Chiyo’s sharp glare silenced the bickering Sunagakure council members.

”Enough! What good is blaming each other now? Even the Kazekage was captured! This is the greatest shame in Sunagakure’s history!”

Chiyo’s anger silenced the room. Despite her retirement, her authority remained absolute.

”Alright, alright, sister, let’s focus on the future. It’s not just Rasa; Gaara, Temari, Kankurō, and many others are still in Konoha,”

Ebizo, Chiyo’s brother, a bald, nearly blind old man, intervened. Only he could calm Chiyo. Even Rasa would avoid her wrath.

Ebizo stroked his white eyebrow, ”Konoha, historically, hasn’t been overly harsh on defeated enemies who surrender and make concessions.”

”But Rasa can no longer be Kazekage. Someone must be held accountable, and we need to appease Konoha.”

Chiyo nodded, but the other council members looked uneasy.

After exchanging glances, a senior council member stood, a wry smile on his face.

”That was true before. But Konoha’s chief advisor is incredibly strong. In recent years, the village has only yielded to him. With him personally negotiating, this won’t be easy.”

Ebizo nodded, ”Though my sister and I are retired, we’ve heard of this top ninja. Give me all the intel; my sister and I will analyze it.”

”It seems this will cost the village dearly.”

After the meeting, Chiyo and Ebizo returned home. Chiyo was somber; Ebizo was his usual self.

”Ebizo, what’s the village’s future? I feel a deep unease,” Chiyo said gravely.

Ebizo smiled serenely, ”Sister, at our age, why worry so much? We’ll do what we can. If it’s beyond our abilities, then it’s simply the village children’s misfortune.”

Konoha’s delegation would arrive in two days for post-war negotiations. Yusuke had to personally oversee the preparations.

After days of meticulous planning, Yusuke finally found time to deal with Obito’s remaining Sharingan.

”Teacher, the transplant is complete. Please test it,”

Kabuto announced, having performed the procedure. Once again, the Sharingan was transplanted into the crow clone.

Since Shisui’s Sharingan was unavailable for the time being, Yusuke temporarily removed it, opting for the more practically useful Kamui Sharingan.

Yusuke nodded in satisfaction, observing the identical Kamui Sharingan patterns in the crow’s eyes.

”Excellent. This Kamui Sharingan will greatly facilitate our operations!”

The crow landed on Yusuke’s left shoulder, and the Kamui ability subtly activated within its eyes.

A space-time vortex materialized, swiftly drawing Yusuke and the crow into its swirling depths. Simultaneously, another vortex, identical in form but rotating in the opposite direction, appeared on the opposite side of the room, from which Yusuke and the crow emerged.

Having successfully performed the space-time jump, Yusuke proceeded to test the Kamui’s intangibility, his mind filled with admiration for Obito’s mastery of the Kamui Sharingan’s capabilities.

Obito’s right Kamui Sharingan alone possessed two distinct abilities, each highly coveted by ninjas worldwide.

The first ability was space-time travel, enabling Obito to instantaneously teleport to any location he had previously visited and retained a memory of.

While this space-time jump ability, due to its relatively slow activation speed, was unsuitable for combat and primarily useful for traversing long distances, it nonetheless represented an exceedingly rare and practical skill.

The second ability, the Kamui space, was Obito’s most relied-upon technique in combat, allowing him to either pull enemies into the Kamui dimension, effectively subduing them, or to render his own body intangible.

However, activating the Kamui space rendered Obito incapable of performing space-time jumps. This limitation accounted for the time-sensitive nature of Obito’s intangibility.

In the original storyline, during Konan’s final confrontation with Obito, she employed sixty million explosive tags in a continuous barrage lasting ten minutes, precisely to exploit the temporal constraint of Obito’s intangibility and eliminate him once the effect wore off.

It was precisely this constraint—the inability to simultaneously utilize both the Kamui space and the space-time jump abilities—that left the intangible Obito with no means of escape during that fateful encounter, forcing him to resort to Izanagi as a last resort to safeguard his life.

”So this is the power of Obito-senpai’s Kamui Sharingan,” Kabuto remarked with a sigh, ”Truly formidable, yet tragically obtained by Akatsuki.”

Thanks to Yusuke and Minato’s discretion, the public still believed Obito to be the war hero who perished during the Third Great Ninja War. The individual who met his demise in this recent conflict was merely presented as an Akatsuki member who fortuitously acquired Obito’s right Sharingan.

”Now that we possess both of Obito’s Kamui Sharingan, their combined potential extends far beyond the capabilities of each individual eye!” Yusuke stated with a smile.

Upon hearing Yusuke’s words, Kabuto adjusted his glasses, ”Could it be...Susanoo?”

Yusuke nodded in confirmation, ”Precisely!”

As soon as the words left his lips, a layer of azure exoskeleton materialized around the crow clone, signifying the initial stage of Susanoo’s manifestation.

Even within the controlled environment of the laboratory, Yusuke had not yet fully mastered the ability to unleash the crow clone’s Susanoo to its full potential, opting instead to test only its rudimentary form. However, based on the current exoskeleton’s growth pattern, the crow clone’s fully realized Susanoo would ultimately take on an avian form.

Thanks to Yusuke’s substantial spiritual power, the transplanted Kamui Sharingan implanted within the crow clone would not be subject to the typical limitations of chakra depletion and gradual closure associated with the overuse of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Therefore, the crow clone could utilize the Kamui Sharingan’s abilities with complete freedom.

The acquisition of Obito’s dual Kamui Sharingan proved to be a significant boon for Yusuke, considerably enhancing his capabilities and streamlining his operations.

After thoroughly testing the power of the Kamui Sharingan, Yusuke turned to Kabuto with a smile, ”It’s about time we moved on to teaching you the third Sage Art!”
