Global Game: I Have Portable Store

Surprisingly.

A person covered in blood rushed out from the red light, with a hoarse and piercing laugh.

”What is this monster?”

The person holding the samurai saber looked at the thing that had leaped out of the red light and unhesitatingly drew the saber again to slash, with a fierce wind unfolding along the blade.

Regardless of whether it’s a person or ghost, kill it, here, there are only enemies.

As the clash occurred, a crisp metallic sound was heard, and the creature, bloody and battered, bit firmly onto his blade.

He finally heard what the monster was chanting in its mouth.

”Delicious!”

”Delicious.”

The creature’s eyeballs, the size of its palm, suddenly turned to him, pupils abruptly shrinking, the gray-brown turning into pure black.

The person holding the samurai saber suddenly found his body unable to move, as if bound by a chain, showing a look of terror as the monster’s hand reached for his head.

Jingle bell～

A small bronze bell appeared in his hand and quickly shook.

The monster’s claw passed through his head in vain, his figure already appearing behind the monster, raising the samurai saber high and slashing down fiercely.

Crunch～

The monster’s body twisted back in a bizarre manner, its neck extending and mouth opening 270 degrees, biting off his entire head in one gulp.

The sound of bones cracking churned in the monster’s mouth, a look of pleasure appearing on its face.

”Delicious～”

It shouted joyfully.

The voice spread far, making Su Changxing’s hair stand on end.

He remained motionless, hidden in the crevice of a rock, quietly observing this monster, not daring to make a single move.

This monster of unknown species, its power definitely at Tier Five, even the red light couldn’t destroy it, was absolutely a terrifying creature.

He was certainly not its match.

From the first glance at this monster, Su Changxing reached this conclusion, just as he did when he saw that old monk, never considering how to defeat it, but thinking about how to escape.

Like at this moment, he wasn’t thinking about how to kill this monster, but how not to be discovered by it.

”True Knowledge” provided only two words, demon.

But why would there be a demon here, as far as he knew, the Land of Slaughter had no other creatures; even if there were before, they were long killed by the contestants or destroyed by the red light.

Hide, must not be discovered!

Su Changxing used all his hiding skills in the rock crevice.

First holding his breath, then forcibly stopping his heart from beating, minimizing the risk of being discovered.

At this moment, he was like a stone, a stone fallen into a rock crevice.

The creature snorted, eating the body of a nearby ninja, then slowly crawled up the slope like a lizard, stepping over broken red rocks.

Its movements made no sound, Su Changxing couldn’t sense its presence, only see it with his eyes.

The monster seemed to have discovered something, like a dog sniffing for remnants on the ground, its triangular nose continuously twitching.

Through God’s Perspective, Su Changxing saw it getting closer, as if realizing Su Changxing was hiding nearby, searching carefully.

Su Changxing’s brain worked a thousand times faster, trying to find a way to escape or fight this creature.

First, this creature’s physical strength is extremely high, even the red light couldn’t destroy it.

So even if he could ambush it, he had little chance of killing it.

Secondly, if he fled, he would need to frequently use White Feather Flashing combined with the Domain to escape.

This plan is feasible, but if the creature persisted in chasing, he would likely be caught.

And such a method is highly consuming, even if he escaped the monster’s pursuit, he would find himself at a disadvantage if encountering other contestants.

It is best not to be discovered.

Su Changxing waited quietly, waiting for the moment of being discovered; if discovered, he would flee immediately.

If not discovered, that would be the best outcome.

He didn’t run immediately, gambling that the monster wouldn’t find him, as his hiding methods were also quite skilled, various abilities stacked together, aided by two mysterious items, the Clown Mask and the Houndstooth Coat.

The monster’s slender legs climbed onto the rock, just one rock separating it from Su Changxing; a stretch of its head might reveal him.

At this moment, its long ears twitched as if noticing something, and with a ”whoosh,” it ran towards the distant wilderness, leaving afterimages in its wake.

Su Changxing saw the monster disappear from his view, breathed a heavy sigh of relief, and his heart began to beat again.

Because the blood flow had stopped, his skin had turned deathly pale, which gradually returned to normal.

This state of absolute stillness was extremely damaging to the body.

But his body had an extremely strong self-healing ability, not caring about such harm.

Su Changxing realized things might not go so smoothly; the appearance of such a monster forced him to be cautious.

Could anyone deal with such a monster?

He thought perhaps there were, such demons required special methods to handle.

With conventional means, even if the strength was similar, humans would struggle to win against a demon.

Demons and Blood Species alike possessed life force beyond human reach, their life level higher, naturally powerful.

A powerful demon was no different from a divine being.

Of course, Su Changxing had never truly seen a demon; this was all information gathered from the forum of Thundercloud City, free of charge.

However, he found no information about Blood Species, it seemed the players here hadn’t encountered Blood Species.

After the recent events, Su Changxing stayed motionless in the rock crevice, though his Points continued to rise rapidly, with players dying every moment due to the plague.

The monster seemed to become his greatest obstacle now; once the red light circle shrinks again in the next phase, he might encounter the monster again.

Perhaps next time, the monster might discover him directly.

”I still need to find a way to take it down. After all, it’s just a beast; its intelligence doesn’t seem high,”

Su Changxing noticed something different about this demon.

Demons are typically cunning and intelligent creatures, yet this demon seemed brainless, behaving more like a beast, an animal, its eyes wild and vicious.
