Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go

Chapter 457: Chapter 458: Nian Nian’s Mother Abandoned Her

Dean Mom’s face was slightly stunned and she said, ”Nian Nian was born here. I delivered her at the time. After her mother gave birth to her, she disappeared. We searched the entire orphanage but couldn’t find her. Later, an old soldier came and took Nian Nian away.”

Bo Sishen’s eyes darkened, ”Nian Nian’s mother abandoned her?”

Could she really bear to leave her child just after giving birth?

What hidden circumstances are behind this?

”After Nian Nian’s mother gave birth to her, I took a photo of them for remembrance. The next day, her mother disappeared. As for where she went, we have no idea.” Dean Mom said.

”Nian Nian herself, also came here when she was fifteen, holding a photo. She found this place and often played with the children, teaching them to read and recognize words.”

Bo Sishen’s eyes darkened, listening to Dean Mom talk about Mu Shini. Bo Sishen’s heart felt as if it was being tightly squeezed, making him immensely uncomfortable.

”Teacher Nian Nian, actually Nian Nian doesn’t say it, but I can sense that every time Nian Nian comes here, she is waiting for someone. She hopes to wait for her mother to return.”

In Bo Sishen’s deep, dark eyes, faint ripples appeared, glittering with light.

He walked over, suppressing the urge to hug her, bent down, and whispered in her ear, ”It’s already nine o’clock. Should we go back? The children need to rest early too.”

Mu Shini raised her wrist and looked at the time. It truly was.

She hurriedly collected the exercise books on the table and said to the children, ”I’ve checked your homework! Everyone, go back to your rooms to wash up and go to bed!”

...

After leaving the orphanage, on the way to the subway entrance.

Bo Sishen walked behind Mu Shini, looking at her lonely back. Unable to suppress his impulse, he stepped forward and hugged her small body tightly.

Mu Shini’s body stiffened, not understanding why the uncle suddenly embraced her.

The uncle’s grip tightened more and more, causing her to frown.

”Uncle, what’s wrong with you? Why are you hugging me?” she asked in a steady voice.

After a while, Mu Shini saw that Bo Sishen still didn’t respond. She raised her arm and struggled slightly, ”Uncle, are you okay?”

Why is he hugging her without saying a word?

Bo Sishen took a deep breath imperceptibly, inhaling her fragrance, and finally released her. He held her small hand and walked towards the subway entrance.

Mu Shini saw that Bo Sishen didn’t speak and did not ask anything more, letting him hold her hand and walk in the night wind.

”Uncle, let’s go back to school tomorrow! You keep letting me take leave; what does that look like? I’m a student who doesn’t go to class, wandering around everywhere, feeling very lost!”

On the way back to Sakura Building’s subway route, there weren’t many people. Once she boarded the subway, there were vacant seats.

Mu Shini looked at the man beside her and asked perplexedly, ”Uncle, I’ve always been curious about what kind of man you are. Since you appeared, my world has changed a bit.”

Bo Sishen’s brow furrowed, his eyes darkened, ”How has it changed?”

Mu Shini stretched out her legs, lowered her head, pursed her lips, and said softly, ”I don’t know, but I feel a subtle sensation around you.”

As for what it is, she couldn’t say.

Bo Sishen’s expression was stunned. He turned his head, his handsome face deep-set, his eyes darkened, and he looked at her intently. He reached out his large hand, tightly grasped her cold little hand, and his deep voice rose slightly, ”Nian Nian, I’ll take you back to school tomorrow.”

Some words rose to his throat but were forcibly swallowed back.

His eyes became increasingly dark.
