Urban Martial Saint

Three peak masters faced with the vehicles charging aggressively toward them, Prince Nalan sidestepped to evade them, Bloody Monk dismantled one vehicle, and Helian Tiehua went further by forcefully stopping and flipping one vehicle, knocking down the vehicle behind and blocking the road.

The vehicles behind, originally speeding forward, were stopped by the vehicle Helian Tiehua flipped, thus unable to continue and had to stop on the road.

As soon as the vehicles stopped, several people got out, all of them were foreigners. Among them, the most noticeable were two individuals: an elder wearing a red robe and a middle-aged man wearing a cloak.

The elder appeared to be around sixty or seventy years old, evidently a person of great authority, donned in a red robe, exuding an impressive aura.

As for the middle-aged man, he looked somewhat sinister, with snow-white skin that was entirely devoid of color. His demeanor was gloomy, as if he hadn’t seen the sun in years, emanating a sinister and evil aura all over. Just one glance at him could send chills down one’s spine.

Alongside these two were a dozen other people. However, compared to these two, the rest were barely worth mentioning.

The red-robed elder’s gaze swept across the scene’s three individuals, first resting on Helian Tiehua, and he spoke out loud: ”Great General Helian Tiehua!”

Then, his gaze shifted to Bloody Monk, saying: ”Sect Master of the Kill Gate, Bloody Monk!”

Finally, he focused on Prince Nalan, mildly furrowing his brow and pausing for a moment, saying: ”Could this gentleman be Prince Nalan of the Capital?”

”The Red-robed Archbishop seems to know quite a lot about Huaxia!” Prince Nalan chuckled lightly; his gaze showed no emotion as he calmly said: ”Never thought my modest reputation had reached the ears of the Church!”

It turns out this person was the Red-robed Archbishop mentioned by the Bishop and Earl; his aura tremendously outmatched that of the Bishop and Earl.

”Hmph, Huaxia’s martial artists are powerful and not to be underestimated; of course, our Church must record this thoroughly!” The Red-robed Archbishop’s gaze shifted from Prince Nalan, finally settling on Helian Tiehua, saying: ”General Helian, I heard the Seven Steering Committees of your Hong Alliance have brought forth the Sun Shooting Bow; could you show it and let us take a look?”

This Red-robed Archbishop was direct, immediately bringing up the Sun Shooting Bow, evidently here for it.

Helian Tiehua wasn’t surprised, as he was already aware of their purpose for coming here.

”You bunch of birdmen, what do you think our Huaxia is!” Before Helian Tiehua could respond, Bloody Monk cursed angrily first: ”You come to our turf expecting us to show the Sun Shooting Bow to you, based on what!?”

Prince Nalan was a bit surprised, casting a glance at Bloody Monk, unsure why he suddenly became so furious.

Helian Tiehua had some understanding; the Xiaolin Temple had old grudges with the Church in the past, and although Bloody Monk annihilated the Xiaolin Temple, he was still associated with it, thus held no goodwill toward these Church arrivals.

”Based on what?” The Red-robed Archbishop laughed coldly, casting a glance at Bloody Monk, saying: ”What do you propose as the reason?”

”Easy to explain!” Bloody Monk stepped forward, pointing at the Red-robed Archbishop, saying solemnly: ”I’m not one for idle chatter; let’s prove ourselves under combat. Best me, and you can say whatever you want. Fail, then get out of Huaxia!”

The Red-robed Archbishop frowned slightly; he witnessed Bloody Monk dismantle that vehicle earlier, and thereby knew how powerful Bloody Monk was. If it came to an actual fight, he wasn’t entirely confident.

”If it’s a fight you want, I’ll join!” Suddenly, the cloaked middle-aged man stepped out, glaring coldly at Bloody Monk, saying: ”However, my strikes know no restraint; if I accidentally kill you, it would indeed be quite ugly!”

”If you can kill me, it’s a testament to your skill!” Bloody Monk shouted out, refraining from further words, kicking off and charging rapidly at the middle-aged man.

”Lord Sara, please be cautious!” The Red-robed Archbishop urged anxiously: ”Bloody Monk’s power rivals the Five Uniques, don’t underestimate him!”

This middle-aged man is actually that Lord Sara. According to the Archbishop and Earl, both Lord Sara and the Red-robed Archbishop are immensely powerful.

Ignoring the Red-robed Archbishop’s warning, as the Bloody Monk charged forward, Lord Sara quirked a slight sneer at the corner of his mouth. He suddenly leaped up and darted straight behind the Bloody Monk like a ghost. His hands emerged from his sleeves, nails as sharp as steel blades, reaching for the Bloody Monk’s neck. Judging by this stance, if the Bloody Monk were to be caught, his neck would inevitably be snapped!

