Chapter 313: Chapter : 313 : Vegia Nightshade V/S Alya Luminari! : 2

The colosseum was alive with tension as the duel between Vegia Nightshade and Alya Luminari raged on.

Alya vanished again in a blinding flash of white light, reappearing behind Vegia with a devastating point-blank light blast fired from her open palm. The radiant energy screamed forward like a miniature sun, aimed straight at the hobgoblin mage’s back.

Vegia turned just in time. Her staff spun in a fluid arc, summoning a layered emerald barrier that absorbed the blast with a thunderous *boom*. The impact cracked the ground beneath her feet and sent a wave of heat rippling outward, but the barrier held. Sweat glistened on Vegia’s skin, her uniform clinging to her curvaceous figure as she breathed steadily.

”Such overwhelming speed,” Vegia said calmly, her voice still respectful even as she countered with a burst of crackling thunderbolts from her staff. The lightning arced through the air, chasing Alya’s afterimage. ”It is truly a privilege to witness the Luminari light magic up close.”

Alya reappeared several meters away, breathing harder, her massive chest heaving as sweat poured down her body. The white crop top was almost completely translucent now, clinging obscenely to her curves, while the skirt rode high on her thick thighs. Her purple eyes burned with frustration.

”Stop with your fake politeness!” Alya snarled, vanishing once more in a streak of light. She appeared from three directions at once — afterimages attacking with razor-sharp light blades formed from her bare hands. ”I’ll carve you apart, you oversized green peasant!”

Vegia moved with surprising agility for her voluptuous build. Her staff twirled, creating a spinning dome of emerald barriers that blocked every light blade. Sparks and light fragments exploded outward in a dazzling display. She followed up immediately with a wave of roaring flame magic — a wall of intense fire that forced Alya to retreat in a burst of light.

The crowd was on the edge of their seats.

Commoners cheered wildly. ”Vegia! Keep going!”

”Polite but deadly! That’s our girl!”

Nobles shouted in desperation. ”Luminari! Finish her!”

”Don’t let that hobgoblin humiliate our house!”

Alya reappeared, panting, her uniform singed and torn in places. ”You think your little tricks can match Luminari light?! I’ll blind you and end this!”

She accelerated to her absolute limit, becoming a continuous blur of white light that attacked from every angle. Her hands glowed with concentrated radiance as she unleashed a storm of point-blank light blasts and slashes.

Vegia’s enhanced vision kept up, but the sheer volume of attacks pushed her to her limits. She blocked and dodged, her barriers cracking under the relentless assault. A few strikes grazed her — burning lines across her arms and side — making her wince but not falter.

”You are truly fast,” Vegia said politely, spinning her staff to summon a thunderclap that rolled across the arena like a wave. The lightning forced Alya to flash away again. ”It is an honor to face such speed. Allow me to respond with respect.”

She raised her staff high. Magic circles glowed above her head, spinning rapidly.

”Divine Flame!”

Blazing fire rained from the sky like a meteor shower, each bolt guided by Vegia’s will. The entire arena lit up with orange and gold light as the flames descended in a devastating barrage.

Alya moved at the speed of light, dodging between the falling fire with incredible grace. But several strikes grazed her — singeing her uniform further and leaving red marks on her thick thighs and toned midriff. She reappeared, breathing hard, uniform clinging even more tightly to her sweaty, voluptuous body.

”You... you dare use such crude fire against Luminari light?!” Alya snarled, clearly rattled.

Vegia remained calm, staff glowing. ”It is merely one of my humble spells. I hope it was not too disappointing.”

Alya screamed in rage and vanished again, reappearing above Vegia with a massive radiant spear formed from her hands. She hurled it downward with all her strength.

Vegia raised her staff, summoning a massive emerald barrier that collided with the spear in a cataclysmic explosion. The shockwave shook the entire colosseum, forcing many spectators to shield their eyes.

When the light cleared, both girls were breathing heavily, but Vegia still stood tall and composed, while Alya looked increasingly desperate.

The fight continued for several more intense minutes — Alya attacking with blinding speed and light magic, Vegia countering with flame, thunder, barriers, and precise magical strikes. The hobgoblin mage was clearly stronger, her spells carrying far more raw power, but she continued to fight with polite restraint, never going for a finishing blow.

Alya was tiring fast. Her massive chest heaved with every breath, sweat pouring down her body, uniform in tatters and almost completely see-through in places. Her arrogant smirk had long since faded into a frustrated scowl.

Vegia, on the other hand, remained calm and composed, her curvaceous figure moving with surprising agility as she continued her respectful, measured assault.

The crowd watched in rapt attention, the duel far from over.

Alya flashed behind Vegia one final time, gathering every ounce of her remaining mana into a point-blank radiant blast from both hands.

Vegia turned, her pink eyes calm.

She raised her staff high.

Magic circles glowed above her head, spinning rapidly.

”Divine Flame — Full Release!”

The sky above the arena ignited.

