with them first.”

After saying that, Holly Rosie stepped forward quickly and operated each of the machines in the laboratory in turn.

Once finished, Holly Rosie nodded, ”Though these are outdated machines, they have been well-maintained and can just about be used.

Qin, let’s start by drawing a tube of blood.”

”Okay.”

Qin Yu cooperatively drew a tube of blood and handed it to Holly Rosie. She proceeded to test Qin Yu’s blood, continuously analyzing the data within.
