The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 400: Chapter 400: The Strict Instructor

Only seeing the instructor running over with steady steps, standing in front of the students at last, he was a man who was sunburned all over, muscular, and looked like Meng Nan, a power type.

He shook hands with Zhao Xuefeng with a smile, ”Mr. Zhao, nice to see you again.”

”Haha, Mr. Liu, I’m leaving these kids to you.”

Mr. Liu nodded with a smile, ”Don’t worry, Mr. Zhao, you go rest first.”

”Alright.” Zhao Xuefeng laughed, waved to everyone, and walked towards the office building.

After Zhao left, Mr. Liu put away his smile and became serious.

He faced away from the sun, sweeping his sharp gaze across the field, yelling in a dull voice, ”From right to left, count off!”

”1, 2, 3... 32”

”The Ancient Medicine Class 42 should have 33 people, 32 are present. Can anyone tell me why one person didn’t come?” After saying this, his face seemed even darker.

The one who didn’t come was naturally Wang Sicong, still lost in dreamland.

After two seconds, Meng Nan replied loudly, ”Instructor, he is sick.”

”Next time, remember to call ’report’ before speaking. Also, I will ask your tutor to see if the person is truly sick or faking it. If I find out he’s pretending, don’t blame me for being harsh. Do you all understand?” Mr. Liu shouted loudly.

”Understood.” Everyone replied.

”Louder!”

”Understood!”

Mr. Liu nodded satisfactorily, then said, ”Now let me tell you my rules. First, no tardiness. Second, no skipping training. Third, you must absolutely obey whatever I say, understood?!”

”Understood!”

”Now follow my command, attention... stand at ease.”

After calling out twice, his expression became displeased again, ”You are energetic college students, how can you do such simple attention and stand at ease so poorly? No backbone? Straighten your back! Arms straight, hands by your sides!”

Everyone’s bodies suddenly tensed up.

After practicing several times, everyone maintained a straight ’attention’ posture, standing in a military stance with their bodies upright.

After Mr. Liu patrolled around twice, he shouted ”Maintain this posture” and went over to another class, pulling other instructors into the shade of trees, chatting and laughing.

As a result, everyone became impatient. Was the instructor playing with us? Letting us bake in the sun while he relaxed in the shade.

Though feeling dissatisfied, no one dared to say anything, only slackening their bodies, sneaking in a bit of laziness.

About ten minutes later, the instructor returned from the shade. But these ten minutes felt as uncomfortable as two hours, with everyone’s clothes soaked with sweat.

A girl complained to the instructor, ”Instructor, can we rest for a bit? I feel like I’ll get heatstroke.”

Mr. Liu gave a heavy hum, displeased, ”I said, call ’report’ before speaking. Also, how long have you stood and you can’t take it? By the looks of you, you’re far from getting heatstroke.”

Mr. Liu’s words immediately led everyone to quietly complain again.

”Silence!” Mr. Liu shouted, ”Since you’re tired of standing, let’s practice something else.”

”Everyone! Attention! Stand at ease! Attention! Left turn!”

Mr. Liu shouted commands at a fast pace, everyone initially managed simple stand at ease and attention uniformly, but when it came to left turn, someone extended the left foot in a resting position. Only after reacting did they turn around.

”Left turn, right turn, about turn, left turn...”

Mr. Liu’s voice was loud and fast, leaving no time for the brain to react between commands.

The girls lacking exercise had long been exhausted under the scorching sun, their slack bodies unable to react so quickly, resulting in many mistakes.

Among those girls was Liou Qingcheng, missing half of the ten moves.

Seeing her disoriented look, with red and swollen eyes, Lin Tian was inexplicably moved and distressed.

Mr. Liu was discontentedly furrowing his brows again, as if facing the Ancient Medicine Class 42 students, he could not smile, only furrow his brows and wear a blank expression, with only a sharp gaze in his eyes.

Suddenly, Mr. Liu pointed at a girl in the first row, loudly shouting, ”You, step out.”

The girl’s body was slender, with glasses, looking very quiet. Being suddenly called out by Mr. Liu, she shivered and took small steps to the front of the formation.

”Such a simple left-right turn, why did you make the most mistakes in the class?”

The instructor did not become gentle due to her quiet appearance.

”Report instructor... you called too fast, I couldn’t keep up...” she lowered her head, not daring to look the instructor in the eyes.

”That’s no excuse.” The instructor sharply looked at the girl, ”For girls, I am always lenient, so you have two choices, either sing a song or run two laps on the playground. Which do you choose?”

The girl was obviously frightened, hesitated for a few seconds before responding softly: ”Instructor, what should I sing?”

”Anything, it’s up to you.”

Hearing this answer, the girl was obviously relieved, fearing the instructor would make things difficult for her.

”When the wind skips here, it sticks...”

The girl gathered her courage and just started when she was interrupted by the instructor’s loud shout again, ”Louder! Haven’t you eaten?”

The girl’s body trembled, she didn’t continue singing, but her eyes turned red, and she cried.

”Girls just know how to cry, useless.” Mr. Liu scolded dissatisfiedly.

The girl stubbornly wanted to stop crying and began to sob. The instructor did not let her return to the team, saying, ”Continue singing, louder!”

The girl prepared herself for a while, sobbing, started singing, ”When the wind... sticks here, sticks...”

The girl’s voice was louder than before, but it was broken and tuneless. No one laughed at her, only felt sympathy, especially Li, whose expression was angry, clenching his fists as if ready to swing at any time.

At this moment, Meng Nan whispered in Lin Tian’s ear, ”That girl is definitely Li’s type, I think they’d match well.”

”Why?”

”Li had dated three girlfriends before, all like this.”

Lin Tian found it amusing, didn’t expect Li, this polite loser, to be an expert in flirting.

Although they spoke quietly, their small movements soon caught the instructor’s attention, but the instructor merely glanced at the two, not making them step out.

”Since someone just said my command was too fast and couldn’t keep up, I’ll slow down my pace. If you still make mistakes, don’t blame me.”

After saying this, Mr. Liu smiled, but his smile gave everyone a bad feeling.

”Right turn!”
