School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 129: Chapter 151 Betting with Su Qingqing

Staring at Chen Nan, Li Li held back for a while, but in the end, she couldn’t help it. ”Chen Nan, why are you sleeping instead of doing the test?”

Chen Nan suddenly raised his head, looked at Li Li’s stern face, and said, ”Teacher, I’m not sleeping, I’m thinking about the questions. This test is so hard, if I don’t think it through, I won’t know how to answer.”

Hearing this, not only was Li Li speechless, but even Su Qingqing beside her rolled her eyes. This guy’s excuses were just too much.

”Then... then think carefully.”

Li Li said somewhat helplessly. Besides saying this, what else could she do? Could she actually tell him not to think?

”Thank you, teacher, for your understanding.”

With a face full of gratitude, Chen Nan then extended his arms and continued to sleep... uh, no, continue to think, on his desk.

Li Li felt the urge to curse someone. This guy really was obedient; as soon as she told him to think, he immediately fell asleep. It seemed she needed to discuss this with Lan Yuqin sometime soon. They were already in their senior year of high school; it was essential to bring this problematic student back on track.

While Li Li was pondering this, Chen Nan had already drifted off to dreamland to discuss life with his junior sister.

Due to the exam, the classroom seats were scattered more sparsely than usual. Su Qingqing, who used to sit at the same desk as Chen Nan, was now a few dozen centimeters away. Looking at Chen Nan sound asleep, she really wanted to pinch him awake, but her arms weren’t long enough to reach him.

”Stupid idiot!”

Muttering to herself, Su Qingqing pouted her lips and buried her head back into finishing the questions.

Huo Xinya, sitting on the other side of Su Qingqing, also felt speechless. She had specifically reminded Chen Nan before to study and review in the classroom, but instead of doing that, he was just sleeping through the exam.

This guy was truly hopeless!

Huo Xinya shook her head and continued working on her test.

The exam didn’t have many questions, and there was only time for one class period.

After spending just over twenty minutes, Huo Xinya had finished all the questions and then carefully checked her work. She turned to look at Chen Nan, but he was still asleep, with no sign of intending to start his test.

How could she have such a remarkable senior brother!

Huo Xinya sighed, then tore off a small piece of paper, wrote ”Why aren’t you doing the test?” on it, crumpled it into a ball, and flicked it toward Chen Nan.

”Pop...”

The paper hit Chen Nan on the forehead, startling him awake. He rubbed his eyes, opened the note, and saw that it was Huo Xinya’s handwriting.

”I don’t recognize any of this, how can I do it? Unless you give me the answers.”

Chen Nan wrote a sentence on the note and tossed it back to Huo Xinya.

The two martial arts experts passed notes without making a sound, not even Li Li lecturing at the front or Su Qingqing sandwiched between them noticed anything unusual.

After seeing what Chen Nan wrote, Huo Xinya really wanted to drag him out of the classroom and scold him. She was the class president, after all, and this guy was asking her, the class president, to lead the way in cheating. If the teacher found out, wouldn’t she get scolded to death?

Suppressing the urge to curse him out, Huo Xinya responded with two words—No way!

Chen Nan looked at her, shrugged his shoulders with an indifferent expression, then laid his head on the desk and continued to sleep.

”You!”

Huo Xinya was almost driven insane. If Chen Nan were just an ordinary classmate, she wouldn’t care so much, but he was her brother-in-law, so she couldn’t just let him score a zero and lose face, right?

After biting her lip, Huo Xinya tore off another piece of paper, wrote down answers worth about seventy points, and threw it to Chen Nan.

Chen Nan opened the note, saw the answers had arrived, and got so excited that all drowsiness disappeared in an instant. He grabbed his pen and started writing furiously.

In less than a minute, Chen Nan had written down all the answers that could get him about seventy points. By this time, Li Li at the front had also realized something was wrong. The Chen Nan who had been sound asleep was suddenly enlightened and started to answer the questions?

Could someone have given the answers?

Li Li hastily stood up and walked towards Chen Nan.

However, just when she was about to get close, Chen Nan let out a yawn, lay down on the test paper, and continued to sleep.

”You! Haven’t you thought enough?” Li Li frowned.

”I’ve already come up with some ideas, but now I’ve hit another difficult question. Let me think some more,” Chen Nan said without a hint of embarrassment, closing his eyes again.

Li Li really wanted to grab his ear and yank him up, but ultimately she restrained the urge and turned back to the lectern.

As soon as the exam was over, Su Qingqing immediately moved her seat over and placed it next to Chen Nan’s. ”Dummy, were you born in the year of the pig? You can really sleep, didn’t you just hand in a blank paper?”

Chen Nan instantly raised his head with pride puffing out his chest, ”How could that be? For an English genius like me, I may not get a perfect score, but getting a passing mark is absolutely no problem.”

Su Qingqing gave him a skeptical look, really unsure where his confidence came from—he had been sleeping the whole time!

”You didn’t understand a single word of English a few days ago, and now you can pass just like that?” Su Qingqing chirped merrily, already convinced Chen Nan was bluffing.

”Isn’t that obvious? It’s not impossible, even to get seventy points.”

Seeing Chen Nan’s confidence and the smug expression on his face, Su Qingqing scratched her head, suddenly pointed at a sentence in the textbook, and said, ”Then let’s hear you read this sentence out loud.”

”This...”

Chen Nan was stumped immediately.

Su Qingqing pouted her lips, ”I knew you were just bragging.”

”Nonsense, I’m one of those nerds who can write but can’t speak,” Chen Nan glanced at her. ”Don’t believe me? Want to make a bet?”

”Bet on what?”

After thinking for a while, Chen Nan grinned and said, ”If I pass, you have to give me the keys to your Ferrari. I can drive it whenever I want, and you can’t have any objections.”

Chen Nan was rather bummed—he did buy a beat-up Jetta, but that thing was too slow and couldn’t fulfill his desire to speed.

Su Qingqing wasn’t stingy by nature. The reason she hadn’t given Chen Nan the keys earlier was that the guy didn’t have a driver’s license, his skills were poor, and he liked to speed. In order to prevent him from becoming a road assassin, she hadn’t given them to him.

”No problem! But don’t speed and lose your life,” Su Qingqing said.

”Deal!”

Chen Nan snapped his fingers then picked up a draft notebook and stood up, ready to walk out.

”Where are you going?”

”To take a dump.”

Su Qingqing wrinkled her little nose with a frustrated look, ”Can’t you just say you need to use the bathroom? Does it have to sound so unpleasant?”

”Isn’t going to the bathroom and taking a dump the same thing?”

Su Qingqing, speechless, then took out a pack of tissues and handed them to him, ”You dummy, how can you use that draft paper, take this.”

This cheeky girl is quite considerate, eh!

Chen Nan chuckled, took the tissues, and walked out.

But when he got to the restroom door, he was blocked by a stunning beauty. Looking at the woman in front of him, Chen Nan’s expression changed, ”Why are you here?”
