The Adventures of an Overpowered Knight in Another World

Chapter 540: Chapter 540- Unlocking Talent

”Gerrant our leader, stood in the front to raise everyone’s morals up. He came up with a plan to defeat the demon. However, when the battle began, Gerrant who was supposed to be my flank and my ’comrades’ who should have my back, ran away”.

”As I was the strongest, they left the demon to me, saying that they would get help. However, no help came that day. Latter they called it a tactical retreat, the most logical option, sacrifice a few to save many. They left me. Alone. Its claw... here”.

She shifted, rolling onto her back, one leg sliding up to rest on the back of the couch. The movement opened her completely to his gaze. The firelight illuminated the slick, swollen folds visible through her panties, gleaming with her wetness.

She pointed at the faint scar on the middle of her inner thighs. While most of it was healed by him, a faint trace of it still remained behind.

Reinhardt glanced at her scar, thinking back to himself. He had noticed that scar before too, but he did not think about it too much after all, there wasn’t any knight without a scar or two. However, today he finally realised the source behind that scar and what was shackling Delicia all this time.

The latter continued telling her story.

”Mustering strength from every fibre of my body, I somehow managed to defeat the demon. But in return, I barely managed to survive myself. The wound I received was serious; however, more serious was something inside me that I felt break that day”...

”It completely ruined me mentally. Later, the healers said that my mana nerves were greatly strained during the battle, leading to them becoming completely twisted. They advised that I should give up on my life as a knight. My career as a Silver Shield was over”...

”As for my comrades, they did not even bother to visit me once. While I was recovering in the infirmary, the Commander of the Silver Shields visited me. He told me that it was a hard choice, but he had to let me go. The order cannot support those who cannot work as knights anymor,e and that I should understand”...

”That was when I knew. They never saw me as a comrade. Just a tool. A strong one to use for their own glory. And when I broke... I was disposable.”

Delicia hugged her thighs tightly, laying out her insecurities bare.

So that was the case, Reinhardt finally had the full picture of why she was so afraid of leaving her back to her comrades. Perhaps to her, the word ’Comrades’ was like an alien thing.

He could also understand how she unconsciously sealed her future potential.

Reinhardt glanced at Delicia with his [Eyes of Divine Clarity], wondering how he could help her, when suddenly he saw her glowing with a purple light.

This was... light of choice!

Delicia’s body wasn’t actually glowing in reality, it was just a phenomena showed by his eyes. A phenomenon that meant that his action from this point on would change the course of her fate.

Sighing to himself, he leaned forward and hugged the woman, enveloping her in his warm embrace. His hands moved and wiped the tears from her eyes.

”You are not disposable, you are extraordinary. You work harder than anyone and are diligent in your duties. A knight like you is hard to come by, what’s more, you are talented too. I don’t wanna let you go”.

At those words, Delicia’s body turned stiff, and she couldn’t help but look at him.

”Let me make this clear to you. No matter what happens in the future, I will never abandon you; you will forever be a member of my order, a member of the Temple of Light. In fact, in my fight against the demonkind, I need your power more than ever”...

”Although I haven’t said it to you directly, but I value you a lot. You are one of the handful of knight I believe has the talent to reach the realm of Extreme Knight. So realise your potential, do not let your past restrain you. The Temple of Light is different from any knight order. You should know it by now. No one here leaves their comrade behind and runs away”.

A memory played in her mind; it was the time when they were cornered by the Eleventh heavenly King, who brought two Demon Generals with him. At that moment, Vangeance volunteered to stay behind to stall the two demons. However, Kevin, Silvia and the others refused to leave, deciding to share the same fate as him.

It was then, as if some kind of lock had been opened, Reinhardt saw the purple colour on Delicia change from purple to gold. At the same time, the dam of her tears broke down, and the woman cried her heart out.

”Un... Thank you”.

A while later, after her crying stopped, Delicia looked at him with appreciation. Then in a heartbeat, she seized his lips. It was a feverish kiss with her hands locking around his neck. Her tongue entwined with his own yearning and seeking the other’s comfort.

At the same time, his body leaned back, causing Delicia to fall on the couch on her back with Reinhardt pinning her down.

”Mmmn... Mmff... Sshlp~..” The kiss went on for a heated moment, deep and searching, as if trying to consume each other.

Finally, after they broke the kiss, the two looked at each other and without any prior communication, they started undressing each other.

Delicia’s hands pushed the shirt over his head and tossed it aside. In a similar way, she unbuckled his pants and stripped him down one layer after another.

Reinhardt wasn’t idle either, he finally understood how he could help her. He hooked his fingers into the straps of her negligee and peeled it down in one swift motion.

As the silk slipped over her hips and pooled on the couch, the completely bare and beautiful body of Delicia, bathed in the fire’s glow, was revealed before him.

The full, voluptuous breasts, the dark pink nipples, perfect areolas, the smooth skin of her stomach, and the trimmed area at the apex of her thighs, glistening with her arousal, Reinhardt drank in the mesmerising sight that was Delicia.

No further words were needed, the both of them understood what the other wanted.

The former leaned in closer, his mouth trailed lower. From her face, he went down, kissing the sides of her neck, the softness of her breasts, to her stomach and then downwards. Just when he was at the intersection, Delicia’s legs spread apart on their own, almost in a fashion of inviting him in.

Reinhardt’s face was mere inches away from her vagina. At this distance, he could almost taste her scent... musky, sweet, utterly feminine, filling his senses. Just before he dove in, he looked up and locked gazes with Delicia, who was looking at him with glistening eyes.

”Delicia, you have done well enduring this long. Now you don’t have to worry about anything”.

Maybe that’s what the woman wanted to hear for so long. The moment he spoke those words, he could see that the gold colour on her brighten. At the same time, there was some changes in her status, one of the two traits that represented her potential surfaced up and showed on her profile.

This!! This was no doubt a breakthrough. Delicia had no doubt broken through one of the shackles binding her.

Since that was the case, he now knew what to do. Without further ado, he brought his face closer and nudged the sensitive clitoris with his nose. At the same time, his tongue swiped a long, slow stripe through her slick folds to the wet, hot entrance of her vagina.

He licked and suckled, exploring every fold, every secret hollow. The taste of her, tangy and rich, and the sounds she made. Reinhardt grabbed her hips tightly and feasted on the delicacy that was her.

”Ungh... Aahn♥... Yes, Commander!!” Delciia cried out, chanting his name. With every twist and squirm, the tightness of her entrance unravelled more and more, making passage for what was about to come later.

”There... oh, gods, right there!” The latter cried out. Her hands grabbed his hair, pulling him closer to her pussy, and her legs, they locked around his neck in a manner of cutting his retreat.

Seeing her antics, Reinhardt smiled. His skill in this aspect had reached a fearsome level. Under his vigorous sucking, the female knight’s thighs became tense, her hips beginning to buck against his mouth.

Seeing that she was close to climax, he stopped and separated his mouth from her lower lips.

”Anng... Mnn... Eh?” Feeling him stop, Delicia glanced at him with half aroused and half questioning eyes. Her expression seemed to be saying why did he stop?

Reinhardt did not answer, instead he used his fingers. He slid one hand from her hip, his fingers sliding through her wetness and finding her pussy.
