Pokémon: My Parallel World Daughters Revealed

The image on the giant screen froze at the exact moment Asher and Steven left the laboratory.

[Ding! Question Time!]

[Generating random question...]

[Question: What was the golden liquid Asher dripped into Mewtwo’s cultivation tank at Team Rocket’s secret research laboratory?]

[A. Ultra Necrozma’s blood]

[B. Mew’s tears]

[C. Asher’s own blood]

[D. Steven’s bathwater]

[Buzz-in begins in thirty seconds!]

[VIP Chat Group]

[Volkner]: ??? What the hell is Option D? Steven’s bathwater? That option exists purely as a joke, right?

[Skyla]: Pff—hahahahaha... That’s hilarious! Light screen, are you serious?!

[Raihan]: Seriously, Option D is obviously there just to mess with us, right? You think Asher would actually pour Steven’s bathwater into Mewtwo’s cultivation tank? Mewtwo would hatch with a stone obsession!

[Wallace]: No. If D were actually correct, I imagine Mewtwo would kill itself the moment it hatched.

[Steven]: Wallace, I don’t appreciate that. What’s wrong with my bathwater? I soak in premium mineral salts every day. Maybe it really does have miraculous properties.

[Volkner]: Then I’m betting D. For no other reason than wanting to see whether Steven’s bathwater can actually create life!

[Flint]: I’m joining you!

[Leon]: All right, stop messing around. If we eliminate D, then knowing Asher, any of the other three seem possible.

[Mallow]: But isn’t Ultra Necrozma still basically just a legend to us right now? Could anyone actually obtain its blood?

[Lusamine]: Hehe. An ordinary person certainly couldn’t get anywhere near it, but Asher... I don’t think that would be a problem.

[Gladion]: Mother, why are you so certain?

[Lusamine]: Hmm... Just intuition.

[Aaron]: Is there really any point in us discussing the choices? It’s not like any of us can win the buzz-in anyway.

[Flint]: Good point. I’ll take a ten-minute nap and come back later.

[Countdown: 3, 2, 1—]

[Ding! Buzz-in begins!]

[Congratulations! Elaria successfully buzzed in!]

[VIP Chat Group]

[Viola]: Huh?! Elaria got it?!

[Volkner]: What about Tiana? Tiana didn’t even try?

[Tiana]: Hehe~ Elaria just joined us, so naturally her big sister has to give her a welcome present! (￣ω￣)

[Diantha]: Elaria, do you know the answer?

[Elaria]: Um... I think... I sort of have a feeling...

[Tiana]: Elaria’s intuition is SSSR-tier! Don’t panic! Close your eyes! Whichever answer your first instinct points to, pick that one!

[Elaria]: Mm. I’ll choose A.

The screen flashed.

A golden notification appeared.

[Correct Answer!]

[Congratulations, Elaria! You have received a reward—a set of Role-Playing Tarot Cards!]

[Ding! The program will now enter an intermission.]

[The next stage will begin in three days.]

[VIP Chat Group]

[Dawn]: Role-Playing Tarot Cards? That sounds kind of like a card game.

[Misty]: Surely they aren’t another prank item this time, right?

[Diantha]: Even if they are, it’s fine. Elaria would never prank anyone.

[Elesa]: That’s true. As long as Cynthia keeps an eye on Tiana... Huh? Where’s Cynthia?

Meanwhile, in reality—

Porta Vista, Asher’s estate.

Elaria had only just received the Tarot Cards when Tiana suddenly teleported out of her room with a whoosh, her heterochromatic eyes glowing like two tiny light bulbs.

”Elaria! Elaria!”

”Quick, let Big Sis see them!”

Elaria obediently handed over the Tarot Cards.

”Big Sis Tiana, be careful. These cards automatically bind themselves once they touch someone.”

”Relax, relax! Your big sister always knows exactly where to draw the line~”

Tiana accepted the cards and immediately examined their effects.

[Role-Playing Tarot Cards: A set of ten cards. Each card corresponds to a specific character archetype. After attaching a card to a target, the target will be forced to act according to that role for the following hour and cannot resist. Each card is a single-use consumable and cannot be reused.]

Tiana’s eyes grew wider and wider.

Finally—

SLAM!

She smacked both hands against the table and shot to her feet.

”THIS IS AMAZING!!!”

Elaria jumped in fright.

”These character cards are basically the ultimate tool for strengthening Mom and Dad’s relationship, promoting family harmony, and helping me become the big sister!!!”

Tiana shuffled through the Tarot Cards and examined the character descriptions one by one.

Gentle Maid.

Tsundere Young Lady.

Hot-Blooded Idiot.

Terminal Chuunibyou.

...

Her eyes grew brighter with every card she read.

”Elaria.”

Tiana slowly raised her head, her expression becoming extraordinarily serious.

”What do you think about turning our moms into Clingy Little Kittens?”

Elaria hurriedly shook her head.

”No, Big Sis Tiana! The moms would get angry!”

”Then how about putting Domineering CEO on Dad?”

”We could let the moms experience getting pinned against the wall by him.”

”That might be pretty interesting!”

”Th-That... I think Dad would notice before you could stick it on him.”

”Then another one, another one...”

Tiana flipped to another card.

”This one’s good!”

”Sweet Little Wife!”

”I’ll turn Mom into a sweet, clingy little wife so she’ll cuddle with Dad all day!”

”Their relationship will heat up, I’ll become the greatest contributor to their romance, and I’ll be one step closer to becoming the big sister!”

”Perfect!”

Elaria was about to say something else when Tiana had already pulled out the Sweet Little Wife card.

With a flash she disappeared.

”Big Sis Tiana, wait!”

Elaria hurried after her.

But the moment she reached the staircase, she saw Tiana crouched at the second-floor corner like a kitten waiting for its prey to approach.

”Big Sis Tiana...”

”Elaria, quiet!”

Tiana raised a finger to her lips.

”I saw Mom go to the bathroom earlier.”

”When she comes out, I’ll just...”

”Hehehe~”

Elaria tried to pull her away.

”Big Sis Tiana, this really isn’t a good idea...”

But Tiana was far too excited to listen anymore.

”Elaria.”

”Watch closely.”

”This move...”

”Will change our family’s history!”

Elaria watched Tiana grow more and more excited.

In the end, she could only sigh.

”Big Sis Tiana, you’re definitely going to regret this.”

”I won’t!”

”The words ’regret’ don’t exist in the great Tiana’s dictionary!”

Just then footsteps came from the staircase.

Tiana’s eyes lit up.

She saw her chance and immediately charged out.

”MOM!”

”TAKE THIS!!!”

Tiana violently flicked her wrist.

The card traced a silver arc through the air and flew straight toward Cynthia, who had just emerged from the room.

However—

At that exact moment, another figure stepped out from behind Cynthia.

Black hair, red eyes.

Sabrina.

She had only just arrived at Asher’s estate.

Since she wasn’t familiar with the layout, she’d asked Cynthia to show her where the bathroom was.

The silver card spun halfway through the air and landed perfectly against Sabrina’s forehead.

Immediately afterward, it transformed into a gentle white light and sank into her body.

Tiana: ”...”

Elaria: ”...”
