You Were Told to Design Software, But You Created Tiktok?!

329: Section 329The weibo hot search purchased by Junzi Group also simultaneously released Wang Mo’s identity information, and its popularity began to increase rapidly at a rocket-like speed.

In this world.

Since League of Legends had only recently been developed, Wang Mo was actually the only player capable of such operations.

In his previous life.

He was already a Diamond tier player in League of Legends, and Zed was one of his frequently used champions.

Before League of Legends was officially released and before countless true geniuses and powerhouses mastered the game, he temporarily couldn’t find any opponents.

He hadn’t expected before that a random game he played would encounter a streamer, and his operation video was even posted online and went viral.

After the previous unexpected incident.

Wang Mo quickly decided to use his popularity at the time to promote the game further.

And looking at the screen full of bullet comments.

Wang Mo also smiled and said,

“Actually, my skills aren’t as exaggerated as you all say.”

“I just had some understanding of the game earlier than you.”

“Although the game is currently in closed beta, the number of closed beta players is limited. True genius-level players definitely haven’t played this game yet.”

“Once they get their hands on the game, you’ll realize that my Zed plays aren’t actually that exaggerated.”

“After the game has been officially released for a while, at most I’ll only be Diamond tier.”

“Currently, in the closed beta, because the ranked system has been simplified a lot, there are already people who have reached Challenger, but a Challenger in the closed beta phase will probably only be Gold level after the official release.”

Wang Mo didn’t want the audience to have such expectations for him, as he wouldn’t be streaming games frequently...

Telling other viewers that true genius players haven’t touched the game yet could also give these viewers some sense of anticipation.

However.

Even though Wang Mo had already said this.

The bullet comments were still buzzing.

Although many players understood that Wang Mo was able to achieve such plays by virtue of his head start in game time, the key was that this person was Wang Mo!

If it were other players.

Then most of the audience would indeed not continue to pay too much attention, as more skilled players would certainly appear after the game’s official release.

But if this person was Wang Mo, it was different.

Let alone Yan Country, it would be hard to find a business tycoon anywhere in the world who played games this well.

And after Wang Mo glanced at his phone and saw that the hot search exposing his identity had already climbed to the top of the weibo hot search.

He also looked at the camera and said,

“Alright, today’s game stream ends here. Next up is that good news.”

Wang Mo smiled.

“This news is indeed a very big piece of good news for the general public.”

Listening to Wang Mo’s words.

Countless viewers only then realized that at the end of this stream, the League of Legends official was indeed going to release a new piece of information.

Previously, due to the shock of Wang Mo’s identity, many viewers had almost forgotten about this for a moment.

However, after Wang Mo’s reminder, all the viewers recalled it.

“What event is it?”

“I didn’t expect this good news to be personally delivered to us by the chairman of Junzi Group.”

“I don’t want to hear any other news, I just want to play the game sooner.”

Looking at the screen full of bullet comments, Wang Mo slowly took a deep breath.

Then he slowly began to speak.

“This news is.”

“The official release date of League of Legends will be brought forward from the original ten days later.”

“And this time will be brought forward to.”

Wang Mo paused.

“Three days later.”

“Three days after the League of Legends closed beta server closes, the game will officially launch!”

As soon as Wang Mo finished speaking.

The entire live stream room erupted again.

Chapter 254: The game’s popularity at this moment, with over ten million pre-registrations!

“Roar roar roar roar roar! Is that true?!”

“Goodness, three days later, that fast?”

“It’s here, it’s here, I can’t wait! I didn’t expect this good news to be the early official release. I originally thought I really had to wait ten days.”

“No more talking, the first Challenger after the official release will definitely be me!”

“Don’t boast, upstairs. The number of players after the official release will definitely be exaggerated, it won’t be as easy to climb ranks as in the closed beta.”

At the same time Wang Mo announced this news in the live stream room.

Official League of Legends accounts around the world also released this information.

Three days later.

Global simultaneous server launch.

And looking at the enthusiastic bullet comments, Wang Mo also smiled and said,

“Alright, that’s it.”

“I’m ending the stream.”

After he finished speaking.

Amidst countless bullet comments begging him to stay, Wang Mo closed the official League of Legends live stream room.

However, because this was his first stream, Wang Mo was still a bit unsure after closing the live stream room and looked at the several figures standing beside him.

“Is the live stream room closed now?”

“I’ve seen videos before where streamers thought they had closed their live stream but hadn’t, and then they made a fool of themselves.”

After Wang Mo finished speaking.

Ye Youxue, who was standing nearby, also chuckled and walked over.

She looked at the screen and said,

“It’s closed, don’t worry.”

Because she herself streamed frequently and was currently one of the most popular streamers on Douyin, Ye Youxue was very familiar with all sorts of streaming operations.

Wang Mo had worried that his first stream might have issues, so he had called Ye Youxue over.

Then Zhang Fan also walked over from the side.

The tablet in his hand was real-time recording the popularity on various major platforms.

“The weibo hot search has already climbed to the top three.”

“From this speed, it won’t take more than a few minutes to reach number one with a massive explosion.”

“After all, few people can resist the gimmick of a top internet tycoon streaming games, not to mention that your Zed video, boss, already hit the hot search once before.”

“The popularity on other social platforms is also quite exaggerated at the moment.”

“This wave of momentum building has been very successful.”

Listening to Zhang Fan’s words, Wang Mo also nodded.

And Zhang Fan put down the tablet and continued,

“But this time, it really is as if fate is on our side. Boss, you only played a few games after the closed beta, and coincidentally, in one of them you ran into that Da Panzi streamer, and then League’s popularity exploded.”

“Now Dota’s popularity is far behind ours.”

“On the day of League’s official release in Yan Country, it should bring in several million players, and if we launch some Linkage activities, this number will be even more exaggerated.”

“The number of registered players on the first day surpassing Dota should already be a certainty.”

“However, the overseas popularity isn’t too high yet and will require later operation.”

Upon hearing this, Wang Mo waved his hand.

“Don’t worry about overseas popularity for now. It’s not too late to make plans after the domestic server stabilizes.”
