Emperor’s Domination

Starting as a bandit or an evil bird was considered a lowly beginning. Luosha Devil Emperor, on the other hand, hailed from Trinity - one of the strongest dao lineages in Old World. Some said it was only second to Desolate Frontier.

Of course, this was due to the decline of Seventy-two Origin Ancestor. Trinity began to rise and take over the second spot afterward.

Strangely enough, Luosha joined Isles of Evil after immense dao success. She was at the heavenreach stage.

Thus, her decision confused others. Trinity was stronger and had far more resources compared to Isles of Evil.

Furthermore, Trinity branded her as a traitor, ordering top masters to the isles several times to kill her. They were unsuccessful because she had Soaring Peak, one of the most enigmatic locations.

This was before mentioning her immense power, killing numerous desolate gods and emperors from there.

Those lacking information found this unbelievable but in reality, there was a simple explanation starting with the emperor selection process.

In the past, Trinity summoned emperors from its territories. They moved regular emperors to Devil Cult and kept apex emperors and up.

Despite being in the heavenreach stage, she was sent to Devil Cult while her junior brother - an apex emperor - was able to stay.

A heavenreach desolate god was above an apex emperor when strictly referring to cultivation realms and stages.

It didn’t end there since her junior brother continued to antagonize and suppress her from afar. The feud between them seemed irreconcilable, culminating in her killing him. She then escaped Trinity and hid in Isles of Evil.

A while later, she broke the limit path and became a heaven-slayer. To progress on this path with her primal anima, she had to change it to heavenly longevity.

There were nine cycles before reaching the return path, and she was on the first.

She teleported and appeared before Nine-cries Emperor, raising her hand to conjure an immortal harmony along with a fragrance capable of expelling his death aura out of the island.

Nine-cries retreated since her technique could purify his aura. After all, she came from Trinity and cultivated a proper dao. Nine-cries stood no chance against her.

“Devil Emperor, what is the meaning of this?” He spread his wings and released more death aura.

“You can’t be rude to our esteemed guests.” Her voice was both pleasant and authoritative.

As a heaven-slayer, she could easily intimidate weaker emperors and desolate gods.

“I despise Desolate Frontier. Since they’re here already, I must turn them to rotting corpses for my enjoyment and satiate my hatred.” He gritted his teeth.

From this, one could see the trouble Desolate Frontier had put him through during the pursuit.

The scale was different compared to how they pursued Yin-yang Companions. The latter was weak and hadn’t done anything atrocious.

In fact, Alch-deer was part of the team that was looking for the couple before becoming an emperor. It was more of a warning than an actual hunt.

The same couldn’t be said about Nine-cries who devoured thirty-six sects and billions. Desolate Frontier sent powerful emperors, pushing him to the brink of death.

Therefore, Nine-cries hated Desolate Frontier to the bones and always wanted revenge. Unfortunately, the apex level was not enough.

Today, its members came knocking on his door. This was his chance to vent by eating them.

“It’s your personal feud.” Luosha glared at him: “If you wish to attack our guests, you must defeat me first.”

“Nine-cries, you can ignore me but you must obey Devil Emperor. Otherwise, you will be facing my blade as well.” Goldblade laughed.

Nine-cries’ expression changed repeatedly since he couldn’t overcome the odds. Luosha’s strength overwhelmed him.
