From Arsenal to the Ball God

Ma’el waved his hand and shook his head, saying, ”I understand all of this, Mr. Pepeño, you don’t need to worry about anything.”

After parting with Pepeño, he thought about how he could call Harry and Safina to move to the new house today. With a knowing smile, he decided to head to a luxury boutique first.

He had been planning to give them gifts for their championship win; it couldn’t be skipped. When collaborating with team employees, it’s best to be sincere.

It’s important to establish a good image and reputation so that more outstanding talent will join his team, and in daily interactions, they can work well together, helping him to improve collectively.

He arrived at a Patek Philippe boutique, and with the guidance of the sales assistant, he purchased two watches priced around 10,000 pounds each—one for men and one for women.

In this era, these watches are considered very luxurious, ranking as top-tier watches outside of limited and special editions.

He then went to the bank, withdrew 20,000 pounds, and considered it the end-of-season bonus for the two of them, placing 10,000 pounds in each watch box.

”Eva.....”

Thinking of his uncle’s family, Ma’el entered his uncle’s bank card number and quietly transferred 30,000 pounds before leaving the bank.

His lifestyle was improving significantly, and he couldn’t forget his aunt and uncle’s family. If he accumulated more honor and wealth in the future, he could open a ’Personal Honor Exhibition’ in London.

Then, he would ask his aunt and uncle to help manage it, providing them with a high salary, as family is the most trustworthy.

......

Two business cars slowly drove and finally stopped near 13 Kenton Street.

Ma’el got out first, then met Harry and Safina from the other car, guiding a few movers on the street.

”Is it... here?” Harry was dumbfounded as he looked at the ultra-luxury villa and small park nearby, and glanced at Ma’el beside him.

He had thought that after winning a huge bonus in Sheffield, Ma’el would most likely rent a villa upon returning to London.

But he hadn’t expected... that the other party would directly buy a mansion ranked among the best in all of London.

”The environment is nice.”

Safina sniffed the fresh air nearby and couldn’t help but move closer to the house. Today, she wore a black and white striped shirt and denim shorts, matching the beautiful scenery around.

She took a few steps nearby, observing the surroundings of the house closely. She was visibly moved, ”I can’t imagine how comfortable it would be to live here. I’ve never been inside such a luxurious villa.”

”Ma’el.”

Safina turned back, smiling sweetly: ”Please don’t make us pay rent, haha....”

Ma’el laughed along, and seeing them like this, he felt happy and accomplished.

This was the result of a year’s hard work; they were finally moving in!

He came in front of them, lifting the two exquisite gift bags he was holding, and smiled, ”Guess what these are?”

”What?”

Harry curiously stepped forward. There was no logo on the bags, so he could only guess it might be some small item, ”A souvenir?”

Safina peeked and joked, ”I guess it’s a letter from a female fan for him, hahaha....”

They were all in a good mood at the time, with a lot of laughter during their conversation.

”Open it and see.”

Ma’el didn’t keep them in suspense any longer, handing the bags to them and smiling as he watched them unwrap the gifts, ”These are your end-of-season gifts.”

”Patek Philippe?” Safina opened hers first. Women are usually quicker with these things, her pupils contracted, and her red lips parted in astonishment, ”9,400 pounds? Is this really for us?”

At this time, Harry also opened his. He was more careful during the unboxing and spotted an envelope on the side, taking it out.

Feeling the heaviness in his hand, he couldn’t help but shake his head, ”Ma’el, this is too precious, and this envelope... I don’t even know how to properly thank you.”

”An envelope too?”

Safina, with a more straightforward personality, directly took out the money from the envelope and counted it. After reaching fifty, she estimated the thickness of the two stacks of money and knew the exact amount, ”10,000 pounds!”

”Yes!” She held the money in one hand and the watch in the other, giving Ma’el a big hug to express her gratitude.

Ma’el didn’t react in time to this sudden hug. By the time he did, Safina was already holding the watch and money, headed into the house.

All along the way, she playfully wiggled as if walking a red carpet. It was evident that she was truly happy.

”You’re the best employer I’ve ever met.”

Harry expressed his gratitude and excitement more simply. He hugged Ma’el, then took a leisurely stroll around.

After entering the house, Ma’el showed them around and told them they could choose any room on the first floor to stay in.

”Yeah.....!”

Upon hearing this, Safina once again cheered unusually, high-fiving Ma’el before rushing around on the first floor to find a room.

It seems everyone has their unique interests, and for Safina, it’s luxury villas.

But then again... who wouldn’t love such a house?

”By the way, there’s something else.”

Harry didn’t rush to choose; standing behind Ma’el, he hesitated a bit before finally saying, ”Safina has been learning physical therapy massage from me for a while, and her level is almost on par with mine.

”She spends very little time on nutrition meals every day and has long wanted to join me in providing physical therapy massages for you.

”As you might have noticed, when I do it alone, it might not be comprehensive at times. If we do it together, every aspect will be more efficient and the recovery effect will be better.
