Since Madara Uchiha’s appearance, Yusuke knew Akatsuki was essentially finished; the only remaining threats were Madara and Orochimaru.

After discussing with Minato, Konoha immediately deployed widespread intelligence networks across the ninja world to gather information on these two individuals.

Unfortunately, both Madara and Orochimaru were exceptionally adept at concealing their whereabouts, and to this day, no reliable intelligence has reached Yusuke.

However, once intelligence regarding the hideout of either Madara Uchiha or Orochimaru is obtained by Yusuke, he, now possessing the Kamui ability, will be perfectly capable of launching a proactive offensive without any reservations.

Upon hearing Yusuke’s statement, Minato responded with a smile and a shake of his head, handing the scroll to Yusuke.

After examining the scroll, Yusuke also broke into a smile, ”This aligns precisely with our prior expectations.

Once news of our successful subjugation of Sunagakure spreads, the other major ninja villages will undoubtedly take action, devising countermeasures.”

”Indeed, but this upcoming Kage Summit... I wonder what schemes those villages are concocting,” Minato remarked.

Yusuke responded with a chuckle, ”Regardless of the nature of their schemes, they will prove inconsequential in the face of overwhelming power.

However, the fact that they have extended an invitation for me to participate in the Kage Summit is quite unexpected.”

Minato responded with a smile, ”That is only natural. While they harbor a reluctance to include you in the proceedings, they are nonetheless compelled to extend an invitation.

If they fail to neutralize your considerable influence, then even the most meticulously crafted plans and strategies will ultimately prove fruitless.”

In reality, the decision of whether or not to invite Yusuke to participate in the Kage Summit was a matter of considerable debate among Ōnoki, Mei Terumī, and Darui.

As Minato had aptly observed, on a psychological level, they harbored a strong aversion to inviting Yusuke, given his overwhelming power and assertive nature.

However, if they wished to achieve their objectives, they were obligated to secure Yusuke’s participation.

It was abundantly clear that the current leadership of Konoha consisted not only of Minato, in his capacity as Hokage, but also of Yusuke, acting as the chief advisor to the Daimyō of the Land of Fire, thereby representing the interests of the nation as a whole.

Yusuke, upon brief reflection, readily grasped the underlying dynamics of this situation.

Placing the scroll upon Minato’s desk, Yusuke remarked with a smile, ”Do you happen to have any pre-established Flying Thunder God markings in the Land of Iron? If not, I shall be more than happy to escort you there on the day of the Kage Summit!”

Minato nodded in agreement, ”That would be most appreciated. However, I would also request that you kindly arrange for several bodyguards to accompany us; otherwise, the presence of merely the two of us might appear somewhat lacking in formality.”

”Understood, understood!”

With the activation of the Kamui space-time jump ability, Yusuke, while simultaneously waving his hand dismissively, gradually faded from Minato’s sight.

As Yusuke’s rapport with Minato deepened, he discovered that Minato possessed a remarkably verbose and loquacious nature.

Upon the Hokage Rock, specifically on the visage of Minato, three young children were lounging languidly, basking in the warmth of the sun.

With a blade of dog grass casually dangling from his mouth and both arms serving as a pillow beneath his head, Sasuke feigned nonchalance as he addressed Naruto and Yota, who were positioned alongside him, ”Hey, where did you two get your summoning animals?”

It transpired that Sasuke, having been profoundly impressed by the colossal summoning animals summoned by Naruto and Yota during the previous Joint Chunin Exams, had subsequently approached his elder brother, Itachi, with a request to obtain a summoning animal of his own.

However, much to Sasuke’s disappointment, Itachi was unable to provide him with any summoning animals beyond the ninja cat species.

Consequently, fueled by a strong sense of self-esteem, Sasuke refrained from initially seeking clarification from Naruto and Yota regarding the origins of their summoning animals.

Instead, he embarked on a solitary quest, venturing into the dense mountain ranges situated in the vicinity of Konoha Village.

Unfortunately, the acquisition of such colossal summoning animals was not a straightforward endeavor, as these creatures were not readily available and easily obtained.

Furthermore, even if Sasuke were to encounter one of these formidable creatures, he lacked the necessary skills and strength to subdue such a powerful being.

