I AM the Football Star

”But if he fails, I hope everyone won’t come to me for my opinion about him in the future. I don’t think any young player can be more outstanding than Mancini.”

With the numerous media outlets, the various opinions of England’s players have all been reported.

On the Italian side, they mainly expressed that they definitely couldn’t win, given their disadvantage in strength, and it’s not suitable to boast.

In this quarter-final matchup, people are more optimistic about England advancing to the next round.

And similarly got an easy opponent in Spain.

From this point onward, predicting the champion becomes easier.

”England and Spain have a greater probability of winning the championship because their opponents this round are relatively weak, allowing them to conserve their energy.”

”France didn’t gain much advantage at their home ground; their luck in the draw wasn’t good. The previously promoted idea of winning the title at home now seems to have little chance.”

This became a mainstream view.

The quarter-finals are conducted over two days, completely staggered.

This is different from the group stage, where factors like collusion, fake matches, etc., need to be prevented, creating excitement in the final round, so many matches, especially the last round, must be played simultaneously.

But in the knockout stage, each match is unrelated to others, and the loser is immediately out, which is already quite thrilling without needing extra external pressure.

First up was the match between Spain and Wales.

The match results also accurately reflected public expectations for them.

Spain easily won two to zero, relying on goals from Talista from Serie A San Remo and Fernando Dominguez from La Liga Atletico Madrid.

Among them, Talista performed exceptionally well as a substitute, scoring three goals in very limited playing time.

His biggest problem is that he’s born at the wrong time.

Or perhaps, he’s not famous enough!

On Spain’s forward line, Barça’s golden midfielder Ortiz serves as the national team’s left winger because Spain lacks excellent wingers.

This sounds absurd because La Liga is a haven for wingers, yet Spain doesn’t have powerful wingers!

Talista is a central forward, although he scored a goal in the left winger position, Spain’s head coach still believes it’s a waste to keep a player with Ortiz’s visible talent on the bench.

Similarly, right winger Enriquez is much more famous than Talista, and he’s a winger at Real Madrid, being the most legitimate winger in Spain’s team.

And in the central forward position, from Atletico Madrid Holy Infant Fernando Dominguez is one of few top central forwards Spain has, and Talista can’t push Dominguez out, it’s never going to happen.

As a result, Talista, this little overlord from Serie A, is tragically drifting in Spain’s forward line.

Often only getting substituted in for one of these three players during substitute time.

It’s really sad and lamentable.

Inter players applauded this.

Bad men have bad men to deal with; you’re fierce in the club, so go be fierce in the national team too!

A cowardly bully!

Even Lu Yang, during a call with Talista, asked him if he needed Lu to talk to the media about Talista’s prowess so that the Spanish head coach would be smart and make Talista a starter?

Talista almost kneeled.

Brother Lu, don’t mess around, this is the national team.

You can do anything in a club, if one isn’t good, the next is better, always a suitable option.

If his reputation is ruined in the national team, and in anger they’re permanent not selecting him, where could Talista go?

China perhaps?

You know, Talista not saying anything is one thing, but when he said it, Lu Yang really considered the feasibility of this matter.

If Talista is naturalized, Asian Cup, World Cup qualifiers... it’s really possible!

Just that clause requiring eight years before representing another country is too limiting.

After eight years, at thirty-four, how useful could Talista be? Well... could still sweep the National Team.

No, FIFA needs to amend this, maximum four years, or else even eating won’t catch up to steaming hot.

Of course, just talking is one thing, don’t joke with naturalization, and the idea of non-bloodline naturalization is ludicrous.

Returning to this European Cup edition, France vs. Belgium, shocked many.

Everyone thought France would face a major challenge since the opponent is European Red Devils Belgium, increasingly considered the second Premier League all-star team.

But unexpectedly, Belgium rose because of Premier League, and fell because of Premier League.

Due to the numerous stars playing in Premier League, Belgium’s squad is very well-known and strong.

But they also got influenced by England’s habits, becoming the second squad of European Chinese Team.

Loud thunder, little rain.

France easily defeated Belgium five to two!

Zidane scored one and assisted twice! Five assists, temporarily topping the assist list!

Robben played his second hat-trick in this European Cup, pushing his personal goal tally to six, just one behind Lu Yang! Truly deserving the title of the world’s best left winger!

France strongly advances to the semi-finals, keeping their promise to the thousands of home fans, continuing to charge at the championship!

So next, between England Team and Italy Team, who will become the one who talks big, mocked by thousands, and scorned by everyone?
