Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 595: Chapter 595: You Can’t Build a Good Car Behind Closed Doors

Regarding this proposal, Mia Lane actually thinks it’s pretty good, ”Sure, do you have any good places in mind?”

She didn’t expect Mia would agree so quickly. The person who asked the question earlier was clearly surprised.

In fact, everyone was taken aback.

Mia Lane smiled at them, ”You can think of some places. I’ll go to CEO Kingston for approval. All expenses will be covered by the company. Is one week enough? If not, then two weeks. Anyway, the True Love series must produce the best works, it’s all up to you guys.”

She is so open-minded!

Did she really agree to go?

Everyone was momentarily dazed, but Mia didn’t seem to be joking at all.

Her gaze was calm, ”But this matter must be kept secret. R-Alan is watching our every move, you all understand this, right?”

”Understood.”

Mia looked at everyone, ”Then you guys carry on, I’ll go talk to CEO Kingston.” She then turned and left.

The design room was silent for a few seconds, then a dozen top designers suddenly screamed—

”Oh my God! We can really go out!”

”Isn’t this amazing?”

”It hasn’t been approved yet, why are you so excited? Until the last moment, anything can change.”

”No way!” Someone else confidently said, ”President Lane is CEO Kingston’s wife. Such a small request, how could he not agree? He’s totally a wife-doting husband.”

At this moment, Mia took the elevator upstairs and went straight into the CEO’s office.

Finn Morgan wasn’t there at the time.

In the vast space, only Justin Kingston was there, sitting at the desk, his long, good-looking fingers tapping on the keyboard.

He only looked up when he heard footsteps, his deep eyes full of gentleness.

”I just came up from the design department and suddenly thought of a good idea.” Mia stood by his desk, looking at him with tender eyes.

”Tell me about it.” He stopped what he was doing, his words carrying a hint of affection.

”You can’t build a good car behind closed doors,” she said, ”So I’m applying to take them out for inspiration.”

”Sure,” Justin Kingston barely thought about it, ”Your team, your call.”

”What about expenses?”

”The company will cover all expenses, and we’ll even send security with you. Just let us know if you need anything.”

Mia smiled broadly, ”You’re so good!”

Justin Kingston wrapped his arm around her waist, ”It’s a reasonable request, of course, you can ask. So, will you be going too?”

”Of course, I’m also a member of the design team, right? I should enjoy this kind of benefit too!”

He held her hand and wrapped his arm around her waist, asking with a hint of reluctance, ”What if I miss you?”

She was slightly startled, missing her?

But his eyes were serious. She bent down and gently kissed his forehead, ”We’re in the office, it’s not appropriate.” Then she stepped back, withdrawing her fingers from his palm.

”You haven’t answered my question yet.” Justin Kingston looked at her.

”I won’t disturb you any longer.” She waved to him with a light smile, ”Bye-bye!”

Clearly avoiding it! Justin Kingston affectionately watched her leave.

He was already used to having her day and night, and if she left for too long, he would definitely miss her.

By evening.

Barbara Sutton tidied up the desk, ”President Lane, I’m done with my tasks. Is there anything else today?”

”You can leave work now.” Mia Lane looked up, ”Recently, you all don’t need to work overtime, I can do it myself.”

”Okay, okay.” Barbara Sutton glanced at Hailey Hale, grabbed her bag, and left.

She knew Hailey Hale must be waiting for Special Assistant Morgan, and she didn’t have much work anyway.
