School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 683: Chapter 759: The Broken Mirror Rejoined

”This...”

Chen Nan felt somewhat guilty and admitted with a nod, ”I acknowledge that reading your diary without permission was wrong, but you hardly want to talk to me. If I hadn’t looked, how could I have known your thoughts?”

Huo Xinya glared at him. ”That still doesn’t give you the right to invade someone’s privacy!”

”I’m apologizing, isn’t that enough?”

Annoyed, Huo Xinya stared at him, ”You’ve already read it; what good is an apology now?”

Scratching his head, Chen Nan smiled and said, ”How about this, one of these days I’ll write a diary too, and you can sneak a peek at mine, okay?”

”I would never snoop through someone else’s things.”

Feeling both irritated and helpless, Xinya thought she should have hidden her diary better. She puffed her cheeks and pointed at Chen Nan’s nose, ”Don’t you have something called ’Forget Dust’? Hurry up and use it on yourself, wipe away your recent memories.”

”Do you think that’s possible?”

Seizing the moment of her distraction, Chen Nan embraced her again, ”Even though I know it was wrong, if given another chance, I would still take a look. It was not easy to find out what you feel, and even if you killed me, I would never erase these memories.”

Slightly angered, Huo Xinya said, ”You’re just being unreasonable, violating someone’s privacy without any sign of remorse!”

Chen Nan nodded and replied, ”That’s right, you can call me a scoundrel. To understand your thoughts, I would rather be a scoundrel all over again.”

Xinya felt both vexed and pleased in her heart.

Angry that this man didn’t change his ways, but happy that she still held an important place in his heart.

Seeing that Xinya stopped talking and wasn’t resisting his embrace, Chen Nan bent down, whispering in her ear, ”Now you must admit, your feelings for me aren’t just a momentary impulse, are they?”

Huo Xinya kept her head down, ignoring him.

Looking at her snow-white cheeks, tempting and delicate, Chen Nan didn’t ask for her permission, he just leaned in and kissed her.

”You!”

Touching the spot where he kissed her, Xinya said, ”Why are you always like this? You never ask if someone is willing, just acting on your own.”

”If I asked you, you’d definitely say no, but if I act first and ask later, you won’t kill me over it, right?” Chen Nan laughed, ”Moreover, right now, there’s not a hint of hatred in your eyes, which means you’ve agreed in your heart.”

”How are you any different from a hooligan this way!”

Chen Nan shrugged his shoulders and smiled, ”Well, I became a villain by reading your diary just now, so being a hooligan one more time doesn’t make much difference; might as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb.”

Huo Xinya was speechless with exasperation, ”You’re getting worse and worse.”

”A woman doesn’t love a man who isn’t bad,” Chen Nan whispered in her ear. ”Tell me, if I weren’t ’bad,’ how could I have gone to read your diary? And if I hadn’t read it, how could I know your thoughts? And if I didn’t know your thoughts, how could I have won you back just now?”

Xinya gently pushed him, but failed to move him, ”What are you talking about, ’won back’? I didn’t agree to anything.”

”But I’ve already kissed you, how can you not agree?”

Feeling a surge of happiness, Huo Xinya shook her head, ”That kiss was you being a hooligan, it has nothing to do with me! It wasn’t me who kissed you.”

Chen Nan pointed at his own face, ”Then hurry up and kiss me back.”

Xinya rubbed her forehead, somewhat at a loss for words, ”Can you dare not to be a hooligan?”

”I dare!” Chen Nan nodded, ”But if I act like a scoundrel, you still have to take responsibility.”

Huo Xinya collapsed.

She felt that arguing with this man was like an egg hitting a rock, completely out of her league!

”Not talking is the same as agreeing,” Chen Nan pointed at his face and said with a grin, ”Xinxin, be good, come on, give me a kiss.”

Despite the nicknames Chen Nan used, Huo Xinya didn’t object, simply turning her head away, ”Don’t even think about it.”

Chen Nan stroked her hair, ”Regardless, you should agree to our relationship now, right?”

With a smile on her face, Huo Xinya kept her head down and remained silent.

Seeing her lack of resistance, Chen Nan became more daring, whispering in her ear, ”Are you going to agree or not?”

Blushing, Huo Xinya bit her lip, and after hesitating for a moment, she whispered softly, ”You bad guy, you already know what’s in my heart, why keep asking?”

Chen Nan felt elated at her blushing demeanor, ”If you don’t tell me, how would I know? Come on, tell me, do you agree?”

”I agree...”

With her face flushed, Xinya spoke softly, looking down.”

”You really are my good Xinxin,” Chen Nan said joyfully, cherishing her like she was a fragile treasure, holding her soft hand, ”From now on, don’t be cold to me and don’t avoid me anymore, okay?”

Softly nodding, Huo Xinya replied, ”Before, I didn’t know how to face you, so I deliberately distanced myself. But now that I’ve agreed, naturally, I won’t avoid you anymore.”

”Then I’m relieved.”

Chen Nan held her as they sat on the grass, watching the rolling waves of the river, a feeling of happiness engulfed them.

At this moment, a Porsche 911 slowly pulled up on the riverbank, the car window glass rolled down, revealing a pair of tearful yet enchanting eyes.
