Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go

Chapter 464: Chapter 465 Who Do You Think You Are?

Mu Xuerou stormed up to Mu Shini, trying to snatch away her book, but Mu Shini was quick and raised the book up, sitting in her chair and looking at Mu Xuerou indifferently. ”What, you want to throw my book?”

”Mr. Long is here!”

Someone shouted, and the whole room fell silent. Even Mu Xuerou quickly sat back at her desk but didn’t forget to glare fiercely at Mu Shini.

The teacher was a very strict and fierce middle-aged woman, already in the late stages of menopause. No one dared to provoke her; she was the one teacher whose classes no one ever dared to skip or be late for!

Even if they had to come with an IV drip, they wouldn’t miss her class.

”Take out your textbooks. I want to see if you’re here to learn or just to fill the seats.” The teacher said sternly from the podium.

”Give me the book!” As soon as Mu Xuerou heard about checking the books, she reached to grab the book from the girl next to her.

”No!” The girl hugged her textbook tightly, refusing to give it up.

”Mu Xuerou, Li Qiu, what are you doing! Be quiet!” The teacher noticed the commotion on Mu Xuerou’s side and shot a fierce look over.

Shen Chengcheng spoke up, ”Teacher, someone doesn’t have a textbook and is trying to bully a classmate!”

Hearing that someone didn’t bring their textbook, the teacher walked up to Mu Xuerou, raised her eyebrows, and asked, ”Mu Xuerou, Li Qiu, which one of you didn’t bring your textbook? I don’t care who your parents are or how rich your family is. In my class, you follow my rules!”

”Teacher, it was Mu Shini who threw my textbook out! If you don’t believe me, look under the windowsill; she threw it there!” Mu Xuerou, feeling unjustly reprimanded by the teacher, still tried to drag Mu Shini down with her.

But the teacher favored Mu Shini, ”Mu Xuerou, you cheated on the exam, you don’t want to attend class, and now you want to blame someone else? You both have the surname Mu, but why is there such a big difference between you two?”

As the teacher spoke, she turned to Mu Shini with a smile and asked gently, ”Mu Shini, have you finished the homework I assigned last time?”

Mu Shini nodded, stood up, and handed over her notebook. ”Teacher, please take a look. This is what my friends Shen Chengcheng, Li Xiaotian, and I worked on together!”

The teacher took the notebook and nodded in satisfaction, ”You three don’t need to take the final exam; you’ve already passed! I really appreciate students who show team spirit like you all.”

The teacher flipped through the notebook and immediately knew it was all done by Mu Shini, with Shen Chengcheng and Li Xiaotian just benefiting from her hard work.

The teacher naturally indulged Mu Shini because she was indeed intelligent and diligent. Unlike other attractive or well-connected students who might be arrogant and unreasonable, Mu Shini excelled in every subject.

After the teacher left, Shen Chengcheng and Li Xiaotian looked at Mu Shini gratefully. ”Nian Nian, you’re too good to us! Even if we passed this subject, we’d still have to wait for the teacher’s permission... You’re like our savior!”

Mu Shini waved her hand, ”It’s nothing, just a small favor.”

”Mu Shini, pick up my book!” Mu Xuerou, seeing the teacher praising Mu Shini, grew even more furious and slammed her hand on her desk.

”Your book fell. Why should I pick it up for you? Who do you think you are?” Mu Shini completely ignored Mu Xuerou.

”Mu Xuerou, will you stop causing trouble? Don’t think you can do whatever you want in my class just because of who you are!” The teacher had just returned to the podium and heard Mu Xuerou giving Mu Shini a hard time.

This time, Mu Xuerou went crazy. She stood up, pointed at the teacher on the podium, and yelled, ”How can someone like you even be a university teacher! You’re so ugly, so fat, so fierce, you look like a hag. No wonder you can’t get married even at almost forty! I couldn’t care less about your class!”

”Mu Xuerou, get out!” The teacher’s face turned dark with anger, and she roared, pointing towards the door!
