The Rebirth of the Fierce Little Cute Girl

Chapter 339: Chapter 338: Arrival

Yiyi heard Fan Qianshu’s words and said, ”Let me take care of Er Ya, we’re both girls, it’s more convenient.”

”Er Ya and I are in a relationship, so there’s nothing inconvenient about it.”

Yiyi didn’t expect Fan Qianshu to say this, and for a moment she was at a loss for words, only managing to say, ”I’ll go home first, and come back later.”

Seeing Yiyi insist, Fan Qianshu couldn’t help but sigh, saying, ”I know what you’re worried about, I’ll get a caregiver later, if Er Ya needs to go to the bathroom or something, the caregiver can help, so you really don’t need to stay tonight. If you’re still worried, you can come visit Er Ya tomorrow.”

Since Fan Qianshu said so, Yiyi nodded and said, ”Okay, I’ll come over tomorrow then.”

As soon as Yiyi got home, Ding Yuejun pulled her over and asked, ”Yiyi, what happened? I heard Er Ya had an accident.”

”Mom, you don’t need to worry, Er Ya just got a little hurt, she’s fine now.”

Hearing her daughter say this, Ding Yuejun finally felt relieved, ”That’s good. I was worrying just now, but as long as Er Ya is okay. Anyway, what happened for Er Ya to get hurt?”

Yiyi recounted the events and finally said, ”It seems Er Ya is really head over heels for Fan Qianshu, willing to risk her life to save him.”

Upon hearing this, Ding Yuejun glanced at her daughter and said, ”Isn’t that normal between a couple? They like each other and put each other first.”

Hearing this, Yiyi thought for a moment. If Gu Tingyu were in such danger today, she would also rush forward without hesitation, preferring to get hurt herself rather than see him get hurt. But... she initially had a prejudice against Fan Qianshu, which made her think Er Ya was foolish for doing so. Now she realized she had been too quick to judge.

”Yeah, Er Ya did it because she likes Fan Qianshu. I hope the two of them can have a good future together.”

Seeing her daughter’s thoughts, Ding Yuejun couldn’t help but shake her head with a smile, then asked, ”When are you going to see Er Ya tomorrow? I’ll go with you to check on her.”

”I plan to go around noon. We can bring some soup for her.”

Hearing this, Ding Yuejun agreed, saying, ”Yes, let’s do that. We can make some chicken soup for her to drink.”

The next day, Ding Yuejun started busying herself in the kitchen early in the morning. When it was time to leave, she packed the chicken soup in a thermos and then went to the hospital with her daughter. ”Er Ya, how are you feeling today?”

As soon as she entered the ward, Ding Yuejun saw Fei Erya sitting there and quickly went up to ask.

Fei Erya didn’t expect Ding Yuejun to come too. She slowly sat up straight and said with a slight smile, ”Aunt Ding, I’m fine.”

After putting down the thermos, Ding Yuejun quickly helped Fei Erya lie back and said, ”The most important thing for you now is to rest well, don’t overthink it. I made some chicken soup for you, drink some.”

”Thank you, Aunt Ding.”

Fei Erya took the chicken soup with a smile and slowly took a sip, then exhaled and said, ”It’s very good.”

”Then drink it up.”

Seeing that Fei Erya liked it, Ding Yuejun was very pleased.

After Fei Erya finished a whole bowl of chicken soup, Ding Yuejun asked, ”By the way, where’s your boyfriend? I didn’t see him around?”

”He went out to buy some fruit for me.”

Just after Fei Erya said this, Fan Qianshu came back. He saw Ding Yuejun and Yiyi and greeted them politely.

”Qianshu’s back. Thank you for taking care of Er Ya the past few days.”

”Auntie, it’s no trouble at all. Taking care of Er Ya is my responsibility, especially since she got hurt because of me.” Fan Qianshu said earnestly, without any reluctance in his eyes.

Seeing Fan Qianshu like this, Ding Yuejun nodded approvingly.

Seeing Fan Qianshu like this, Yiyi’s expression improved as well.

Fan Qianshu quietly peeled fruit on the side. After he finished, he served it to the three of them, not interrupting their conversation and sitting quietly and considerately nearby.

While chatting with Fei Erya, Ding Yuejun kept an eye on Fan Qianshu, becoming even more approving of him.

When the mother and daughter were on their way back, Ding Yuejun couldn’t help but say to Yiyi, ”I think Qianshu is very nice. Why do you keep saying he’s not? He’s not only outstanding himself, but also treats Er Ya well. You should stop saying such things.”

Upon hearing her mother’s words, Yiyi couldn’t help but say, ”Mom, you don’t know Fan Qianshu. How can you judge him as good just based on surface impressions?”

”I can tell Qianshu is genuinely treating Er Ya well, so once Er Ya recovers, let’s invite them over for dinner family together.”

Since her mother said so, Yiyi could only nod and agree, ”Okay.”

After saying this, Ding Yuejun remembered something about Fei Zhangda, ”By the way, is Er Ya’s father coming to Shangjing? Have you told him about Er Ya’s injury?”

”No, Er Ya’s afraid her father will worry and even asked me to call Uncle with an excuse so he won’t come to Shangjing.”

Ding Yuejun, full of disapproval, said, ”You can’t do that. You need to tell Er Ya’s father the truth, or he’ll definitely worry. And he deserves to know the truth; he’s Er Ya’s biological father. You shouldn’t hide it from him.”

”Mom, I understand.”

After hearing her mother say this, Yiyi decided to call Er Ya’s father herself.

But to Yiyi’s surprise, before she could make the call, Fei Zhangda arrived in Shangjing.

”Uncle, you should have informed us earlier so I could pick you up sooner.”

Yiyi was very surprised when she received Fei Zhangda’s call, and when she learned that he was already at the Shangjing train station, she hurried over to pick him up.

When Fei Zhangda saw Yiyi, he breathed a sigh of relief but quickly asked nervously, ”Yiyi, where’s Er Ya? I’ve been trying to call the number she left me, but couldn’t reach her, so I had to call you.”

Hearing this, Yiyi paused and then smiled slightly, ”Uncle, Er Ya doesn’t live there anymore, so you couldn’t reach her.”

”So where is she now?”

Fei Zhangda came eagerly to find his daughter but hadn’t been able to contact her, so he was very anxious.

”Uncle, don’t worry, Er Ya is fine, she... previously got a bit hurt, so she’s in the hospital now.”

”What... she’s hospitalized?”

Fei Zhangda shouted anxiously, immediately asking, ”Which hospital is she in? I’ll go see her now! This child, why didn’t she tell me? She’s worrying me to death.”
