Reincarnated As a Fox With System

Chapter 323 Infiltrate By Force!

Instructor Mei Lan only smiled mysteriously when she saw the blank expressions on Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao faces.

Instructor Mei Lan did not bother to explain anything and said: ”Letʼs go! Remember! Do not kill the guards and do not use any of your divine abilities! You just need to knock them out!”

After saying that, Instructor Mei Lan immediately sprinted with her full speed toward the old-looking temple. Her slender figure turned into a black flash, only leaving a streak of black afterimages behind.

Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao also followed closely behind Instructor Mei Lan.

Many guards were patrolling around the old-looking temple. Some of them managed to notice Instructor Mei Lan and her two students in that instant when they rushed toward the old-looking temple, but before those guards could shout to inform their other fellow guards…

BANG~! BANG~! BANG~! BANG~! BANG~!

Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao swiftly swung the traditional umbrellas in their grasps toward those guardsʼ heads!

It only took them a few seconds to knock out those tens of patrolling guards. All of the patrolling guards fell onto the ground one by one like falling leaves.

Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao felt confused for a moment.

Should they hide these unconscious guards and wore their clothes to disguise like them, then slip stealthily into the old-looking temple?

But Instructor Mei Lan immediately instructed them: ”Do not stop! Keep moving! We will enter the temple and save that female lizard right now!”

After pummeled all the patrolling guards around her until they have fainted, Instructor Mei Lan led her two students to keep pressing toward the old-looking temple.

Some of the guards who stood in front of the templeʼs entrance realized what Instructor Mei Lan and her two students had done from afar.

They hastily whistled out loud to warn their fellow guards while unsheathed their weapons to face Instructor Mei Lan and her two students.

However, these guards were only the normal guards. Their cultivations were still far from those elite disciples of the Lin Family.

Moreover, even the cultivations of the elite disciples of the Lin Family were still far inferior compared to the core disciples from the five virtuous sects and four evil sects like Ye Zhen, the core disciple of Immortal Swords Sect, or the crimson-dressed lady, the core disciple of Blood Devil Sect.

In short, the cultivations of these guards were at most only at the early-level or mid-level of the Qi Condensation Stage.

Each of Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao alone could easily slaughter all of these guards in only a few moments if they displayed their divine abilities.

Even without using their divine abilities, these guards still could not even land any hits on Instructor Mei Lan and the others. All these guards could do was only slowing them down a bit.

Despite the overwhelming number of guards that keep on coming, Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao still managed to enter the old-looking temple.

They did not even bother to look for the mechanism to open the secret door to the underground dungeon.

They decided right away to use the Hidden Exploding Bullet from their umbrellas to open the way there.

BOOOOOOMMM~!!! BOOOOOOMMM~!!! BOOOOOOMMM~!!!

Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao opened their umbrella, and each of them shot one Hidden Exploding Bullet toward the ground at the center of an old-looking temple. It managed to create a large gaping hole on the ground.

Tang Li Xue already told Instructor Mei Lan and the others about the location of this underground dungeon before, so they could decide in an instant where they should shot their Hidden Exploding Bullet just now.

Instructor Mei Lanʼs group did not hesitate and swiftly jumped into the hole on the ground.

”Watch out! There are many traps in this corridor! Bingbing! Use your [Freezing Field] to freeze everything around us!” Instructor Mei Lan warned them while ordered Bing Yi.

After she heard Instructor Mei Lanʼs order, Bing Yi immediately opened her [Freezing Field] divine ability in full blast. Everything around them was covered with thick white frost in an instant.

Even the traps on the floor, walls, and ceiling of this dark corridor were frozen and could not be triggered anymore even if they accidentally touched it.

This time Bing Yi was the one who led in front of them. Her [Freezing Field] had the ability to freeze all the traps around them after all, so it could make them pass through this dark and long corridor much easier.

Of course, Tang Li Xue with her [Ethereal Form] had it easier than them since she could not touch or trigger any trap in her [Ethereal Form]. She easily walked past this dark long corridor filled with deathly traps without even realizing any it before.