Ultimately, having exhausted all other avenues of inquiry, Sasuke found himself compelled to seek assistance from his two companions.

Upon hearing Sasuke’s query, Naruto and Yota informed Sasuke that their respective summoning animals had been bestowed upon them by Minato and Kabuto, respectively.

”As I suspected, procuring summoning animals of such remarkable power is not a task that can be readily accomplished through our own efforts.

You two are truly fortunate to have individuals capable of providing such formidable creatures. Alas, I remain devoid of such assistance,” Sasuke sighed, recounting the details of his recent endeavors to obtain a summoning animal to his companions.

Yota responded with a smile, ”You could try asking Kakashi-sensei.”

Upon hearing Yota’s suggestion, Sasuke’s eyes lit up, and he immediately sprang to his feet, setting off towards the Hokage Building, with Naruto and Yota trailing closely behind.

Given that Kakashi was currently overseeing the entirety of the Anbu, he was unable to lead them on missions; therefore, whenever they sought to locate Kakashi, they would typically resort to staking out the Hokage Building.

Shortly after their arrival at the Hokage Building, Kakashi emerged from Minato’s office. Upon exiting the office, Kakashi immediately noticed the three young ninjas who were discreetly positioned nearby.

”Naruto, why are you still wearing those sunglasses that Killer B gave you?”

Upon catching sight of Naruto, who was still wearing the sunglasses, Kakashi’s face, concealed beneath his mask, twitched involuntarily, as the sight of Naruto adorned with such an accessory struck him as jarring and incongruous.

Naruto responded with a light snort, ”Regardless of your attempts to persuade me otherwise, I shall steadfastly refuse to remove these sunglasses!”

Kakashi shook his head and turned his attention to the remaining two young ninjas, inquiring, ”So, what brings you to seek me out?”

Sasuke stepped forward, posing his question directly to Kakashi, ”Kakashi-sensei, I aspire to learn the summoning jutsu!”

Upon hearing Sasuke’s declaration, Kakashi responded with a self-satisfied chuckle, ”Then you have indeed approached the most appropriate individual!

Let me inform you that the entirety of Konoha is well aware that my summoning animal is the most ideally suited for use by ninjas, with the elite members of the Anbu expressing particular envy towards my unique companion.”

Upon hearing Kakashi’s words, Sasuke’s eyes widened with excitement, while Naruto and Yota also displayed expressions of eager anticipation, their curiosity piqued by the prospect of finally witnessing the identity of Kakashi’s summoning animal.

”I shall escort you to the training grounds; this location is not conducive to the execution of the summoning jutsu,”

Kakashi announced, leading the three children to their former training grounds.

Upon reaching the training grounds, Kakashi motioned for the three children to maintain a position of observation, before swiftly forming a series of hand seals.

”Summoning Jutsu!”

With a forceful downward thrust of his right hand onto the ground, a summoning symbol materialized beneath Kakashi’s feet.

A plume of white smoke billowed upwards, and Sasuke, Naruto, and Yota, gripped by intense anticipation, fixated their gaze upon the swirling vapor, eagerly awaiting the revelation of the formidable summoning animal that was about to emerge.

As the smoke gradually dissipated, the expression of anticipation that had previously adorned Sasuke’s face was replaced by one of utter indifference, his eyes losing their earlier luster.

Naruto, overcome with unrestrained laughter, collapsed onto the ground, clutching his stomach. Yota alone displayed a keen interest, crouching down before Kakashi’s summoning animal, his gaze intently focused upon the creature.

From the dissipating smoke emerged a diminutive adorned with a Konoha forehead protector and a vibrant blue vest.

”This is Pakkun. His tracking abilities surpass even those of the ninja dogs meticulously trained by the Inuzuka clan!

Furthermore, he possesses the remarkable ability to communicate with ninjas using human language.

His skills in tracking, reconnaissance, and counter-reconnaissance are unparalleled within Konoha, making him one of our most prized summoning animals!”

Kakashi solemnly introduced Pakkun to the three children.

Following Kakashi’s introduction, Pakkun raised his paw in a gesture of greeting to those present, uttering a single word, ”Yo!”
