Reborn As Noble

Meanwhile.

Mathrias Estate.

Gracelle’s room.

Javier raised his palm, and a medical stretcher materialized beside Gracelle’s bed.

”Myra, help me transfer the patient to the stretcher.”

”As you command, Your Highness.” Myra moved next to Javier while her team stood ready.

Myra raised her palm and activated her skill, causing Gracelle to float gently toward the stretcher.

Javier prepared the portable medical equipment—a mana ECG monitor, a portable oxygen tank with a breathing mask, an IV drip stand with purified healing fluids, and a multi-functional vital signs monitor. He connected each piece carefully, ensuring everything was stable and functional.

Once Gracelle was safely secured on the stretcher and all equipment was in place, he pressed a button on the side, and a transparent magic barrier formed around her, protecting her from any external interference.

”Now we’ll move her to the operation room,” Javier said as he slowly opened the double doors wide.

”Yes, Your Highness.” Myra and her team nodded, positioning themselves to push the stretcher, two at the back for stability and one at the front to guide the way.

Marcor and Garak walked at the front, fully alert, their mana guns drawn and eyes scanning the hallway for any threats. The two battle maids followed closely behind, their hands resting on the hilts of their magic swords, ready to react at a moment’s notice.

Javier walked beside Myra, who guided the stretcher from the front.

”I will demonstrate and explain the procedure step-by-step before we begin the operation,” Javier said, his tone calm and focused. ”This includes how to use the specialized tools, the sequence of actions, and what to watch for during the process. You’ll observe, learn, and assist as needed. This will be a hands-on training session for all of you.”

He glanced at Myra and her team. ”Once we arrive, any weapons, rings, earrings, or other accessories must be removed before entering the sterile environment. We need to minimize any risk of contamination.”

”As you command, Your Highness.”

Once they arrived at the portable room set up earlier, they pushed the stretcher inside the first section, a sterile entry zone. Javier glanced at Marcor and Garak, along with the two battle maids.

”You all did a very good job protecting the patient. Now go to the next building and rest. I will take it from here. And please inform Liana I will need her here.”

”As you command, Your Highness.” Marcor, Garak, and the maids placed their palms over their chests, bowed slightly, and headed outside, closing the door properly behind them.

Javier glanced at Myra and her two female team members. ”You all go to the first room.” He pointed toward the Staff Pre-Prep area. ”Wash your bodies thoroughly with the soap I prepared inside. Make sure to remove all jewelry and accessories as I mentioned earlier. After washing, press the rune panel for a towel to dry yourselves, and place the used towels in the designated bin.”

He continued. ”For your hair, use the hair dry zone and press the last rune panel for the appropriate surgery outfit I’ve prepared in advance. These are items I recently crafted and sterilized properly: surgical scrubs, caps, masks. Do not wear any clothing you have on now, and change your shoes to clogs. Everything is already prepared. Do it properly, and lastly, cast a full purification and cleansing skill on yourselves. Then proceed to the next zone and push the patient to the Holding Bay. Wait for my next instruction there.”

Myra nodded. ”We’ll do that, Your Highness.”

Javier glanced at her. ”There’s no need to record anything, since I’ve already prepared all the notes and documentation in advance.”

He noticed Myra and the others glancing up at him.

Javier chuckled and smiled faintly while letting his gaze sweep over their figures. ”I want to personally show you how to wear it, but...” he smirked, ”I doubt any of you want to be seen... well...” His eyes flicked down to their breasts before he swept his hair back with a cool, casual gesture. ”...naked by me~”

Myra let out a soft, genuine laugh while the others shook their heads with amused smiles. ”We don’t mind, Your Highness. If you wish it.”

Javier chuckled. ”No~ I’d have a huge problem if I did that... Liana would skin me alive~” He smiled and continued. ”There’s a screen showing a video instruction on how to wear it properly. Just follow the video, and you’ll be fine. Now go, we don’t have much time. And I need to get ready too.”

”Yes, Your Highness.” Myra and her team smiled, gave a graceful bow, and walked toward the first room.

He turned and glanced toward the door the moment it opened slightly, and Liana peeked her head inside.

”Young Master? You called for me?”

Javier swallowed hard.

Did she hear what I said to Myra before?

Let’s hope not.

He put both hands in his pockets and smiled faintly. ”Come inside, Liana.”

”Mm...” Liana said softly, gracefully walking inside and closing the door behind her.

She walked toward Javier and noticed Gracelle on the stretcher before glancing back at him.

”So... you’ll start the operation on her soon?”

”Yes,” Javier nodded, his hands still in his pockets. ”And I need your help during this operation.”

Liana shook her head and smiled faintly. ”You know Gloria was sulking in the next building when she heard you only called me and not her.”

Javier shook his head and smiled, lowering his voice. ”I’m sorry, but only you can assist me with this.”

”Okay, Young Master. Now, what should I do?”

Javier smiled. ”Once Myra and the others finish, we’ll go together and clean ourselves to prepare for the operation. I’ll show you how, since I’ll need your help from the Holding Bay for patient induction and preparation, all the way to the surgery room.” He glanced down at Liana. ”I’m sorry that I keep depending on you, but I have no choice. Only you can help me with this.”

Liana glanced up and narrowed her eyes at him, whispering softly.

”We’re not going to do anything naughty when we’re inside the room, right? We just did that this morning. Along with Mimi~”

Javier leaned in and whispered into her ear.

”I do want to, but I have to focus on this surgery and make it a success. I can’t afford to be distracted.”

”Mm... I’ll walk out if you’re still thinking about sex when there’s something more important at stake.”

Javier smirked. ”You know I’m a guy, and you’re my girl~”

”Yes, I know. But you still haven’t made it official yet.”

”Whoa... you’re really going to use that excuse on me now?”