After going through that dark long corridor, Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao arrived at a very long spiral staircase that heading straight to the deep underground.

ʼBingbing, stop! There is another kind of traps placed in this spiral staircase! Bingbing, Silly Fox, look carefully at where I stepped and follow me closely from behind!” Instructor Mei Lan ordered them once more.

From the information she got from Patriarch Lin after she hypnotized him, every rung of this long spiral staircase was divided into three sections.

Every time they stepped on the wrong section, they would trigger a dangerous trap. So, they must step onto the correct section between these three sections in every rung.

Instructor Mei Lan led in front of Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao again while remembered the sequence of the correct section she got from the hypnotized Patriarch Lin before: ʼRight, right, left, middle, left, middle, right, left…ʼ

Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao only needed to follow Instructor Mei Lanʼs steps from behind.

This long spiral staircase slowed them down a lot. It took them more or less ten minutes to climb down this spiral staircase when it would only take them a few seconds if not for these annoying traps.

Once again, Tang Li Xue in her [Ethereal Form], did not even know about this kind of trap before, and she only casually walked past it without facing any difficulties.

When Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao reached the most bottom part of the underground way, they were assaulted by the pungent smell of blood and the disgusting smell of rotten corpses.

Instructor Mei Lan and Hei Yinghao only frowned deeply, but they did not really bother by it.

While Bing Yi puked out because of the unbearable disgusting stink.

As foxes, sniffed the scent of pungent blood did not bother them at all, including Bing Yi.

The one that made them disgusted and made Bing Yi puked was the pungent smell of rotten corpses.

”Letʼs go and finish this quickly, so we can go out of here as soon as we can!” Instructor Mei Lan said to them.

Hei Yinghao and Bing Yi nodded to Instructor Mei Lan and followed behind her again, then they proceed forward to the dark dungeon where the Lin Family imprisoned all of their enemies.

There were so many prisons here separated by thick walls and steel doors.

Many of the people imprisoned inside them had died and turned into dried corpses, then the cockroaches and rats inside here gnawed on those dried corpses.

The prisoners that still alive by eating those cockroaches and rats immediately reacted when they saw Instructor Mei Lan and the others passed in front of their prisons.

Some of them who still have some sanity left in them begged for Instructor Mei Lanʼs group to release them, while those who have already consumed by their insanity laughed and harassed Instructor Mei Lanʼs group with dirty words.

Instructor Mei Lan, Hei Yinghao, and Bing Yi did not have any intention to interact or release these people, so they ignored these prisoners and walked past their prisons to head toward the deepest part of this underground dungeon.

There was a huge prison in the deepest part of the underground dungeon.

Instructor Mei Lan took out a key from her space pouch and used it to open this huge prison.

Instructor Mei Lan got this key from Patriarch Linʼs spatial ring, and she managed to find out the purpose of this key after she interrogated Patriarch Lin in the hypnotized state.

Just like what Tang Li Xue had told them, there was the blood pool at the center of this huge prison, and the female lizard was hanged above that blood pool.

There were a lot of chains embed deep into the female lizardʼs flesh to keep her giant body hanged above the blood pool like that.

Tang Li Xue already told the condition of the female lizard to Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao in detail before.

Instructor Mei Lan, Bing Yi, and Hei Yinghao also already prepared themselves after they heard Tang Li Xueʼs story, but hearing the story and seeing it with their own eyes were two completely different things!

They could even barely recognize the female lizard right now since she looked like a big lump of meat.

Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao gnashed their teeth and even their eyes turned bloodshot in extreme anger. Both of them immediately rushed forward to save the poor female lizard.

Instructor Mei Lan was a lot calmer than her two students since she already saw these scenes many times before, although she still felt anger burning in her heart, but she did not forget to warn her students: ”Wait!”

Bing Yi and Hei Yinghao halted their step and stared at Instructor Mei Lan in confusion as if they were asking Instructor Mei Lan why she stopped them from saving that poor female lizard.

Instructor Mei Lan took out [Talisman of Numbness +3] and [Talisman of Regeneration +3] she got from Tang Li Xue and threw it to the poor female lizard.
