Forced Pampering: Haughty Husband, Please Restrain Yourself

Chapter 882: Chapter 892: I Don’t Need Her

”Pull what? If all patients needed to pull out the needle just to go to the bathroom like you, how would we get any other work done? Take the IV bag with you.”

”You want me to take the IV bag to the bathroom myself?” Xiao Xiao felt like Lin Junyang must have brought her to a shady private clinic, otherwise how could the nurse’s service attitude be so poor?

”If you don’t want to carry it yourself, do you expect me to help you? If you can’t manage, there’s a bedpan under your bed. You can solve it right there.”

Damn, Xiao Xiao almost swore. She just had a cold with a fever, does she really need to handle it on the bed?

If Xiao Xiao couldn’t see this little nurse was deliberately making things difficult, her year of studying medicine was wasted.

It’s just pulling out a needle, right? If she didn’t have at least some respect for the profession, she wouldn’t bother with these medical staff.

Tired of arguing with the nurse, Xiao Xiao directly reached over to adjust the IV regulator to maximum, then swiftly removed the needle and folded the extension tube at the end, clamping it.

As the nurse stood there dumbfounded, Xiao Xiao had already swung herself off the bed.

Damn it, she really wanted to ask how she ended up in a hospital without even shoes.

Luckily it’s summer, walking barefoot isn’t cold.

After finishing up, as Xiao Xiao pushed open the bathroom door, the ward door opened from the outside.

The man she’d angered earlier returned, carrying a bag, and at this moment, his eyes were locked on her bare feet.

Xiao Xiao looked down and suddenly panicked, why does this man always catch her barefoot?

As the man frowned, Xiao Xiao quickly stepped back to the bed, trying to reattach the IV.

However, feeling guilty under his piercing gaze, she accidentally tugged the needle while opening the clamp, hissing from the pain.

Lin Junyang hurried over, placing the bag on the table, pressing down on her unruly hand, ”Are you really stupid? There’s a nurse here, why are you messing around?”

The nurse was quite embarrassed, not expecting the man to return now; she was stuck between staying or leaving.

Then came the man’s cold, deep voice, ”What are you still standing there for? Are you thinking of quitting this job?”

Before the nurse could step forward, Xiao Xiao intervened, ”I don’t need her, I can do it myself.”

Saying so, she tried to break free from Lin Junyang’s large hand, but underestimated her own strength.

His grip was tight, no matter how much she struggled, she couldn’t break free.

”Enough Xiao Xiao, what’s with the fuss? Do you know you’re sick right now? Patients should act like patients; who are you putting on this show for?”

Seeing Xiao Xiao disregard her health, Lin Junyang was even more frustrated. Who was he doing this for? He hadn’t slept well since coming back from training, rushing over to take care of her, yet she didn’t care about her body at all.

Sick from tormenting herself in the summer, and causing a stir in the hospital.

Xiao Xiao suddenly froze, looking at the angry man.

He came back without asking for reasons, just pushed all the blame onto her. So, in his mind, she was just an unreasonable woman.