Hundreds of blazing fire meteors rained down in a cataclysmic storm, each one guided by Vegia’s will and amplified by her mana. The entire colosseum lit up with blinding orange and gold light as the flames descended like the wrath of the heavens.

Alya tried to dodge at the speed of light, but the sheer volume of the attack was overwhelming. Multiple meteors struck her directly, the explosive force sending her flying backward across the arena. She crashed hard into the far wall, her uniform bursting into flames and burning away in seconds, leaving only her black lace bra and panties intact.

Alya slid down the wall, eyes wide with shock and humiliation. Her voluptuous body — massive breasts barely contained by the lace bra, wide hips and thick thighs fully exposed — was on full display for the entire colosseum.

The crowd went dead silent for a heartbeat.

Then chaos erupted.

Most of the boys in the stands stared openly, eyes wide, unable to look away from Alya’s nearly naked, sweat-glistened figure.

Some boys with girlfriends had their eyes forcibly closed by their partners.

”Stop staring!” one girl hissed, covering her boyfriend’s eyes.

Another girl did the same, cheeks red with anger. ”Eyes on me, not her!”

Alya’s face burned with embarrassment. She crossed her arms over her chest, trying to cover herself, but it was futile. With a humiliated cry, she turned and ran toward the exit tunnel as fast as her legs could carry her, the crowd’s stares following her every step.

Elowen Voss’s voice rang out, strained but official.

”Winner... Vegia Nightshade!”

The commoners exploded in triumphant cheers.

The nobles fell into stunned, humiliated silence.

Vegia stood in the center of the arena, breathing steadily, her uniform slightly scorched but her posture calm and respectful. She bowed politely toward the spot where Alya had fled, then turned her gaze toward the highest gallery — toward Aiden — and gave a small, shy smile.

Vegia sat down beside Lysandra with a soft sigh of relief, her shoulders finally relaxing after the intense duel. The elegant blonde gently shifted to make space, offering her a warm, knowing smile.

Before Vegia could say anything, Thristle — who had been resting her head on Lysandra’s lap — immediately lifted her head and threw her arms around Vegia in a tight, enthusiastic hug.

”You were incredible!” Thristle exclaimed, her voice full of genuine admiration as she squeezed the hobgoblin mage close. ”That last Divine Flame attack? It was beautiful! You handled her speed so calmly and still came out on top. I’m so proud of you!”

Vegia blushed deeply, her ears twitching as she shyly returned the hug. ”T-thank you, Princess... I was really nervous, but your encouragement helped me stay focused.”

The other wives quickly joined in with their praises, their voices overlapping in a warm wave of affection.

Luna bounced excitedly, wolf ears perked high. ”Vegia! You were so cool! The way you kept your composure even when she was flashing around at light speed... You looked really strong and pretty out there!”

Nyxion purred happily, tail swishing. ”You fought with such grace and intelligence, Vegia. Heart Lord must be very pleased. I’m happy you’re safe and victorious.”

Nayla licked her lips with a seductive smile. ”Mmm... watching you turn the tide with that final barrage was quite the sight. You looked powerful and elegant at the same time. Well done, dear.”

Selvara huffed softly from Aiden lap, arms folded, but her pale eyes held a hint of warmth. ”Hmph... it wasn’t bad. You didn’t embarrass My Lord. That’s... acceptable. Good work.”

Venya rumbled happily, wings fluttering. ”Vegia is strong! Venya is proud! Vegia showed the nobles their place for My Lord!”

Valeforia smirked, crossing her legs. ”I almost felt sorry for that arrogant noble.”

Vegia blushed even deeper, fidgeting with the hem of her uniform. ”T-thank you... all of you. I was just trying my best...”

Zerra bounced on her toes, grinning widely. ”You beat the noble lady with pretty fire from the sky! That was awesome!”

Aethoniel fluttered her wings shyly, offering a soft smile. ”I’m glad you’re safe and won.”

Xylendra tilted her head, voice quiet but sincere. ”Good job, Vegia.”

Lysandra gently placed a hand on Vegia’s shoulder, her elegant voice full of warmth. ”We are all very proud of you, Vegia.”

Liana grinned brightly from beside Ela. ”That final attack was chef’s kiss! You made it look so easy! Congrats!”

Ela offered a soft, sincere smile. ”You were very impressive. You handled everything with such composure. Congratulations, Vegia.”

Arisha gave a firm, approving nod. ”Well fought. You represented our family with strength and dignity.”

Aiden looked at Vegia with a gentle, proud smile. His free hand reached out to gently pat her head.

”You did wonderfully, Vegia,” he said softly, voice warm and sincere. ”I knew you could do it. You stayed calm, used your head, and showed everyone exactly why you’re part of this family. I’m very proud of you.”

Vegia’s cheeks turned an even deeper shade of pink. She looked down shyly, but a small, happy smile bloomed on her face as she leaned slightly into Aiden’s touch.

”Thank you... Husband,” she whispered, voice soft and full of affection. ”I... I just wanted to make you all proud.”
