Maybe My Soulmate! (GL)

With that single powerful strike, Mo Yuxin has killed almost 2000 of the original 2300 rank 2 ’tail bone mermaids’ which occupied most of the battlefield.

It was very much like sweeping out the whole battlefield with a thin and invisible sword strike which cleanly cut off the most vital parts of all the 2000 beasts in almost an instant!

The whole battlefield which looked almost like a huge army now only had a small portion of it remaining but the remaining ones were naturally the most powerful ones and now with their blood sacrifice activated, they almost seemed like crazed beasts who will fight till their last breath.

The rank 3 ’tail bone mermaids’ which has already activated their blood sacrifice has gradually healed their previous injury as well as their ferociousness has gone up by a point and the gradually increasing spiritual energy in their body which seemed to about burst out made it obvious what the effect of the blood sacrifice was.

The remaining rank 2 beasts were not even hundreds in number and after the huge display of power, they immediately tried fleeing from the battle as the threat they felt from Mo Yuxin almost made them freeze to death.

But how could Mo Yuxin and Su Yubing just let them go. Su Yubing immediately conjured tens of spiritual sword arcs and all of them went straight towards the remaining rank 2 beasts and within an instant, they all were cut into two pieces and Mo Yuxin didn’t even have taken any action and only stared at Su Yubing with an infatuated look from a distance.

The moment, the last of the bodies of the rank 2 ’tail bone mermaids’ disappeared into tiny particles, Mo Yuxin and Su Yubing immediately felt a huge amount of cooling energy entered through every pore in their skin and into their bodies, into their organs, blood vessels, blood and bones and even their meridians and brains.

This time, the number of beasts they killed was such a huge amount that even Mo Yuxin and Su Yubing with their divine constitution felt the slight benefit within their body.

This strange cooling energy was almost like a tide, spreading from the top of their head to the ends of their toes in a very gentle manner while merging with every single part of their body, making the already tempered organs, blood vessels, blood and bones as well as meridians even more tempered and it specifically seemed to give every single part of their body and almost elastic feeling.

Mo Yuxin and Su Yubing completely let this strange energy merge into their bodies without any defensiveness and their whole body seemed to glow in a faint blue light as the vitality in their body seemed extremely abundant.

This comfortable feeling lasted for a few moments before the huge amount of this cooling energy was completely merged into their bodies and this time, they did feel a little benefit from this energy which was not as negligible as before.

At this time, Su Yubing was also eager to push herself towards her limits and with this thought, she did just that as the rank 3 beasts also completed their complete transformation from their blood sacrifice and Su Yubing also grasped her sword tightly in her hands.

She suddenly burst out with an unparalleled momentum as the sharp spiritual energy in her body formed countless sword blades and hovered around her body in a very protective yet threatening manner and anyone can feel that the moment they try to get close to her, they will shredded into pieces by these sword blades.

And in an instant, Su Yubing flashed from her place and appeared right infront of the remaining 70 rank 3 ’tail bone mermaids’ who were also far more ferocious than before and their power at this moment has almost reached the threshold of rank 4 through their blood sacrifice.

And even though, they wouldn’t be able to last in their current state for much longer but the collective strength of 70 of such rank 3 beasts who are not only far more powerful than before but also extremely ferocious and almost like a madman who doesn’t care about pain and just charges in without any thought about their body are somewhat of a threat to even a person at Su Yubing’s power level.

Of course, Mo Yuxin doesn’t care about these things nor about the so called blood sacrifice.

Looking at Su Yubing who was definitely eager to fight, She also thought that she should quickly deal with the remaining 200 of these rank 3 ’tail bone mermaids’ who have also completed their transformation through blood sacrifice.

If it was before, she definitely would have let Su Yubing fight them but now it wasn’t possible as their power level combined with their huge number would definitely overwhelm Su Yubing.

With this thought, Mo Yuxin simply flashed from her place and appeared right before one of the beast who was at the front causing it to almost falter in shock as she simply stabbed her sword right into it’s neck and sword immediately stabbed into it’s neck and appeared on the other side as the beast also disappeared into tiny particles almost instantly.

This time, she didn’t intend to use any moves that affects the surrounding area as not affect Su Yubing’s battle and simply used her extremely fast speed and continued flashing all over the battlefield and appearing infront of one rank 3 ’tail bone mermaids’ to another and all of them died the same way as their necks were pierced through by Mo Yuxin’s sword.

With this violent yet effective way, Mo Yuxin cleared all the remaining 200 rank 3 ’tail bone mermaids’ within a few minutes but the battle on Su Yubing’s side was only getting more and more intense.

Su Yubing was definitely not as at ease as Mo Yuxin in her fight as fighting against 70 of these rank 3 beasts who have almost reached rank 4 in power but also doesn’t hesitate to get hurt in order to injure her is definitely a challenging task for her.

And for the first time from when she acquired her divine constitution and also had her Cultivation reach the perfection foundation building stage, Su Yubing finally fought against opponents who can make her unleash most of her powers.

The battles before this didn’t take much out of her as they were much easier for her but now Su Yubing was fighting with utmost concentration as her speed was definitely far better than the rank 3 beasts but the beasts also had their innate reaction speed which made them able to counter against Su Yubing’s sword strikes.

She kept flashing all over the battlefield and appearing infront of one beast and another and trying to give them a fatal strike but except for some body injury, nothing much was achieved.

The beasts also kept attacking her with their tail bones one after another from all angles and their attacks were obviously far stronger than before and the force of their tail bone combined with the sharp end of it seemed to have the power to tear her apart but Su Yubing was obviously faster than them and avoided their attacks with relatively ease.

Their battle continued like this and neither side gained much advantage and the beasts also got injured by her a lot but the collective number of their strength kept Su Yubing from achieving any successful kills.

Even though, it seemed that neither side gained any advantages but the fine beads of sweat on Su Yubing’s forehead made it obvious that she was getting exhausted slowly.

But the beasts were also not much better as their use of blood sacrifice also has limited time and it wouldn’t be long before they exhaust themselves but Su Yubing would definitely not be able to last that long under the crazed onslaught of 70 of these beasts.

With this in mind, Su Yubing again took her sword at her eye level and her posture was obviously to execute the ’tripple Draw’ and she did just that as she gained a huge momentum from deflecting the attacks of the beasts and her huge spiritual energy poured into her sword almost like a tide and she swung her sword in three quick succession.

And just like before, three merged into one and the overbearing sword strike came right onto the 70 beasts but their current self with blood sacrifice was definitely not as easy to deal as before and the huge overbearing sword strike could only kill 12 of these beasts but the remaining ones survived with only small injuries.

Seeing such scene, Su Yubing was not surprised as her sword attack method ’tripple Draw’ wasn’t a high grade manual to begin with and the attacking force of this manual was also limited.

After that attack, the beasts also didn’t want to let her get any momentum and immediately swung at her with terrifying forces. Su Yubing could only raise her sword above her to block these attacks as she was too close to them to just avoid them.

The moment their attack collided with her sword, the huge force made her take tens of steps back before she could stabilize herself and....
