School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 144: Chapter 167: School Bully’s Sidekick

Overnight, Chen Nan had not slept but instead had been practicing Qi Movement to heal his injuries.

After a night of Breathing Control, the medicinal effects inside his body had been fully absorbed, and his injuries had almost completely healed.

Although he hadn’t slept all night, the next morning, Chen Nan was exceptionally energetic. It was just past five o’clock, and while the four beauties were still asleep, he got out of bed. It wasn’t because he had become diligent suddenly but because he was hungry—a night of Qi Movement required a lot of physical energy.

”Starving. I need to make something to eat.”

After washing up, Chen Nan rushed into the kitchen, boiled a pot of water, and began to cook noodles.

When the noodles were seventy percent done, Chen Nan scooped them out into cold water, then threw the pre-cut vegetables and other ingredients into the pot to fry. After stir-frying for a while, he tossed in the cooked noodles to make stir-fried noodles.

Wafts of mouth-watering aroma drifted from the kitchen, seeping through the door cracks into the rooms of the four beauties.

”That smells delicious!”

Just awakened, Su Qingqing took a deep breath and nudged the girl sleeping next to her like a dead pig, Liu Tiantian, ”Wake up, you dead girl, who is cooking so early in the morning? It smells too good.”

Liu Tiantian rubbed her bleary eyes, about to complain about Su Qingqing disturbing her sleep. But when she caught the scent, she suddenly rolled out of bed, quickly dressed, and rushed out.

”You dead girl, what are you doing?” Su Qingqing asked.

”Going to eat, it smells so good it has to be delicious!” With those words, she had already opened the room door and dashed out.

”Aaaah, don’t eat it all, leave some for me!” Su Qingqing also jumped off the bed and hurriedly followed.

...

In the kitchen, Chen Nan plated the finished stir-fried noodles and took a deep inhale, ”Nothing beats the smell of your own cooking!”

As he exclaimed, Chen Nan started eating while walking towards the hall, but just as he stepped out of the kitchen, he heard the rapid ”thump thump thump” of footsteps. Su Qingqing and Liu Tiantian, their faces lit with excitement, came running over.

”Cousin, it smells wonderful, did you cook this?” Liu Tiantian stared at the plate of noodles, swallowing her saliva.

Before Chen Nan could respond, another round of footsteps sounded, and Su Yixuan and Yun Fei, still in their robes, hurried over, ”Who’s stir-frying? It smells heavenly!”

Looking at the four beauties in front of him and then at the noodles on the plate, Chen Nan suddenly felt downcast, having only made one portion to satisfy his own hunger. Judging by their drooling looks, it seemed they all wanted to eat!

Chen Nan couldn’t afford to dwell on it, especially when his stomach was growling. He hurriedly grabbed the chopsticks and shoveled a mouthful into his mouth, but before he could swallow—

”Did you only make one serving?”

The four beauties looked furious, their eyes wide staring at Chen Nan.

Chen Nan felt very innocent. He just made some food because he was hungry; why did it seem, in their eyes, like he had committed a grave felony?

”Just... just one serving, I was hungry.”

Chen Nan scooped another mouthful, wolfing it down and just as he was about to take a third mouthful, the four beauties exploded—

”Chen Nan, your crime is unforgivable!”

”You heartless thing, you have no loyalty!”

”How could you only make one serving? That’s too much!”

”You don’t care about us at all, letting us go hungry!”

Facing the fierce glares from the four beauties, Chen Nan had the third mouthful already at his lips: to continue eating or to not continue was the question, ”Then... I’ll make some more for you after I finish...”

”No way!” the four beauties exclaimed in unison, pointing toward the kitchen, ”Hurry up and cook, and we’ll all eat together.” With angelic faces, the four beauties had transformed into villains at that moment, not even letting him eat.

”I’ll go cook for you after I finish eating.”

Chen Nan swallowed his third bite, with half of the fried noodles already gone. Just as he was about to continue with the fourth bite, he suddenly felt a void in his hand—the plate had been snatched away by Liu Tiantian.

”This is so delicious!”

Grabbing the noodles directly with her hands and stuffing them into her mouth, Liu Tiantian danced around excitedly, holding the plate and running into the hall as if she was afraid someone would snatch it from her.

Watching Liu Tiantian’s excitement, the other three beauties also began to salivate. Although they hadn’t tasted it, it must be very delicious since it was so fragrant.

Chen Nan touched his stomach and felt quite helpless.

He had already eaten half, and yet someone had stolen it from him. Liu Tiantian was really... Sigh! Chen Nan didn’t even know what to say about her.

”What are you dawdling for? Go cook!”

The other three beauties glared at Chen Nan with a bully’s gaze, as if ready to hit him if he didn’t cook.

Helplessly, Chen Nan walked towards the kitchen, ”Damn it, where are the beauties? They are just a bunch of beasts!”

Before long, the kitchen was once again filled with a delicious aroma, and the three beauties rushed in, surrounding Chen Nan in the middle.

Seeing their wolf-like demeanor, hungrily eyeing the fried noodles, Chen Nan was left speechless. If it were only Su Qingqing and Yun Fei like this, he could understand, but why was Su Yixuan going crazy too? Logically, as a beautiful CEO, she should be more aloof. Could it be that the temptation of delicious food was that irresistible to her?

She really was a foodie!

Chen Nan looked at the three of them, ”Go wait in the hall, or I’m not cooking.”

The three beauties looked at Chen Nan with a grievous gaze and unwillingly walked out of the kitchen, obediently waiting in the hall.

”A tiger doesn’t show its might and you treat me as Garfield!”

Chen Nan said somewhat smugly, only to smell a burning scent soon after, and upon looking down, saw that the fried noodles had burnt quite a bit...

After breakfast, it was nearly seven o’clock. Chen Nan and the two girls went to school together.

”Dummy, I never realized you could cook!” Sitting in the classroom, Su Qingqing said with a chuckle.

Chen Nan gave a mysterious smile, ”Actually, I’m the legendary chef.”

”Chef?” Su Qingqing scratched her head, then burst into laughter, ”Why do those words sound like ’beast’ to me?”

”...”

Chen Nan was speechless.

At that moment, a noise erupted in the classroom as a boy walked through the front door, Zhao Ming, one of the Four School Bullies, Chen Nan’s ”Brother Ming.” However, it was strange that today he had come alone, without his usual entourage.

The classmates began to whisper, curious about what Zhao Ming was doing in the classroom and whether someone had offended him.

However, amid all the students’ conjectures, Zhao Ming approached Chen Nan with a broad smile, respectfully saying, ”Brother Nan, do you have time to step out for a bit? I have something to discuss with you.”

As soon as he said this, all the classmates were stunned, staring dumbfounded at Chen Nan.

Zhao Ming, the school bully, was actually calling Chen Nan ”Brother” and even referred to himself as a little brother! What the hell was going on?
