Chapter 2615: Chapter 2615: You Underestimate Me

After that, Yu Qi grabbed Long Hui, and the two of them vanished from the balcony. They were fortunate that no one was looking outside at that moment, and their room was located on a higher floor.

In a mere split second, they were already inside Sere.

Without missing a beat, Long Hui swept Yu Qi up into his strong arms and headed straight toward Yu Qi’s room. Completely ignoring the curious, lingering looks from the contracted beasts they passed, Long Hui gently pushed open the door to Yu Qi’s room.

The interior was quiet and serene, bathed in the warm, golden glow of the soft spiritual lamps lining the walls. Yu Qi remained clung tightly to Long Hui’s neck, her head resting against him as he carried her across the room.

”Put me down.” Yu Qi murmured softly.

Despite her words, her arms remained firmly locked around him. She blinked slowly, her gaze fixed on his face with a hazy focus. The wine had clearly taken full effect by now, casting a dreamy, shimmering mist over her eyes.

”Are you sure?” Long Hui asked while a faint, amused arch appearing in his eyebrow.

”Hmm... Maybe not.” Yu Qi muttered again.

Long Hui let out a soft, melodic chuckle. He walked toward the bed and carefully lowered Yu Qi onto the soft mattress. However, the moment he attempted to straighten up and step back, Yu Qi suddenly reached out, grabbing the front of his clothes and pulling him down toward her with surprising strength.

Long Hui was caught off guard and fell forward. His hand immediately landed beside Yu Qi to prevent himself from pressing his full weight on her. At the moment, their faces were extremely close.

Yu Qi blinked as she stared at Long Hui’s face with blatant admiration and a hint of intoxication.

”So handsome...” Yu Qi uttered breathlessly.

Her hands reached out to cradle Long Hui’s cheeks, her thumbs gently rubbing against his skin.

Long Hui sighed, a mixture of helplessness and affection crossing his face.

”Qi Qi, you are drunk.” Long Hui commented softly.

”No... I am not drunk.” Yu Qi replied, shaking her head with stubborn insistence.

Long Hui chuckled again, deciding it was best not to argue with a beautiful drunkard. Instead, he reached out and tenderly brushed a stray strand of hair away from her flushing face.

”You said you wanted to drink something else earlier.” Long Hui leaned closer, his voice dropping to a low, seductive whisper against her ear.

That seemed to jog Yu Qi’s memory. Her eyes immediately brightened with realisation.

”Yes.” Yu Qi said happily, a playful glint appearing in her gaze.

Then, without any warning, she leaned forward and captured Long Hui’s lips with her own.

Long Hui froze for a heartbeat before he began to respond to the kiss. His hand moved gently to the back of her head, deepening the kiss slightly.

However, compared to their earlier passion, his movements were notably restrained. He was desperately afraid that if he let go, he would lose all control and ”devour” his beloved then and there. After a few moments of intense heat, he slowly and reluctantly pulled away.

Yu Qi, who had been thoroughly enjoying the sensation, let out a small, unhappy frown.

”Why did you stop?” Yu Qi asked, her voice tinged with disappointment.

Long Hui looked down at her with a complicated, burning expression.

”If I don’t stop now, you will regret it in the morning.” Long Hui said calmly.

Yu Qi blinked at him for a few seconds as she processed his words. Then, she suddenly reached out and poked Long Hui’s chest defiantly.

”You underestimate me.” Yu Qi declared with a proud, mischievous tilt of her chin.

Long Hui laughed softly. ”Do I?”

Without another word, Yu Qi used her strength to push Long Hui to the side before climbing on top of him.

”Now, you cannot escape anymore.” Yu Qi said while looking quite smug about her victory.

With that declaration, she kissed him again, more forcefully this time. She forced her tongue into Long Hui’s mouth and played with his tongue. Their tongues remained intertwined for a long time before Yu Qi finally pulled back to catch her breath.

Long Hui looked up at her, his eyes dark with pure, unadulterated desire.

”Qi Qi wants full control tonight?” Long Hui asked with his husky voice.

”Hmm...” Yu Qi nodded eagerly.

She leaned down for another kiss, but her target this time was Long Hui’s prominent Adam’s apple. She kissed the sensitive skin gently, causing a low growl to escape Long Hui’s throat. Delighted by the reaction, she decided to do it again, adding a few playful nips and bites.

As expected, Long Hui growled again. Yu Qi was having the time of her life. While she occupied his neck, one of her hands began to wander. She rubbed his chest, feeling the firm, powerful muscles beneath his clothes. Her hand travelled further down, tracing the defined ridges of his eight-pack.

Yu Qi raised her head. And this time, without a shred of hesitation, she ripped Long Hui’s shirt open. His muscular chest and perfectly sculpted abs were finally revealed to her eyes. With a playful, predatory smile, she began to explore his body, poking and rubbing the hard muscles.

After letting her enjoy the view and the touch for a moment, Long Hui reached up and caught her hands.

”That’s enough.” Long Hui said, his breathing becoming ragged.

”Tsk... I still want to touch them.” Yu Qi protested, pouting slightly.

”You can touch something else,” Long Hui suggested, a wicked smile playing on his lips.
