Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Chapter 449: Chapter 233: Golden Light and Orange Light

With the detailed map of the entire island in hand, Alka immediately slipped into the house.

The others didn’t disturb him, as they all knew it was time for Alka to work.

As for Pororo, he wasn’t resting in the room; he spent half the night at the port.

Dangerous places only existed outside the town; the town itself and the roads leading to the port were safe.

After all, if a spatial rift suddenly appeared at the port and damaged a ship, who could they complain to?

Then, no one would dare visit this island again.

The island’s residents still used candles made from some kind of fish oil, causing the room to be dimly lit.

A floating lantern hovered beside Alka, illuminating the room with its soft, white light.

At that moment, a detailed and perfect map of the island lay before Alka.

It marked all the dangerous areas they had encountered, clearly indicating the reasons for their danger.

It also included the various ruins they had already seen; some were largely exposed, while others had only a few protruding columns. Among them were activated ruins, those that had closed after activation, and unknown ones, all clearly marked.

Looking at the map, Alka took a deep breath and blinked.

As he blinked, a different scene appeared on the map.

Dense white lights spread across the map. Due to its proportional reduction and the island’s large size, these white dots almost filled the entire island, leaving few gaps.

One wouldn’t even need to count carefully to see there were at least a hundred of these white dots.

You could even say the island was brimming with wealth.

Aside from these white dots, there were more blue dots than Alka had imagined—a total of 13.

The first area they explored had only 4, the second area only 2, and the third area, which occupied half the island, had a full 7.

Most surprisingly, in the far part of the third area, there was an additional golden light.

Besides the initially discovered, unknown orange pillar of light, which seemingly represented even more advanced Treasures, there was actually a golden light?

HISS.

Alka couldn’t help but draw in a sharp breath.

What kind of place is this island?

With so many white dots, blue dots, and this golden light, it was clear these ruins might have never been excavated. Combined with their three days of exploration, it seemed evident: this was a complete city-state ruin, sunken underground, possibly never explored by anyone. For centuries, all the Treasures had remained in the ruins.

An island fraught with dangerous materials? No. An island of wealth, filled with Treasures. Yes.

Alka rubbed his hands together and, without hesitation, clicked on the golden light.

He wanted to see what Treasure the island might hold.

Based on the information he had gathered so far, this golden light shouldn’t be completely devoid of information.

He at least knew the name of the ancient city-state and the name of the Divine being its people worshipped.

These two pieces of information alone should be enough to reveal some details from the light points.

The further one delved into Treasure Information, the harder it was to obtain the necessary intelligence.

Revealing a Treasure’s location and details was usually quite easy to expand upon with basic information.

This was part of Alka’s experience.

As he clicked on the golden light, information surfaced.

[Position of the Upper Object]

[Difficulty: Hunter (Second Stage)]

[Fame: 0]

[Treasure Information: Enshrined in Vastva’s Great Temple, the item is an artifact of the Four-Part God, representing one-quarter of the Treasure.]

Although the Treasure Information was sparse, it was at least not ”Unknown.”

The name itself provided no additional information.

This Treasure’s name was among the most ambiguous Alka had encountered.

The Difficulty was within their acceptable range, at the Second Stage.

More and more members of their team were reaching the Second Stage.

Aside from Juanlu, everyone else was either already at the Second Stage or on the verge of breaking through.

The Treasure Information was too scarce. It seemed to stem from what they knew about the Four-Part God from the Temple and the city-state’s name.

It also stated that the item represented the power of one part of the Four-Part God.

A Treasure related to a Divine being? Somewhat tricky.

However, they had no understanding of the Four-Part God, so they naturally couldn’t glean what power this Treasure represented.

But knowing it was a Treasure was enough.

Then, Alka began clicking on all the blue dots on the map, one by one, attempting to uncover their information.

However, the Treasure Information provided by these blue dots wasn’t much different from that of the golden one.

All this information was extrapolated from their knowledge of the city-state’s name and the Divine being it worshipped.

Moreover, the locations of these blue dots largely overlapped with the clearly marked ruins on the map.

Alka also discovered that for these blue light points, over 80% of the Treasure Information was related to ruins.

This included ruins that were still operational and even those that had already been cleared.
