The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 700: Chapter 700: Black Gold Security

”Lin Tian... what should we do...”

Jiang Pan Die stood behind Lin Tian, her small hands clenched nervously. She wanted to hold onto Lin Tian’s coat, but that seemed too intimate.

Jiang Pan Die had never witnessed a scene like this before, ”How about... we call the police?”

”It’s fine, just stay behind me in a bit, I guarantee you won’t be in trouble.” Lin Tian said casually without turning his head.

Jiang Pan Die was still nervous. Seeing Lin Tian’s relaxed demeanor, she knew he was just comforting her, and she urged softly, ”We should still call the police... I’ll make a call first.”

”No need, look at all the people outside the dance floor filming with their phones. Do you think those people are afraid of the police? When the police come, they’ll only claim self-defense, since it seems like we started the trouble anyway. Besides, do you think these people don’t have connections in the police station? If they didn’t, they wouldn’t be so brazen.”

Jiang Pan Die was wide-eyed, she really hadn’t expected that even a small security issue could be so complicated, to the point where even the police couldn’t handle it?

”Then what do we do? They’ve got electric batons, are my hair going to stand up too? It would be so ugly...”

”No, don’t worry.” With that, Lin Tian took two strides forward, aligning himself with Zhou Tang.

”Hey... Lin Tian!” Jiang Pan Die panicked, wasn’t he just walking to his death?

Lin Tian didn’t respond to her words; instead, he looked calmly at the security guards in front.

The security guards wore mocking smiles. They weren’t in a rush, rather enjoying the scene, like a cat playing with a mouse.

Zhou Tang turned his face slightly, looking at Lin Tian, with a slight smile at the corner of his mouth, ”Not bad.”

Lin Tian remained indifferent to this comment and simply said: ”When I make my move, don’t interfere.”

”Why?”

”Because I’m afraid you’ll be a hindrance.”

”...”

As the words fell, Lin Tian rushed towards the nearest security guard at lightning speed.

The security guard widened his pupils and then a sneer appeared at the corner of his mouth. This kind of fool still exists nowadays? I’ve got an electric baton in my hand, and you dare charge at me so recklessly, aren’t you courting death?

The guard pressed the switch of the electric baton, and immediately, the crackling sound rang again.

At this moment, Lin Tian was only half a meter away from the guard. The guard extended his hand, pressing the electric tip of the baton against Lin Tian’s chest.

The guard could already imagine Lin Tian’s limbs twitching, losing control of his bladder and bowels.

Jin Zi, standing beside Zhou Tang, asked softly, ”Mr. Zhou... Should we help?”

Zhou Tang scoffed, ”Since that kid likes to show off, let him suffer a bit.”

Crack... crack...

The current surged into Lin Tian’s body, and a magical scene unfolded; Lin Tian stood unfazed as though nothing had happened.

In fact, he had long since activated his Spiritual Qi, acting like an insulating layer. Once the current came, it would contact the Spiritual Qi first. They would neutralize each other, and the resulting effect would at most deplete some of Lin Tian’s Spiritual Qi, but not much.

What amazed Lin Tian was that the current hadn’t even reached the Spiritual Qi before it vanished on its own.

Then he quickly remembered, he was still wearing the bulletproof vest Bai Shishi had given him, which was an insulator!

The guard was dumbfounded, what happened? Why isn’t this guy having a seizure? The baton clearly still works!

The guard, unwilling to believe it, pressed the switch repeatedly, but it was futile.

”Is the baton fun?” Lin Tian said coldly, snatching the baton away with a flick of his hand, then pressed the switch against the guard’s body.

”Uh, uh...”

The guard’s body began twitching instantly, his hair standing straight. But Lin Tian didn’t release his grip until the guard wet himself, satisfied he withdrew his hand.

The other security guards standing by were dumbfounded. Wasn’t the script supposed to go differently? How could there be such a massive reversal?

”What the hell are you all watching?! Get him!” Tie shouted from the back, and the security guards snapped out of it, brandishing their electric batons as they charged forward.

Unfortunately, the batons were useless against Lin Tian. So, they decided to use their fists instead.

But just when their fists were raised, Lin Tian coldly smirked, lifted the baton, and reached out his hand.

Sizzle...

The powerful current electrocuted them instantly, their hair frizzled, limbs jerking, until they collapsed on the ground, lying in extremely awkward positions, the stench of urine reeking heavily.

This scene left everyone gaping in shock. Especially Tie and Ming, who knew well the power of the baton. How could so many be ineffective against Lin Tian?

Even racking their brains, they couldn’t fathom that Lin Tian wore insulating clothing, plus the protection of Spiritual Qi.

Zhou Tang was just as shocked, he too had thought Lin Tian would be twitching on the floor, but he didn’t expect this turn of events.

Gripping the flashlight, Lin Tian lunged forward like an arrow, arriving in front of Tie and Ming, a cold smile creeping onto his face.

”Just now you said, who would you electrocute and then throw out?” Lin Tian asked with a smile.

”You damn...”

Tie didn’t finish speaking before Ming covered his mouth, then smiled sheepishly, ”Brother, sorry, it’s all a misunderstanding, a misunderstanding...”

”Misunderstanding, I don’t think so. I must say, your work as security truly disgraces the profession. Look at yourselves, acting like the Dark Group. Do you think holding an electric baton makes you impressive? Let me tell you, I took down Du Dahai the Smiling Tiger, why would I be afraid of small fry like you?”

”...” Tie swallowed hard without speaking, on a normal day he’d have thrown a punch already. Took down Du Dahai? Such boasting!

”Well then, which of you would like a little jolt first? You’ve seen how it feels, it’s definitely sweet!” Lin Tian grinned, and his smile was nothing short of a nightmare to the two.

”Brother... no, no, no, let’s talk it out. They say, more friends mean more paths, right?”

Lin Tian shook his head, ”I have enough friends, besides, I don’t need friends like you. You’re not qualified to be my friends.”

Ming’s face gradually darkened, ”Brother! Are you planning to fight to the end today?”

”So, what if I am?”

”I advise you to stop while you’re ahead, we’re not someone you can afford to provoke!” Ming said.

Lin Tian chuckled, ”I’d like to know why I can’t provoke you.”

”Ever heard of the Black Gold Security Company? We’re security from Black Gold Security Company!”