Yet at this moment, the Bloody Monk seemed completely unaware of Lord Sara behind him, still charging forward. Lord Sara’s sneer grew colder, increasing the force of his grip, intending to snap the Bloody Monk’s neck in a single move, ridding himself of the strong adversary the Red-robed Archbishop had spoken of, and enhancing his own reputation.

However, just as his ten fingers were about to reach the Bloody Monk’s neck, the Bloody Monk’s hands suddenly shot back, directly seizing his wrists. The speed and precision of the move were as if eyes were on his back, totally catching Lord Sara off guard, his hands already captured by the Bloody Monk.

”Come here!” the Bloody Monk bellowed, yanking Lord Sara forward and slamming him in front.

Lord Sara was thrown to the ground, his dignity crushed, and his face turned icy. Clenching his teeth, he roared furiously, leaping from the ground, desperately trying to shake off the Bloody Monk’s grip. Yet, the Bloody Monk’s hands were like iron clamps, gripping his wrists tightly, no amount of force could free him. In a last-ditch effort, a glint of malice flashed in Lord Sara’s eyes as he suddenly lunged at the Bloody Monk, attempting to bite his neck.

”Courting death!” The Bloody Monk yelled angrily, gripping Lord Sara’s hands tightly, swinging his head sideways, and slamming him heavily onto the ground again.

Lord Sara, though powerful, was quite resilient; after being thrown twice, still fought fiercely against the Bloody Monk, thrusting himself forward with hands and mouth used as weapons. But no matter how hard he tried, he could not escape the Bloody Monk’s grip, completely at a disadvantage.

On the other side, witnessing this, the Red-robed Archbishop’s face darkened considerably. He knew the Bloody Monk’s strength, yet was unprepared for Lord Sara’s wretched state against him, thinking they would at least match equally. Clearly now, Lord Sara was no match for the Bloody Monk. Continuing as such, Lord Sara was bound to suffer a significant loss.

After observing a moment, the Red-robed Archbishop suddenly leapt up, palms joined together, which began to emit a glowing light, pressing down straight upon the Bloody Monk. Seeing Lord Sara outmatched, he planned to ambush the Bloody Monk, relieving some pressure from Lord Sara.

”Shameless!”

Before the Red-robed Archbishop reached the Bloody Monk, a furious shout came from behind. A large hand grabbed his ankle, yanking him back forcefully. Clueless about what had occurred, the Red-robed Archbishop was pulled back by a powerful force, struggling to steady himself but to no avail, ultimately falling heavily to the ground. Though the fall didn’t hurt much, it wounded his pride.

”Helian Tiehua!” The Red-robed Archbishop scrambled up, shouting angrily, ”As one of the Five Unmatches of the World, you resort to such sneak attacks!”

”Hmph, when I struck, I shouted first. Did you make a sound while sneaking up on the Bloody Robe Sect Leader?” Helian Tiehua stood not far, retorting coldly, ”With such meager skills, you dare flaunt your prowess in Huaxia? What a joke!”

”Helian Tiehua, do you truly believe I am not your equal?” the Red-robed Archbishop roared in fury, ”Today, I’ll show you my strength!”

”Come on!” Helian Tiehua shouted back. Before the Red-robed Archbishop could take action, he charged at him first.

Seeing Helian Tiehua charging fiercely, the Red-robed Archbishop let out a roar, crossing his hands, and engaged in combat with Helian Tiehua.

Upon hearing his roar, the people accompanying Lord Sara rushed toward the Bloody Monk, five individuals attacked simultaneously, combining efforts against the Bloody Monk’s back, attempting to force him to release Lord Sara.

The Bloody Monk, though mighty, faced a robust adversary in Lord Sara. Moreover, those five attackers were top-level masters, prompting caution on his part. Just as they reached him, he flung Lord Sara away, quickly turned, and snatched one attacker by the neck.

”Roar!” The Bloody Monk roared, swinging the man as a weapon, violently sweeping away the remaining four attackers.

These four were top-level masters, yet upon falling after being knocked back by the Bloody Monk, couldn’t even stand up. The one caught by the Bloody Monk had his bones shattered, not even managing a groan before his life was snuffed out.

However, this attack by the five did force the Bloody Monk to release Lord Sara. Regaining his freedom, Lord Sara immediately charged back, wielding his nails like steel daggers at the Bloody Monk, attacking wildly while avoiding close contact to prevent another capture like before.

Thus, the Bloody Monk and Helian Tiehua wound up battling the Red-robed Archbishop and Lord Sara. Nearby, Prince Nalan, observing the chaotic skirmish, smirked coldly and stealthily slipped into the cave.
